i actually loved this cream scrub! it works great on my sensative skin, i like the light cooling effect afterwards.skin feels smooth too.had absolutly no problems with getting acne because of this n i am acne prone- get maybe about 2-4 pimples thats it- this didnt cause me any blemishes or pimples. i use this by GENTLY with my fingers going around my face, so perhaps that too helps to not irritate my face as to if i was to rub hard. had this for about 5 months now n wen i run out totally gonna buy more!

I purchased this scrub after using harsh apricot scrubs (which can damage the skin in the long term).
The jojoba beads in this scrub roll around the skin providing a gentle exfoliation. The packaging is hygienic and provides a generous amount per pump, the pump has never clogged. I use this once a week on my skin for a gentle exfoliation. After using this scrub my face feels smoother and softer.
I recommend this for people with sensitive skin like me.

This is a really nice scrub for my sensitive, acne prone skin. Its gentle enough but not where I cannot feel a difference at all. Leaves my skin smooth and the scent is very refreshing. I use it about 1x/week because I don't need frequent exfoliating. I would by this again, although I want to try their new AHA treatments.

Cream based scrub suitable for all skin types. This contains jojoba beads which gently yet thoroughly exfoliate the skin. I like to use this in the morning as my cleanser. I've never had any reaction or redness to this scrub. It's $35 but lasts a while. All you need is one pump for your whole face and the packaging design allows you to get all the product out so none is wasted.

First of all: this is a very good facial scrub.
The packaging is nice and works well. Feels good to have this scrub in a tube, it feels hygienic. Besides, I love all RENs packaging since it looks som luxurious...!
I adore the smell of the scrub (damn, I would even like to have a body lotion with this smell!) Last, but not least: this scrub loves my skin and my skin loves this scrub back. You can decide for yourself how "harsh" you'd like to peel, since the jojoba beads are so soft and tender for them self. Push harder for a more powerful peeling, push a little bit softer for a easier one. Both will leave your skin healthy glowing, rehydrated and soft, so soft.

Best exfoliator. I have sensitive skin and I tried so many exfoliators and they all gave me pimples. This is perfect, I've been using it for over 2 years three times a week. Love the smell and it makes my skin glow. I alternate it with La Mer Refining facial once a week. Definitely will continue to repurchase.

Didn't like the packaging, pump tended to get clogged. Fine scrub, it didn't cause any problems with my skin but was very hard to rinse off, which really bugs me. Won't repurchase. My husband uses it on his body in the shower, for that it's fine but I don't think it's a good facial product.

I am just on such a REN skincare addiction and can't get enough! I have switched my skincare to all natural products over the years and have tried so many lines with less than ncie results as finding somethign natural yet effective that doesnt irritate you from some random ingredients take a lot of trial and error. I honestly never would have though to try this line, if a good friend hadn't recommended it extremely, as I though it was just another overpriced high end natural line that wasn't worth the money. I was so so wrong and absolutely love this scrub. Not only is is gentle yet effective, but has amazing quality ingredients and smells of sweet peppermint which I just can't get enough of. I use this 2x a week in the shower after my Ren cleanser and couldn't be happier. Yes the ginormous bottle is a bit rediculosu and makes travel out of the question lol, but I absolutely love the hygenic/lets you get every last drop of product pump bottle packaging off all REN products. Truly makes them worth every penny for me. My normal (oily prone in sumer) super fussy clog/breakout prone since looks amazing and is more balanced than it has ever been since I have switched to all natural products. Along with this scrub I now also use the REN Mayblossom Cleanser (am), Anti-Blemish Cleanser(pm), Multi-Mineral Detox Mask (1-2x a week), and the Rose Synergy Serum (night moisturizer). I am just blown away by the results and quality of this line and have yet to ever find one product from any line yet alone so many from one line that have done so much for my skin. This is yet another REN life long staple for me. Don't hesitate to try this scrub or any other REN products especially since they are now carried in store at Sephora where you can get samples! :)

This would be great for someone with sensitive/delicate skin. I exfoliate daily, in multiple ways (AHAs, scrubs, glycolic acid, retinol - not all at once, of course!) so I find this does hardly anything for me. I generally use it in the morning to gentle buff the skin and clean away a bit of oiliness. It feels nice, but I wouldn't buy it again because I don't feel that it does a whole lot. I got it on sale for $12 so I'm ok with that, but I would be a bit pissed if I had paid full price. However, I do agree that the packaging is great - sanitary and I think I'll be able to use almost every scrap of product, so that's cool. Otherwise, it's just OK (for me, anyway).

