Dont buy anything from this brand.
Its a scam and all fake.
I got it as a gift for my mum since the ads were so popular, and it only make her skin so much worse.
I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

I tried this product the face wash would not take off my make up. I never had acne as soon as I started using the product I broke out badly. The night time cream made my face breakout in red spots. I called to return the product that may I remind you “You have to pay for” they shipped out a new shipment and doubled charged my account! The product and company are just horrible. I have used may products over the years and this was the worst product ever. DONT USE!

This product burnt my face and left my eyes looking like I just was in a ring with rocky. Product is horrible, I will not recommend to my dog. Biggest waste of money I ever spent.

I think this little tube of eye creme is just a slightly different formulation of the moisturizer but in another package. You barely get any of it, but don't worry, Meaningful Beauty comes in the mail before you know it. I think this product is just a way to make consumers feel better about spending so much--"look at how many goodies you get!"
Another testament to the bad deal.

Meaningful Beauty is the worst product out on the market!! Thick, gloppy, and pasty. Then as it soaks into your pores you feel a slow buring sensation. It is just so completely awful. I actually threw it away. I have NEVER thrown anything away before.
Absolutely awful

My mom bought the Meaningful Beauty (dumb name, IMO) products on an impulse while watching an infomercial (she's always getting suckered in by those things!)...anyway, she used it a couple of times & then gave it to me, since she's not one to really follow any kind of regimen/routine. I wasn't impressed with any of it, but will review each item separately.
This eye treatment not only didn't help at all, it actually made the skin under my eyes look crepey, when it didn't before! As soon as I quit using it & went back to my L'Oreal Revitalift Eye Creme, the crepiness (sp?) went away within 2 days, thank God!!!
I hate that my mom wasted money on this crap.
Save your money & don't buy this.

I am 48 and a bartender in a very young world, not trying to look like I am in my 20's, staying in shape and trying to look as good as I can is not as easy as it used to be. Most think I am 38 to 40 til they hear I have a 30 yr old daughter. Meaningful beauty products have really helped, about 10 years ago my eye lid was slit all the way thru I opted not to have plastic surgery, big mistake, time took over and the eyelid started to sag, have only been using this eye cream about 2 mos it looks great, open the shades I am not selfconscious anymore. Today at work a woman customer told me I was beautiful and have beautiful skin and asked me what I use. I was so proud and flattered, of course I told her my secret.

I have been using all of the meaningful beauty products for over a month and have received compliments on my skin and have been asked if I lost weight because my face looks smoother. Who could ask for more!

Servers I had a similar experience to yours. In March 2011 I ordered the 30 day trial kit. Although I didn't find anything in particular wrong with the products, I didn't think they were worth the money they charged for them. I received another kit in April 2011. I promptly sent it back with a note stating that I didn't wish to have anymore kits sent. They removed the charge from my Amex. In July I received another kit. That day I called their customer service. I also got a male service rep (maybe it was the same guy you got). I explained to him that I had sent back my last kit, cancelled future shipments & had received a refund. I asked to have a pre-paid mailing label sent to me since I had already paid postage on the prior kit & it was their error that another one was sent. The whole time I was talking to him he kept speaking over me. I was now annoyed & I asked him to stop talking. I then repeated my request for a mailing label. His response was, & I am quoting him, "ask me nicely". Well after I shouted a few chosen words to him I hung up & called Amex. The Amex rep not only removed the charge for the unwanted kit from my account she blocked all future transactions from them. I am 56 years old. I don't care if these creams make me look 20 I will NOT do business with a company that is this unprofessional. They should explain to their customer representatives that their job is to "serve the customer". I have never written a review for any product on this website, good or bad, but I wanted to warn people of situation. Any company that doesn't live up to their advertising should not be in business. Let me add that I still have the kit, unopened. I sent them an email with my complaint & stated that I will gladly send it back if they send me a mailing label. It's been 3 weeks & the only thing I heard from them was a return email with their return policy stating that all returns are at the expense of the customer.

This review is only for the "Lifting Eye Creme", not for the entire Meaningful Beauty package set. I absolutely love this eye cream, it's moisturizing, has a great consistency that's easy to smooth over the entire delicate eye area, my skin absorbs it well leaving the area moistened with a refreshed glow, there's no fragrance, it doesn't irritate or burn my skin nor eyes, it doesn't cause any tiny milia bumps, it helps with my fine lines (as more of a preventive measure than corrective). I've sampled some of the other items in the beauty line, with only so-so effects, but this by far was the stand out product for me. Great stuff.

After many late night, bad infomercial watching, I caved and ordered the 30 day trial kit through Ebay.
Ugh, never again. I have combo to dry skin and have been experimenting with a variety of anti aging products for some time, without ever breaking out. This was the first time in a long time I had an adverse reaction to a product.
Whammo, after about 2 days after using the products, I broke out into little bumps and zits around my eyes. I also noticed an intense burning sensation (not the "oh wow, this feels tingly clean on my face") but an itchy burn after applying both the eye cream and the masque...especially the masque. The scent is pretty chemical-ish and fake.
Was disappointed as I was looking forward to trying this. The glowing serum didn't particularly make me glow. I get better results using Aubrey Organics Ester C Antixodant serum, then applying sunscreen!
Sorry Cindy, this was definately not meaningful for me, and I didn't feel beautiful afterwards.

