Being born blonde has it's problems, blonde eyelashes and blonde eyebrows are not flattering even on blondes!
But this removes the albino look and makes one look naturally defined. It's great simply because it matches your natural brow colour and the gel that comes with it removes any harsh pencil lines and makes it look totally believable. I paint on Audrey Hepburn type shaped brows with this sometimes over my skimpy brows and I get compliments on my lovely brows, highly recommended. I've been buying for five years and will continue. The price is high but you don't need to repurchase often, once or twice a year.

I have skimpy, invisible brows and have tried every product known to man--MUFE brow dye, Smashbox, Anastasia, the Model's Prefer Pencil,
Valerie theBrow Queen, Senna--apologiesto anyone I've left out. I know I will never stick with just one product and don't believe there's such a thing as a holy grail. Getting a believable color is just half the job; the rest is skill and the right brush or pencil point. I had been curious about this pencil forever but couldn't bring myself to spend the $22. Finally, I got a deal on it on ebay so I got to try it. The verdict: I like this best for onn-the-go touch-ups, combined with a clear mascara fixative. The color is lovely but this is a surprisingly soft pencil that's on the creamy side. That's a plus for those of us who need both color and thickness but because it's creamy, it needs a fixative. The reason I like it for the purse as a back-up is that it's very easy to use for touch-ups, much more so than powder and brush.
I will buy this again but only if I get another deal on it.

I am doing a review on the Perfect Brow pencil not the gel that is in the photo above. I have used this pencil and only this pencil for my brows for the past 8 years, yes I swear it has been that long because I loved it that much. Recently I had to purchase a new one. Going on the Brenda Christian site I was able to locate a salon/spa near me that sold it so I picked it up for I believe $22.00. This new pencil I purchased seemed different in color. It may not be too obvious, but I did notice it being more on the lighter side which I did not like since it no longer blended with my eyebrows. Now I have stopped coloring my hair for 5 years now so I know it is not that, and I am sure it is the pencil formula itself. Once applied I notice the pencil color instead of before when I saw nothing but just darkened eyebrows. Yesterday I was very very disappointed as I tried to sharpen it and it continuously broke every time. I tried different sharpeners and it still broke. I have noticed this since I got this new pencil. Something about the formula is different and makes the pencil unstable. It has broken as I was applying it, and now will no longer sharpen. I am going to contact a rep. from Brenda Christian because after paying $22.00 I should not have to just stop using it. Sadly I am so disappointed that I think I need to retire this brand and move onto searching for another eyebrow filler =(

I love this product for it's color. I wish it's texture was a bit more smooth and soft. It's a terrific pencil to have in your bag because it works for everyone. I have very dark eyebrows and my friend has strawberry blonde brows, we both use this pencil. If you are looking for something to streamline your make up case/bag, this is something to seriously consider.

I've used this product for about three years and love it. I've tried other products in the interim, but I toss them and go back to Perfect Brow. The color is prefect, and since I have almost no brows past my arch, the gel helps the pencil stay all day--something the other brow colors DO NOT do!

This product is AMAZING! It's great for any woman who uses an eyebrow comb or eyebrow pencil. It defines the eyebrows so much and the gel helps to keep it in place thoughout the day. This has been in my make-up box for at least 5 years now, and I hope it never leaves!