I love this product. It has round microbeads, so the exfoliant doesn't scratch or irritate my skin. It's also really creamy and feels moisturizing. It's not cheap, but you don't need to use more than one pump at a time, and it does last a while overall. I love REN products and will continue to use this one.

Lovelovelove. I bought this after realising just how expensive the Liz Earle jojoba scrub is and wanting to find a cheaper alternative. Although the price of LE and Ren is similar, you get 50% more from Ren.
The best thing about this product is the peppermint oil which I think is really helping my problem skin. The beads are small and non-scratchy (same as other jojoba scrubs IMO) and the pump dispenser gives you a good amount. Overall I am really pleased with my purchase and will definitely buy again!

This gentle but effective scrub is great for all skin types. I use it twice a week after cleansing. I like to use it in the shower so I can really rinse well.

I would really recommend this scrub. The jojoba beads are very gentle and smooth- doesn't feel like you are exfoliating. After rinsing the beads off, my skin felt really smooth. It's also gentle to be used almost daily but probably give your skin a rest for a couple of days in a week.
The only thing I don't like about this doesn't have anything to do with the product- more the packaging. It comes in a ginormous bottle when really it's 150ml. I mean REN is trying to be good with the no parabens and perservations stuff but then the container is so big. Makes it hard to travel with! Also it is a little bit on the expensive side but it does lasts a long time!

I wanted desperately to like this product as much as the other reviewers -- I bought it primarily because I was looking for a good scrub. But for the price...meh. The results are okay -- skin feels nice and refreshed, smells good. Decent packaging, and 1 pump is sufficient for covering the entire face. But I find it hard to get rid of the flakes around the nose, which is never a problem with a larger particle scrub like the St Ives Apricot Scrub. Sure, the Apricot Scrub is harsher, but sometimes that's what you need to get rid of the gunk. I think the Ren scrub is good for frequent use, since it doesn't irritate the skin. But I gotta take a lippie off for it not really performing for the main reason I bought it for, especially since it's quite costly.

This is one of the better exfoliating products out there on the market now. It's got spherical beads but seems lots more of them than in the PTR buffing beads or the like. It mixes well with other cleansers and leaves your face nicely polished but never taut.

Very nice product. Doesn't work miracles but gets rid of flakes and that horrible cakey layer of dry skin effect adequately without disturbing sensitive patches like eczema, rosacea or zits. I find it works best if you apply and scrub (firmly but gently) to dry skin, but is also good on damp skin if your skin's a little more sensitive and cannot tolerate scrubs applied dry.
It feels nice and vigorous, very refreshing, as though something's actually happening (nothing worse than scrubs you end up rubbing into your face madly because you can't feel anything) but because the beads are circular and not jagged, you don't end up scratching your face to pieces.
It is a bit on the pricey side but lasts for ages. My first bottle was still at least a third full when it reached its recommended expiry point and my second bottle was shared by two other people and only just starting to run dry after nine months. So it is definitely a worthy investment. Only real downside is that you will always leave a bit of product at the bottom that is unreachable because of the nature of the bottle, but otherwise the packaging is practical and very good quality. I am planning to stray temporarily to explore a few other raved about higher end scrubs but if these are unremarkable I'll definitely be purchasing this again.

I love Ren products however thought it would be amazing like some of the other products I have tried. It did what it was suppose to do however will not be purchasing it again as prefer Dermologic and also Ren do a wondeful peel which I think does a better job however you can only use it a couple of times a week.
