Lip gelees are my favorite lip glosses. The texture is just right. And it lasts. This one is a transparent dark pink on lips. It's very shiny. Moisturizing too. I think lip gelee is the best lip product MAC makes. With there was a bit more coverage though, or more pigment.

As one of my first MAC Lip Gelees, Lu Be Lu is a long time favorite. The consistency of this product is creamy, never sticky and smells amazing! I love the entire line of these lip products. Lu Be Lu is subtle but complimentary to many skin tones and more pigmented than some of the other MAC Lip Gelees. The color itself is beautiful, a combination between berry and mauve (think raspberry pink). These products apply like a dream!

This lipgelee color sooo pretty and sassy. Well, for the record, I really love the texture of lipgelees. They are so fluid and creamy, but never sticky. Well, I love sticky lipglass as well for nightime looks, but lipgelees are great for everyday looks. I'll just slip some of this stuff on without makeup and it looks very natural on. Ok, so the color you get in the tube is not necessarily the color you will get on your lips, but even a little bit of this WILL color your lips a very pretty shade of berry-pink. It's such an awesome color for the summer, but can be worn year-round. Definitely a must have in my book!

I love the formula of Lipgelee--light, non-sticky, pleasant scent and pretty color. Lu-Be-Lu is a berry-infused pink; bright in the tube but sheer and slightly shiny on. I greatly prefer this over any Lipglasses I own.

I'm so happy with this purchase! I'm a huge fan of the Lancome Juicy Tubes, but I did find the stickiness annoying, and it was hell for my hair on windy days. Now I think I've finally found a lipgloss that I love even more then the JTs! They're moisturising, not sticky at all, and sheer so they're perfect for daytime, or popped over a lippy for night time. They're also water proof - I tested it in the shower this morning.
I purchased Glosspitality and Lu-be-lu together, however my favourite would be the Glosspitality only because I suit the colour more. Lu-be-lu is gorgeous, and reminds me of a medium-dark Barbie Girl pink (would look great on my blonde/tanned bestie! :) )
EDIT: Extremely drying after a while, I had to give up using these within a week. Very disappointing.

I love this color, lip gelees in general are just a great product.
I have to repurchase this one because I broke the tube from carrying it around in my pocket at work. So I gave it a 3 for packaging, even though I should have known better.

This color looks pretty wild in the tube but once on the lips it is so beautiful! It's a berry/mauve color and I wear it over about any l/s I put on!! I love that this gloss has zero after taste and smell, plus for my sensitive nose!

How could this little gem go unnoticed in my stash for over a year? Well, I have hundreds of lip products, I guess thats why. I adore the Lipgelee formula. I'm not a big fan of Lipglass and this is exactly the opposite of Lipglass. Lipgelees are sheer and slick and feel good on my lips. Perfection, especially LuBeLu. Its a sheer raspberry pink. I agree with another reviewer who called it a "healthy pink"...thats dead on. It just looked fresh and pretty on my lips. Kind of juicy, which I love. My 2 favorite Lipgelees are Jellybabe and Moistly and if those 2 shades had a child it would be LuBeLu so I could not be more pleased with this....and unlike most things from MAC its NOT LE. Great gloss, highly reccomended by me because I believe everyone needs a color like this; sheer simple healthy pink. Will reurchase.

I like this one. It definitely looks scary in the tube. Like it's going to be purple marker on your lips. Amazingly, it looks really good. Looks pink-no purple to detect. By the way, I haven't noticed a scent, and I'm usually quite sensitive to odors. It's a very smooth, sheer, faint pink. Not a barbie pink, but just a healthy pink. There is no shimmer to this, just shine. I'm very fair with blonde hair and hazel eyes and warm (yellow) undertones and this looks good. I think because the lip gelees are all so sheer that they'll look good on everyone. Dewy Jube is my favorite, but I find myself wearing this one quite a bit too.

i already have the lipgelee in she-boom and i love it,so i wanted to try another one. an online consultant recommended lu b lu based on what i told her about my coloring and what shades i like. well, i got the lu b lu and i'm not that crazy about it. i have to say it does look nicer on my lips than it does in the tube, but i don't think it does much for me. i'd like it better if it had a little more color to it. on my lips,it looks like a light raspeberry. the she boom is more my type. a lot pink. i won't say i totally dislike lu b lu, but i'm not crazy about it. maybe if i mixed the both of them, i'll make it a little different. it's too light for me. i prefer more color. the texture is nice though, not too sticky and smells yummy. i just wish it gave me more color when applied.

