I purchased this particular product on sale at my local Kroger's. I've never had any problem with any Maybelline product until this! This might be a complete fluke, but the morning after I applied this product my lips were swollen and stinging. I ended up getting a chemical burn on my top lip from this Lip Polish! My lip is almost healed now, but it has been exactly two weeks tomorrow that I've dealt with this. A call to customer service at Maybelline landed me a very disinterested customer service rep, a slew of accusatory questioning that I did not appreciate and a $5 gift certificate. :o/ I would definitely advise against the purchase of this product in all of it's forms. I will not be using Maybelline any more.

This is my new fav lip gloss! I'm in love with it! I have it in 160-Girly pink and it's so pretty! I would def reccomend this to anyone looking for a non-sticky/ smooth lipgloss!

OMG,why didn't I find this lipgloss sooner? First my reason for purchasing, I was searching for a fun "summer pink" gloss that I could put on bare lips for a little shine and color. I usually wear mauve lipstick for work and red for a modern pin up look. Because I wasn't willing to shell out 20 bucks for a color I would only be wearing for a couple of months I hit the drug store.

That's when I found Girly Pink. It's exactly that, a fun blue toned pink, that is bright without being harsh. It has no noticeable glitter which is fine for me because at 25 years old glitter can look too young, but has lots shine. It also has no smell or taste. It is a tiny bit sticky, but enjoy that, it lets me know that its gonna be on for while and when it doesn't feel sticky i know it time to reapply. The lasting power is just ok, but its a lipgloss, not a stain or lipstick so it can't be expected to last all day.

I will repurchase, in fact I will be looking to buy several different colors of this amazing gloss.

Update- I picked this up in Flesh Light. AMAZING. It looks great over Mac's Freckletone

This lip gloss is the best because the colors are very shiny and the colors don't seem to that dark and it lasts all day and it's very sparkly!!!

I love nude lip products, even more than the natural flushed shade.
I bought the light tan color (nude flash?) and found it to be less pigmented than Mark's Peek-a-boo yet more than Milan's Secret. It's a perfect inbetween color, not too much tan, and not too subtle, as you can see in the picture I uploaded.
I took off a lipstick because the lasting power is not anything to be raved about.
The Pink clear one is also decent. Almost as good as Mac's clear staple.
And the pink shade with shimmer was also my favorite as a girl. Nice simple shade with a little pigment/luster.
Coupons galore and sales for Maybelline, so it's worth a try.
UPDATE: i rebought it after all these years, and no, i'm not crazy about it at all anymore. shows how little i knew of quality in makeup back then. if you're looking for a gorgeous nude lip, go for Peekaboo by Mark's lipgloss, or a nude lip pencil. Other than that, this has little pigment, low moisturizing properties, and minimal shine.

I Bought this lip gloss awhile ago in Pink Cadillac, besides the awesomeness of the name I love the color of this gloss. The color is a sheer pink with tiny shimmer particles from white to pink and has tiny blue glitter. (that makes your teeth look whiter). The gloss consistency is thinner that your usual gloss and is not sticky at all! I do wish it would last longer on my lips but the shine is brilliant. For around $5 you can't go wrong. It has a doe foot applicator but is shorter than usual for more pricise application. This lip gloss is my favorite and most used by me.

I was very impressed with this lip gloss. I would love for it to stay on longer than it does, but that is to be expected with any lip gloss. I have it in two colors - Nude Flash and Mauvie Star. I would definitely buy this product again. This product was just as good as any $25.00 lip gloss that I could buy at the mall.

I have this in Pink Cadillac and I love the soft sheer pink it gives. This gloss is not sticky at all though it doesn't have miraculous staying power, just reasonable enough for its price. I love the sparkle this gloss gives, it's a really fun product to use especially for the summer. It feels light on the lips. It comes with a doe foot applicator which I kind of like. Would definitely buy again.

/Extremely/ sticky, but good staying power. It's ok, but I wouldn't repurchase because I've found glosses I like much better.

This is the first maybelline lip gloss I've purchased since grade 8 and I must say I'm not disappointed. I have this in BLUSHED LILY which is a milky pink/lilac color. It's hard to come by a "pastel/nude/light" drugstore gloss that shows up slightly opaque which this lip polish delivers sufficiently. Mind you, it is still fairly sheer (don't go expecting NARS quality opaqueness). The texture is not sticky by my standards and there is no scent or flavor. For the color and price (sale $4), I give it a 4/5.

