I picked up the white and it's absolutely terrible. Definitely the worst white eyeliner I've ever tried - way too hard, and the color is barely noticeable. It might only be 99 cents, but you're much better off putting that dollar towards something else.

I rarely like stuff from Wet and Wild. I could care less that it's not a boutique brand with a big name, but I find that WnW is rarely the same quality that you would find in even drugstore brands like Maybelline. (I love Maybelline) However I love this eyeliner. I am weird and can only do eyeliner on my bottom inner rims. This isn't irritating, has buildable color, and stays put. This is well worth the 99 cent price tag.

I have this in 651. Just terrible. The color is weak once applied and requires several going overs to get a decent shade. Once applied, I can't trust color to last longer than an hour.

Love this product for the price and quality. I bought it in Charcoal #655 and the staying power is better/same as my L'Oreal's HIP Color Truth Eyeliner which claims to be great for humidity...and Hawaii is humid! Wet n' wild will definitely be the choice for eyeliners especially when I can get various colors for a great price.

For a 99 cents eyeliner, I think it's awesome! Especially when I got it on sale and got each for 25 cents. You really can't be that! I have this in four colors: Cool Green, Lilac, Silver Blue, and White. The first three are awesome and glide on very easily. I just use on my lower lashline with black eyeliner on my waterline to give my makeup an extra boost. They make nice complements if you are using those same colors as your lid eyeshadow. As for the White, it is horrible! The texture is so stiff and sticky that it is impossible to get it anywhere near your eye. Even when applying pressure, it doesnt really work (imagine all that tugging!) so I definitely will recommend against getting that. I even tried applying on my hand with force and it didn't budge. Overall, great to line the bottom of your eye for some extra color boost and it's more controlled and lasts longer to me than using eyeshadows as a liner. Try it, the 3 colors I mentioned are really pretty metallic colors!

I bought this as my first eyeliner, and i still use it. It goes on perfectly, stays on long, and doesnt budge. I like it because even on the bottom line, it gives u a sorta natural look. Great product, great price, great quailty, what more can u ask for?

I have absolutely nothing good to say about this product. This was the first pencil eyeliner I ever tried to use -- big mistake on my part. I have this in black, and the color payoff is terrible. It winds up looking more like a dark grey, which doesn't go well with my skin tone. Worse than that is the application. It's hard and not at all smooth, so much so that I could not get it to make a real line, and only got small, ugly marks here and there that looked awful. Will never repurchase -- you get what you paid for, and I'm glad I only wasted 99 cents on this garbage.

I have this in white. I purchased it for .97 at Walmart. I got it to use on my water line as an eye brightener. It kind of hurts to get on because the led is so hard. Once I have it on, it fades within and hour. By the second hour, it's gone. I may find a way to use it around my eyes, but it definitely does not work for a waterline.

i think these are great products! I bought 3 pencil liners in white, mink brown, and black black. they are great at lining and so cheap! only $.99! the color payoff isn't great, you have to work a little to get the color to come out but overall because it is such a cheap products it is great!

This really works well for something that costs less than a dollar. I got it on sale for like 59cents each!!! I can't think of a better deal than that! I got it in this taupe/brown, blue green, and light blue. The taupe brown is good for smokey looks, blue green was really pigmented and for some reason glided on the smoothest out of the three, and the light blue is an amazing color! It brightens up my eyes when applied in the inner corner or just on the whole lower eye line.
I don't think I could possibly get anything better in the world with 59cents!
I just wish they had more colors! they were all sold out :(

No. This was the worst product I have ever used. I am warning you that it smudges easily, doesn't stay on for long, and hurts to apply. Any eyeliner is better than this. D:

I, unlike some of the other reviewers, haven't had any problems with these. I bought the Bronzed kohl e/l and two brow kohls in Mink Brown and Taupe. All three go on smoothly without tugging. They also very easily smudge, but then again, they're a kohl. I've worn all three of mine all day without any problems of them fading. I definitely plan on buying more of the colored kohls!! What a great buy for 99 cents, and they're so much longer than other liner pencils I have.

im decent with this product. the color which i chose was soooo good. its brown and its like dark black brown and it matches my eye color and hair color. it's easier to get smudge than the mega liquid eyeliner one and its not easy to apply on eyelid smoothly. butttt.... i luv the color so i think im gonna repurchase it.

What a horrible product. Why would anyone make a liner that is so hard to apply yet once you got it on it smeared off so easily. yuck!!

hmm...well i'm not crazy
&
I'm not sure if this is the same liner pencil were all talking about...
But mine is a golden brown "tope" color
it does not have much dark definition, but its a beautiful golden color and it DOES glide really smooth!
It looks amazing with brown eyes, and thick mascara and brown eyeshadow! (& a tan)
I luv it, and its so smooth
Maybe i used a different version than these other people, but its amazing!
If its really tugging, just try dipping it in a little babyoil and it will glide like a cloud!

I have this in three colors: golden brown, brown, and black, and I'm sorry I got all three. They don't go on easy at all, and if you pretty much just touch them, they come off. I'm gonna go get something better.

#662A is a purple-blue color with no shimmer, but sadly I had trouble applying it. I kept having to light it with a lighter to make it soft enough to go on, and when it did it skipped. Not good. Pretty, but hard to use. It's worth it if you want to fool with it and make it work but it's not for those who want to apply and go because the formula quality of the colored product makes that difficult. Good price though .99 cents. Perhaps my pencil was old?