This is my first lipgelee (also have Glosspitality) and it's wonderful - the texture is amazing...cushiony, nowhere near the stickiness of the lipglasses and just a perfect, sheer wash of cool YLBB pink tint over the lips...a great go-to, no brainer, summer lipgloss.

Lu-Be-Lu is a very nice color, on me. On my lips, it appears as a sheer, juicy raspberry pink. Although it applies sheerly, it does give your lips a hint of color. It has a yummy vanilla scent- the scent is light and subtle, it's not something that will make you sick. And I love the tube it comes in. The tip applicator isn't at all scratchy (I had this problem with Lancome Juicy Tubes), and makes applying the gloss without a mirror easy. This is my go-to gloss whe I want juicy, pink-popsicle stained lips. I would definately repurchase this when I run out.

I loved how smooth this went on with a lip brush. I thought it would turn out really pinky, but it w as more of a nude raspberry, and that I love on my lips. As other reviews read, not sticky feeling, i agree :) I would definitely re-purchase this !

I just cannot seem to make Lu-Be-Lu work! Which is a shame because it looked like such a pretty color in the tube: a bright, very cool-toned pink. On the lips it's the same -with tons of juiciness. I tried different pairings with various eyeshadows and blushes, even alone - nothing worked. This simply cannot work with everyone, and I'm beginning to accept that lol.. I'll give it one more go over a pink lipstick, but then after that, I guess up for swap it will go. People who are most certainly warm-toned should think twice before purchasing. Neutral and cool toned chicks-- proceed!

I love, love, love this. It has the loveliest consistency and feel on the lips of any gloss I've tried. The color is a great sheer pinkish-berry color, and it smells lovely. I'm truly in love with this product, and I can't wait to buy more colors.

Lubelu is a beautiful raspberry red colour with shimmer. My first MAC lipgelee I am impressed with the staying power, non stickiness(!) and colour range. Just the right amount of pigment to look polished. Will buy more of these great glosses.

Beautiful texture, smooth on the lips, great uplifting colour (sheer raspberry), lovely scent. Tube is simple (typically MAC)and price was ok (in between high street and department store prices, but MAC is more expensive in UK than US). The only downside is that the product is fairly runny and it's very easy to squeeze too much out of the tube. Still, this won't be a turn-off for me and I'll repurchase this as well as trying some of the other colours.

Love, love, love this! The scent is wonderful as are the color and texture. The color is a gorgeous bright, but sheer raspberry pink that is so hot! And the texture is super soft and smooth with a beautiful shine.

I reckon MAC Lipgelee is very underrated. I find it waay more caring (moisturising) and less sticky than Lipglass. I first tried this while in transit at the airport: my lips were really dry and I found that this did a great job at relieving my cracked lips. Comes in a lovely range of colours which all have a lovely shiny finish. Don't let the colours in the tube put you off (I know some of them look awfully bright). You have to be patient and try them on your lips. A friend and I tried them on and found that the same colours looked COMPLETELY different on our lips - and we've got roughly the same colouring! I ended up getting Lu-be-lu even though that was not the first shade I would have visually picked out for myself - but it looked the best on my lips. So give them a go!

I don't get an even color application with this. It's ok looking on my pigmented lips. I don't like the fact that my hair sticks to this...feels like runny glue and oddly dried out my lips. I always get chapped lips with this, plus the tube leaks. :(
