Just like everyone sez, this is a pale, sheer, shimmery lime green but at certain angles morphs to a peachy-pink. I'm wearing two coats over a sheer nude base, it's such a fun and airy warm weather color. Haven't tried this over a darker color yet, but definitely will - and I think it would look especially fantastic over pink. This color is currently discontinued and I bought mine from an online discount beauty supply for around $8.

This is now a staple in my nailpolish collection. To start, yes, it's very very sheer. However, if you use it as a topcoat, the effect is absolutely fabulous. So far I've used it with OPI's Shorts Story and Teal the Cows Come Home. It works really well with blues and pinks. It's all irridescent pinks and greens and golds.
I'm going to try it on top of a black polish next and can't wait to see the results. It makes me feel like a mad scientist.

This color was a little better than Megawatt as in it came darker and actually pigmented but it is still sheer.

I got this from my sister, and since it was free I put a 5 in my price category. She gave it to me since she couldn't get it open, so I googled and put it under hot water till it opened. I really love this colour, it's a subtle green with a gold reflect. Truly amazing, would repurchase.

I love unique looks and colors, so it was not a surprise the EE caught my eye. I swiped it on just once and thought "I can deal with it, besides, there is no green in my nail collection". Tonight I am wearing green and I threw this color over OPIS Spiderella (black)..omg WOW WOW WOW - What a gorgeous hue! I HAD to go and top it off with clear silver glitter polish over. It is going to be SOOOOOOOOO rocking!!! A DEF must for anyone who is not afraid to mix their colors and get funky! :)

I love this color. It takes multiple coats to get this anywhere near opaque, but that doesn't bother me because that's not how I use this beauty. I layer this over almost everything. Any time I'm not happy with my polish color, I throw this on top and it jazzes it right up. If applied in one thin coat over another color, it gives it a green pearlescent luminescent quality. It has that shimmer-shine that a fish scale would have. Great for layering and spicing up any ho-hum polish. I highly recommend this if you ever like to layer.

I'm a big fan of bright nail polish colors.. and I've been searching for a green like this. I really love how it's a shimmery green -- and yes the color doesn't show up until the 2 or 3rd coat but i still love it. :) However, I have no idea why but recently the texture has become a bit gloppy and not as a smooth application as before. But this could be because I bought this a year ago and still haven't managed to use up the whole bottle yet.

I have to pass on this one. If it were just a touch more opaque it would be a winner. I used 3 coats on my toes and it still isn't as dark as the color in the bottle. I had a feeling this would be kinda sheer, but I picked it up from a clearance bin. Up for swap it goes.

I love this color! Shimmery green with warm, golden undertones and lots of fun! You will need several coats to get it the color of the bottle. It may not work for cool toned skin. I'm light to medium with olive skin so it matched my hands well. I bought Gargantuan Green Grape, too. You can do that on the bottom and EE on the top, or EE alone, too. The color totally rocks!

I got this on clearance and it's rocks! This polish is aptly named, it's irridescent green with goldish reflective undertones. I don't know if cool toned ladies can pull this off but it looks great on golden tootsies. My sister tried to take this from me.

I happened to find this polish in a promotional package that was on sale at Ulta today. Electric Eel is a light green color that flashes a peachy-gold color when it's exposed to light. With one coat, it's very sheer, but I put on two more coats and it is now an almost opaque lime-green shade. Overall, it looks like the perfect green shade of polish for me. I hadn't worn green polish in over 4 years until I found this. Before Electric Eel, I had three old green enamels. One was a pale minty green and the others were puke (yuck) green and Christmas-tree forest green. This is a really cool polish color and I'll buy it again if it gets old or if I run out.

I saw an ad with the girls from Wicked promoting this color and a pink shade. Being a huge fan of Wicked I could resist. It went on smooth and not clumpy like some other nail polishes I've used. It dries rather quickly and with about 2 to 3 coats your nails are bright green. I have gotten many comments on this color. I would defintely buy this again when I run out... which will be soon.

if i ever see this shade in a clearance bin, i'll buy them out. It's such a pretty bright shimmery green, and it flashes a peachy/pinky color as well. i love this on it's own, and it's sheer enough to layer over other shades to make them POP! love love love.

Electric Eel, from the summer 2005 brights collection in bottle is a lime green with a shimmer that gives off flashes in a peachy gold range. When applied to nails it is very very sheer, even 3 coats do not give true to bottle color, although in sunlight it does maintain it's peachy gold shimmer. I was hoping for true to bottle vibrancy on this one, so I was dissappointed. I feel that I will be spending most of my time with this polish looking at it's beauty in the bottle because on it's just kinda blah.

Really cute. Lime green with gold shimmer overlay. Really citusy and fresh. From some angles green, from some gold. Sheer with one coat, less sheer with 2 coats, quite opaque with 3 coats. Very summery