I really like these glosses. I have 3 in the LE colours they came out with for spring that had complementary nail polishes (blushed lily-pale pink, naked petal-nude and another bright pink whose name I can't remember but is similar to PinkPoodle lipglass). They don't dry out my lips like some glosses & go great over lipstick, minimal if any lip bleed. Found them on sale at JeanCoutu so the price was great! Last quite a long time & have barely any scent. Would definately repurchase if found in a bargain basket as I find the price a little high.

I got this in the limited edition color "Naked Petal". I normally don't pick up products that are not on my shopping list, but I saw this pretty muted rosey/nude color and immediately thought that it could complement smokey eyes. It was $5.99 at Walgreens and I bought it mainly because I'm a sucker for displayed items, which means that the stock is very limited. Last time (for some other limited edition items) I waited too long and by the next day, they were all gone!! So this time, I didn't want to take the risk. I was actually pleasantly surprised with this gloss. I was afraid that it would turn out to be clear and disappear within a few minutes, but the glossy color shows up on my lips and the lasting time is decent for a drugstore gloss. I love pairing this with dramatic eyes.

I bought this in a new shade, Brick Rose. In the tube it looked mauvey-berry and I thought it would be sheerer, as most glosses are. When I put it on, it was thick and DARK, like a lipstick but a bit shinier. This is great if you want a full-coverage lip gloss with minimal shine and dark color. I did like that it wasn't sticky or smelly. It all depends on what you would like.

I love these. I thought I'd write a review for these when I was diggin through my glosses bag and decided to wear Baby Mauve today. I think they might have discontinued these, not sure, but I know you can still come by them. I have these in Mauvie Star, Pink Cadillac, Flesh, and Baby Mauve and they are, without a doubt, my favorite glosses (with one exception for SmashBox's Protege gloss which is my HG). These are really nice. The colors are great. They're smooth, moisturizing, and they aren't sticky. The wear time is average with reapplication needed every few hours, but I don't mind. what I like most is they don't dry out in the corners of my mouth and make my lips flake. They're the only gloss I've tried that doesn't do that, which is probably why I love these. I work with the public and sometimes I can't get away from my desk to touch up my makeup but I know I can always swipe one of these on without a mirror and know it won't look like it was caked on over flaky lips.

Alone, it's too glossy for me and makes my lips look washed out, pale and shiny. It's a great product OVER lipstick. Lasts awhile!

high quality. i always have to have one of these on me. . the shade that works best for my complexion is 02 Mauvie Star. I tried the brownie, but it was just too dark.
this lip polish is creamy, smooth, shiny, and loaded with color to give a sultry look. good value for money.

I have been on a lip product buying binge lately, and picked up one of thse during a drugstore frenzy. I think it was under $5 at Target. Anyway, I got this in "Pinch of Pink". I like this gloss because it suits my taste for preferred texture and opacity. I prefer a more opaque, thicker gloss, and this fills the bill (so if you are a sheer gloss girl, I do not recommend these). Not as thick as some, though. It's not sticky, not slippery (and I hate slippery more than sticky), and has average staying power for a gloss (which means regular re-application). No taste or smell, which is a plus in my book. Applicator is a typical doefoot sponge. At this price, I am definitely trying more colors. This would be "4" gloss, but I give it an extra lippy because it's such a good value for the price.

Well i just bought this in Sweet Blush yesterday and i like it so far. Not to pink and not to frosty. It does last longer and i didnt want to buy Covergirls wetslicks again and use the whole tube in a week. Plus its a little over $3 and i had a $1 off coupon so im satisfied so far.

I wouldn't say these are amazing or anything but I really do like them. I have four (pinch of pink, scarlet nights, nude flash, and cherries n cream) and use them fairly often. They're very pigmented. I have to use nude flash VERY sparingly and then I have to blend it out to make it work. Even the pink can be too pale and frosty which I wasn't expecting either but I don't think the pigmentation is a bad thing since my lips are pretty pigmented and sometimes lipgloss can be a pain.
