Very pretty, LOVE this color!!! My only complaint is that it lost its shine quickly, like on day 2 or 3. Beautiful color though and one coat is all I need for my nails.

This is probably the best nail polish I've ever tried. It's so easy to apply and dries really quickly and it lasts for a really long time! I think it's great when I want to paint my nails and I'm in a hurry. I usually wear 2 coats to get a full coverage, even though I think it looks good with 1 coat aswell - no streaks! The colour is nice, it looks like the bottle but far away it might look red, which I like a lot. :)

This is so much nicer than I expected. I own a lot of pink polishes and this one is perfect! Bright, shiny and so opaque, it's probably one of the easiest to apply polishes I ever tried, it never streaks. Looks great on both my fingernails and toenails (which is saying a lot I hate brights on my fingernails). The colour is gorgeous, people have actually told me it looks watermelon coloured when I wear it and I laugh and say "that's what it's called!". Would repurchase.

Holy opaque! This will give you nice glossy colour in 1 coat. The shade itself is a really fresh juicy watermelon red/pink cream finish. Recommend to all.

I agree with the other reviews that this is a great color for toes. It gives a good amount of color with only 1-2 coats, applies evenly, and is a great pink-red color for summer.

I love this shade for pedicures. It's a raspberry-red shade. Not quite red, not quite pink. I do think 8 bucks is a lot for a bottle of nail polish so 1 lippie off for pricing.

A great pedicure colour. Nothing to rave about, not outstanding but it merits a 4 because it should be a basic in your polish wardrobe. Deep pink with a slap of red and a brush of orange. Leads the pack in terms of application.

Terrific color for summer toes. Went on great after one coat, but did a second and top coat just in case. Will be wearing this with peep-toe nude shoes for bridesmaid duty this summer. I know some folks aren't fans of Essie polishes, but this is outstanding.

This isnt a color you havent seen before. It is not original by any stretch of the imagination, but the application is a dream. Nice and opaque in one coat. Goes on like butter. The color is a nice rich raspberry color. Almost red but still dark pink. It is a great formula! I love the essie brushes because the handle is short which make it so much easier to control and get my color on without painting outside the lines. I would recommend this polish. Would look great on the toes!

I recently bought this as I wanted a bright color for Spring. I really love the color. It is bright and cheerful and just very pretty! It also lasts well. I really like this color.

Not an everyday color but it's great for when I'm in the mood for a bright. A warm red-pink, almost a coral. Fuchsia maybe? I dunno. It's opaque but doesn't look flat and thick like some plain cremes can. It's glowy almost like a neon but not. This can be a one-coater but I did two anyway. I like this on my tanned golden/yellow NC35 skin. Second to Sally Hansen Lightning (a taxicab yellow), this is my next favorite cheery pick-me-up color. Perfect for summer on tips and/or toes!

This is my first Essie polish I have tried. There was a bin of them for 1.99 at my grocery store and I figured it was a great time to try them out. This looked like a summer color and I liked that it was called watermelon. Upon application I was shocked It's EXTREMELY opaque! I really like opaque polishes. One coat is all you need! It's not streaky at all. At first, I didn't like it that much cause it looked to red to me and I don't like red polishes, but after it dried I could see it's more of a very dark pink .It's glossy, creamy, and once again- opaque! The the color is bright and bold, perfect for summer hot red-pink shade. Applies wonderfully, dries very shiny. It looks like you have a top coat on without a top coat on. I was surprised with the shine. It looks really nice. I still applied a top coat for protection and watermelon is close to perfection. I'm going back to the store to buy even more Essies-UPDATE also long lasting

I am normally not a fan of Essie. I've tried 5 of their polishes and they were all extremely sheer and streaky. Not exactly something you want in a nail polish! And they're not the cheapest thing in the world. At Target they are around 9 dollars plus tax. I decided to give this color a try despite my other experiences. I wanted a darker pink in my collection, and I even did some looking online before buying it. Everyone seemed to like it (which was a shock to me) so I tried it. And I am so glad I did! It's EXTREMELY opaque! One coat is all you need! It's not streaky at all. It's glossy, creamy, opaque, and long lasting. 10/10 for this product. I highly recommend!

On my naturally tan (olive-yellow) Asian skin, this is a very classic-looking (not to be confused with "classy") magenta pink. It's pretty opaque with just one coat, and the consistency is smooth and creamy. Very easy to apply. When I first applied it, it reminded me of another polish I have, but couldn't think of which one until I got home. REVLON's "Cherries in the Snow"! Of course, I had to swatch them both, and on ME, they ARE very similar. The only difference I could find is that Cherries in the Snow has slightly more red & maybe even a tad brighter (but that's probably just because I didn't give it time to dry before I took them both off. Watermelon was already dry since I had swatched it earlier.) Watermelon has slightly more pink and actually looks better with my skin tone, I think. I also think it's a better summer-time color than Cherries in the Snow. Anyway, give it a go. It's quite lovely.

A sophisticated, grown up bright/medium pink, especially gorgeous in the summer on tanned skin. When you want a shock of color and aren't in the mood for red, give this shade a try. ;-) Gorgeous!

I've just recently started using Essie colors, this is one of my faves. A great, summertime fuscia-pink. I really don't find a lot of orange in this as others had commented, I'm pretty sensitive to spotting orange in a polish as I have pink undertones in my skin and can't wear oranges.
A great creamy color, great color saturation, you could get by with one coat if you were in a rush. Would definitely recommend this to friends!

I have a feeling this is going to be one of my favorite polishes this spring/summer. It is pretty much perfect. It's a pink obviously, but it has a classic feel to it while still feeling fun and girly. I think it's perfect for people that always wear red and are kind of afraid to try something new. The consistency is great, it's opaque and long lasting. Love it. :)
