2 things I hate about this product: the fragrance, and the non moisturizing capabilities. I couldn't smell this first as I bought this on vitacost. The smell is so medicinal to me, it almost like a cough syrup smell. And I wasn't looking for a real moisturizing body wash, just a normal kind that wouldn't dry my skin out. Well it did, and made my sunless tan dry up and look so lizardy. I normally love Alba products, I really like their cleansers and toners, chapstick etc. But this stuff is just not good at all.

Really nice bodywash I love the smell! It didn't break me out or cause any irritations, the best way to describe this bodywash is "gentle" its "slippery" the moment it touches skin it becomes bubbly like any ither body wash but not heavy or "sticky" like some moisturizing bodywashes can be, but it's not drying like soap, I really wish this came in a bigger container though

Decent shower gel, nothing really notable about it - not drying, but not terribly moisturizing. Tube is a little prone to leaks, so I definitely wouldn't recommend traveling with this. My biggest problem is the smell - overpowering scent of cough syrup, in my opinion. Of course, that will vary for everyone, and this scent doesn't linger, so it isn't a huge problem. I love the passion fruit lip balm from this line, but I'm pretty indifferent toward the shower gel.

The smell of this is just incredible- natural, tropical and refreshing, not cloying. However, it takes a lot of product to shower with, so it turns out to be quite expensive. It is worth it, IMO.

I really like this body wash but ya know what? I don't really use it like a body wash; it's more like an exfoliating gel. I would buy this again but I almost feel like this is mislabeled! lol. I would give it 4 out 5 stars if it was labeled as an exfoliant. I use it right after my Olay body wash on my legs and arms and it has really smoothed out and softened my skin. I put it on with my bare hands; I feel like if you put it in a loofah (sp?), it would just get lost in there. I had some bumps on the backs of my legs and arms and this took care of it! The reason why I don't think it's a body wash is because it doesn't foam up at all like soap would. It has little beads in it. Like someone else said, if you used this as a body wash you would probably use it up really quick and in that case, it would be a little pricey to keep replacing this $7 tube. I want to go back and get more Alba stuff with this scent, I absolutely LOVE the smell! BTW, I bought this at Walmart.

I love the smell of this product. It has a great, refreshing beachy smell to it. I was however disappointed with how much you need to get a good cleaning. I had to use a lot more then I would of my normal wash. The smell doesn't linger, which is disappointing. I wouldn't buy this again because it is a waste to need so much body wash.

Overall good product. Scent can be slightly overwhelming and the product doesn't lather like less natural products do, which is a good reminder you're using something healthy for your skin!

This is a staple in my shower. I find the scent just a little too much, but it does a great job exfoliating and cleaning but does not strip the skin at all. Will be excellent in the summertime when sometimes even a little lotion sounds like too much after a shower.

Mmmm this smells so good! It's also very moisturizing and your skin doesn't feel completely stripped after using this. I love it and will definately buy again. It's not irritating and it feels good that I'm using something good on my skin. Love it!

i also got this from the kit available at costco, which i thought was great because i'm always eying the alba hawaiian products but they're kind of pricey on their own. i unfortunately had to leave some of the products at home when i moved (sigh, was only able to take a certain amount of products with me!) but i did bring the body wash with me, although when i go back home for turkey day, am definitely bringing alot more of my beauty stuff back with me!
i thought the body wash was ok, it smells nice and feels good but i prefer caress' tahitian renewal body wash. my bf is currently using this body wash as well because we haven't bought him bar soap yet, but it makes him smell fruity and sometimes stinky haha. nope, not a repurchase, thank goodness the bottle is almost gone, i miss my tahitian renewal!

I recently bought a put together kit from Costco, which was perfect since I've been wanting to try these products and got to try 5 different full sized products for under $20.

I LOVE this wash. It has got to be one of the better smelling body washes I've ever tried and believe me, I've tried a lot. I am a product whore. ha ha ha I will probably buy this again & again. Some of the other items in the kit didnt fare so well.

As with other Alba products I believe this is of high quality. It has a pleasing lather that doesn't irritate my ultra-sensitive skin. I think it is good value for money ($7) and easy to find in grocery and natural food stores. I know I like fruity scents in shower gels (e.g. L'Occitane Verbena and The Body Shop Grapefruit), however, the strong scent of this gel overpowers me. Frankly, I feel as though I'm being attacked by a can of Dole tropical fruit salad. I won't repurchase this, but instead I'll turn to Alba lavender body wash, which is fabulous.

What a yummy, tropical fruit scent this has! I love using it during the summer because it relaxes me and makes me think of Hawaii...I am on my second container of this and plan to buy more...I just wish it wasn't so hard to find.

I received this in an Alba Hawaiian Travel kit. It has the most yummy fruity fragrance; I am hooked! It is not the most moisturizing body wash I have ever used, but it doesn't dry my winter dry skin out either. I will definitely buy this in the full size bottle. It also doesn't take much product to work up a rich lather. If they make a passion fruit lotion, I may have to buy it (even if it does contain parabens. boo!)

I love this product, the smell is very aromatic and it's very gentle. I have extremely sensitive skin and this is not irritate it at all. Do your body a favor a go organic!

I got this as part of the Alba travel kit, and I am very happy with Alba products overall. This shower gel smells so good it reminds me of candy almost has just a wonderful scent. I also finds that it laters really well and gets me clean but does not strip the skin of moisture. I would definitely buy a whole bottle!