In November 2010 I purchased the 30 day trial starter kit of Meaningful Beauty products to try out. I used the product for 2 weeks but did not feel that it lived up to all the hype so I returned the 30 day kit which I paid $39.95 via USPS and paid for delivery confirmation. Their “policy” is, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return the containers within 60 days of receipt and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling costs). I also called them on 12/26/10 and told them I did NOT want anymore shipments and the customer “service” lady told me I “she took care of it” and I “wouldn’t be charged anything else.” Four days later, I receive another box of Meaningful Beauty products which I refused. I marked on the package “REFUSED – ACCOUNT CLOSED – DID NOT ORDER” and promptly put it back in my mailbox on 12/31/2010.
A charge was then placed on my AMEX Blue credit card of for which I do not possess any of their products!
I called Meaningful Beauty on 3/3 to request my refund on all my money but the not so helpful and rather rude customer service person (named Jeremy, Employee ID 2231265) told me they never got the shipment returned to them and that he had not intensions of refunding my money.
After researching more about Meaningful Beauty, I discovered that this “situation” is a common practice for them. Over and over they “claim” to have “never received” the returned shipment. This is consumer FRAUD and I wish file a formal complaint for the $173.78 that was charged to my credit card.
Filed BBB Complaint. Here’s the link if you’ve been scammed too:

I got the basic package of cleanser, eye cream, day moisturizer and night cream, as a Chrismas gift. I was skeptical, as I've tried many products through internet purchases and scams (Lifecell) along with infomercials. I wasn't holding out much hope. But I gave it a try, and within days, by skin took on a totally different texture. It was smoother, firmer, and had a modest glow. I have sensitive skin, and expected some kind of reaction, but nothing. I have some fairly deep wrinkles that alas, I think I'll likely have to live with, but they're getting less noticable. I'm truly surprised by this product line. I give it a 5 rating, not because it's a miracle product, but because it's a really good product. Without a doubt, the best I've used.

I bought the whole line a few years ago and didn't like it because it wasn't moisturizing enough. I have VERY sensitive eyes and terrible chicken skin and dark circles. I have a hard time putting any moisturizer ear my eyes, let alone right under them.
Well, I ran out of moisturizer about two weeks ago and had this sitting around so I used it. I really love the results. It doesn't bother my eyes and immediately fine lines that cake my make up are smoothed.
I don't know if this is the greatest product out there, but it works really well for my very sensitive eyes.

The only thing I look for in an eye cream is extra moisture. To that end, I like Origins Eye Doctor and Hope in a Tube. This product just does not deliver on extra moisture. It seems to contain bisbolol and some other stuff so maybe if you have puffiness or dark circles this may be good for you, but for extra moisture around the eyes, this is just not adequate.

I've used up my trial tube of this, so I'm now going to order the full size from QVC. I've never used an eye cream quite like this one. It does everything I need it to. The absolute biggest selling point for me is that it's the ONLY eye cream I've ever used that did NOT burn my undereyes. I love, love, love this stuff. Love the level of moisture it provides; love that there's no scent; love that it doesn't take much product to do the job. It's sad that some are sensitive to the melon extract. I have very sensitive skin, but luckily, this whole line works for me. The eye cream is my fave, tho.

The eye cream and the cleanser are the only products I like in this line. I tried it for 3 months and the day and night lotion dried out my skin terribly. The eye cream was good throughout the day but I needed something more moisturizing for night. The cleanser was amazing though. I would not buy this product again. Customer service is great!!

I've been using eye cream since I was in my teens. This is NOT the worst that I've tried but definitely not even close to a good one either. It's about average, but I think it may be suited for "younger" eyes? It's not quite hydrating enough for me :( I didn't see any improvement on my "fine lines" and do not plan to re-purchase this.

Miracle cream for me. Not sure why people are having burning...maybe applying too close to the eye. I have seen a dramatic effect on my brow (worry lines) and forehead. Heck I have been using it on the fine lines above my top lip. Amazing stuff!

I have a couple of comments on this product. I have been using Cindy Crawfords skin care line for approx. 2 weeks and absolutely love it! I have had a slight tingling around my eyes with the cleanser and eye cream, but other than that it is a wonderful product. My concern now is the eye cream. I have been having my eyebrows waxed for several years and never have problems with redness. However, last night when I had my eyebrows waxed (nothing changed in the wax or procedure), when she took the was off, I was left with burns on both of my eye lids and drooping eye lids from the puffiness. Of course I stayed home from work today. So-I went on line looking for this similar reaction and found people had different types of reactions but several the same as mine to the eye cream. I called customer service this morning and they were fantastic with me on the phone. She listened to my concerns and apologized and suggested I hold off for a while using the eye cream as some people are more sensitive to the melon extract than others. she extended my warranty another 30 days, so instead of 60 days it is now 90 days. she also put a note on my account of the problem and asked me to call any time I needed to. I am hoping I am able to continue with the rest of the products because I sincerely feel it works well. I have seen a noticable difference in smaller pores and used to have dryness around my nose and flakiness in my eye brows-this is gone. Thanks for your great customer service!
Sincerely,
Teresa Fournier
