This is an amazing mask. I think they might have changed the formula from the version I used in my teens and early 20s but it is still a must-have product. When I was back in the States, I picked some up for about $4 at TJ Maxx. I was so delighted. It is one of those products I have been repurchasing for 20 years now. It is worth searching out and trying.

This is a clay based mask but is not overly drying. It leaves your skin clean and refreshed but not completely stripped of all oil. It makes my skin look refined and glowing. I use Retin-A but can still use this once a week with no adverse affects. It has a pleasant fragrance but is not overwhelming.

If you get a chance, please pick this product up because you probably won't regret it.

It's actually called Clay and Ginseng Texturizing Mask (at least on my jar)
I have sensitive skin with redness and pink acne marks
I get the occasional few small zits...but nothing major because I use Tretinoin gel and I'm on Yasmin bcp.

I used it last night....sooooo good!!!...didn't leave my skin red/pink like other masks I've tried...my skin was soft and calmed down and no redness..& my pores looked tiny.
I then put on my Dove lotion for sensitive skin and then put more mask on the trouble spots over night.....totally worked.

It was only $6.99 at HomeSense (Canada)
it's in a small jar but a little goes a long way....I'm going back to get more.....smells great too!!!

LOVE!!!!!!!!

I love this mask! I have oily, acne-prone skin, and I use this once a week to deep clean my skin. Also, whenever I feel a breakout coming, I put this on for about 20 minutes and this wards them off! It isn't drying at all and smells really good. I love the tingle too.The only tiny con is that the jar is a scoop jar and it can get messy, but that isn't a big deal at all.

Update: undoubtfully THE best mask ive used n will continue to use, on my combination, slighty sensitive skin.

Love it! it deep cleans and makes my pores smaller and leaves my skin smooth and NOT Dryy! Ive even used it after using retinoids, with no drying or irritation. A problem with most clay masks but not this one. i like the smell and I use it as an overnight treatment for pimples ( it works!).
i love all the interesting ingredients like pineapple/papaya extracts, msm, ginseng , bromelain ( a doctor approved ingredient to help heal skin). A+ ! looking to try rachel perry's other products now.:-)

Contains bentonite and kaolin clay with MSM and the enzymes papain and bromelain. This is a pleasant smelling naturally pigmented blue mask that goes on thick and dries in 10-15 minutes. This could be too drying for mature or dry skin types. My combination skin did not have any problems with this. I noticed a slight tingle from that disappeared in a minute or so, possibly from the exfoliating enzymes in this. I also like to use a scrub or microdermabrasion scrub before applying this. (try Rachel Perry Peach and Papaya scrub or Queen Helene scrubbing facial cleanser ). Sells for $6.99 for 2 oz and you can easily get 25-30 uses out of one container. If this is too drying for you, try Desert Essence's Pore Clarifying mask.

I have always seen the pretty Rachel Perry packaging on her mysterious products, and I had no idea something so cute and pretty could work so well!

I love the berry scent and the intense blue color of the mask, and how well it covers the face. It really goes on and grabs to any bad stuff, only to wash off and reveal this smooth and poreless skin.

Miracle in a jar I say!

I've been familiar with Rachel Perry for quite a number of years. I recently found this item at Marshall's & gave it another try. I think it was $3.99, & it was well worth every penny. I have oily skin, & this product really absorbs the oil & cleans my face well. It smells great & it is easy to apply & remove. I will be heading back to Marshall's to stock up before they're all gone!
