Absolutely the best pimple medicine for adults! Gentle, yet effective! Usually takes care of the problem with one application (overnight) and doesn't dry out your skin.

It is pricey but I was fortunate enough to find 3 full-size tubes at a Ross Dress For Less.....only $4.99 each! That saved me about $30 per tube. :)

I got a sample of this product from Sephora. When I got a huge pimple on my forehead, I dabbed a bit of Fix on the pimple before I went to bed. The next morning, the pimple was the half of its original size! Even my husband was surprised. Plus there was no dryness, no peeling! When I run out of the sample, I will definitely purchase one.

Finally! I've found a spot treatment that works! And it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, which is a huge bonus. No dryness, no irritation, nothing but clear skin.

This is hands down my holy grail spot treatment. It smooths on very easily, doesn't leave my skin sticky or shiny and actually seems to be pampering to my skin, all while almost completely eliminating a blemish in ONE use. I'd all but given up hope on ever finding a spot treatment that worked for me and didn't irritate my skin, but this is it! I don't get pimples very often, but when I do, they tend to be very painful and very obvious, so I'm thrilled to have something to treat them with that actually works.

The price is a bit high at $34 but when you factor in the size of the tube (1.7 oz) compared to many other spot treatments (like Bliss' Change Your Spots and DermaDoctor's Ain't Misbehavin'), it's actually reasonable. And it doesn't take much, even if you're applying it all over a largish area of your face since it smooths on so effortlessly and doesn't dry immediately.

PROS: (1) works quickly; (2) doesn't irritate or dry out my sensitive skin; (3) a little goes a long way; (3) doesn't leave a sticky residue; (4) actually feels good on the skin and leaves it looking healthy; (5) large tube for the price (compared to other spot treatments I've tried).

CONS: (1) somewhat expensive, although the size of the tube makes up for it.

This stuff is pretty amazing. My boyfriend has a lot of products from the Zirh line and I use them when I forget my stuff. One day I woke up at his house with a huge red pimple and he gave me the tube of fix. I put it on before I went to bed and the next morning the pimple was almost gone. No more whitehead, no more redness, the bumb was less than half the size from the previous day and it didn't dry out my skin.
I was amazed. Nothing I ever used worked so good so fast. It's a great spot treatment. I only using on existing pimples, I don't know if it is supposed to prevent acne. It is a bit shiny, but it's fine just to use it before you go to bed.
My only problem with it is that it's a bit pricy.

This cools down skin irritations and helps to get rid of pimples without drying out the zit and skin around it. It is expensive and I will continue to look for something else with a lower price point but until I find that product to replace this one...I'll continue to buy it!

This product works great as an on-the-spot acne healing clear gel. I use it on my chest as well on small little red blemished I get. The price is sort of expensive at 34.00$ but I guess it's worth it. As far as the packaging, well, it comes in a small tube (about 2oz) and it comes out very easily especially with the very first use, so lighting squeeze the product in your hands the first couple times you use it. I also have the shaving cream from Zirh, great stuff. Would definitely recommend!

This was something my boyfriend had at his house for occasional pimple (his ex got him into nice skincare...good for him) So one night decided to put on a little pimple that came up. Amazing. Best pimple stuff ever. Not drying and really works. Clear but leaves shiny residue. Can't wear under make-up though b/c kinda peels off. Great for bedtime. I ran to Sephora to buy my own tube for my house!
