I've gone through bottles of these. When I curl my straight asian hair and I want the curls to hold through the humidity and sweat, this is my goto. It does make you hair stiff and firm but I actually like that, my curls don't budge, and frizz free!

I tried this product expecting just what i got. Outstanding hold, nothing more. The moisture barrier claim may not be completely truthful due to the fact that the product did make your hair stiff and firm, and it's holding power was decent but nothing to rave about. the smell was okay too. it's good for a quick sprits, but overdue it and your hair will turn into a helmet.

I've tried Frizz Ease products before and have been happy with them. This hairspray is the worst, though! It sprays out quickly, and it's easy to overdo it. That said, your hair may wind up hard and crunchy, unless you try to work your hands through it while this stuff is still wet.
The absolute deal breaker is the nozzle. I've had more problems with the nozzle on this can than any aerosol I've ever used! It clogs quickly. When you rinse it, it winds up spraying, but not straight. I got this stuff in my eye and all over my clothes because the nozzle clogs so badly. The last time I used this stuff, it sprayed straight up, as opposed to straight out towards my hair. I definitely won't purchase this again! If you want a good aerosol hairspray, go with Garnier!

Not bad smell at all, but leaves the hair very very hard, doesn´t add any moisture, leaves hair dry and untouchable, not soft and kinda unmanageable. Adds a little shine and hair looks dirty.

This is the only hairspray I will ever use. It is practically perfect. It doesn't smell, it lasts all day, I only need to use a bit, and the best part is that it adds some shine and really reduces frizz. Most hairsprays are sticky and make your hair feel crunchy, well not with this! Sadly, the pump tends to get stuck sometimes, but that happens with everything. It is expensive, $9 CAD but it's really worth it. I totally recommend this, and I will buy again as long as I live.
EDIT-I'm half way through my second bottle and the pump is clogging on it too...really annoying..took off a lippie : / Not sure about repurchasing now...

I was impressed - this stuff works well! I don't use hairspray much but when I need it it does the job. My only issue is the aerosol can - not my preference.

I have really curly, naturally-frizzy hair. I use a lot of mousse on my hair, and I find that without a good hairspray, after a few hours my hair gets a bit frizzy from my touching it. SO every morning, I mousse my hair, blowdry it upside down (to give the roots more volume), then spray Frizz-Ease's Moisture Barrier Hairspray on it. It works EXTREMELY well, keeping it nice and soft and non-frizzy until the end of the day, even though I'm always touching it and playing with it. I think the fact that it doesn't let outside humidity get to my hair and frizz it up, is why it works so well. LOVE IT! And it's a pretty good price too, about $8-$11 Canadian, depending where you buy it, and I use a lot of it, and lasts me about a month a bottle. VERY good stuff!

I just purchased my second can of this hairspray. I really think it's good stuff for the price. It gives me a soft hold, and it really does help to keep my hair in place, despite the humid climate where I live. I like it.

I have to respectfully TOTALLY disagree with the previous reviewer. I bought it to spot spray at my roots, etc. and have volume. But my blonder/highlighted hair dries faster and frizzier than the rest. So I usually try to blow it out with the dryer to even things out and then apply extra conditioning cream or something. But when I sprayed this hairspray on WET hair, it absolutely locked in the moisture. I got busy and let my hair dry naturally and I got the unintentional "beach hair" look...!! No frizzy patches just soft and shiny!
And since it's a hairspray it successfully helped me get lift and control for the rest of my hair & bangs. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs to get the frizzies under control without using creams or drippy serums.
I gave it four out of five lippies because I only bought it today and will update in about 2 weeks to see if it needs to be a five!!!
Update: Stopped using this product. I found that a leave-in conditioner and hairspray is what my hair needs. In the end, an application of this while my hair was wet served no real purpose. (It's not a good finishing spray. Too sticky.)
