I bought this at Five Below for two bucks. It works a lot better than the other facial self tanners I've used, but I still prefer the Clarins one to this. This does give a pretty natural glow.

Amazing! As a blond blue eyes girlie who always wears factor 50, I can look like a vampire. Very pale and pasty! Ive tried pretty much every high end and low end tan you can think of and every one of the top 20 top listed tans on here. But I still looked orangeand streaky most times. However now Ive found this, my new HG. You really cannot go wrong with it! Very natural colour and no streaks. Ive got so many compliments about my 'tan' whilst wearing this. Hope it never gets discontinued!

I bought set of Airbrush products and this face self tan was there. Now I read many comments before I got brave enough to use it. Please avoid those crazy stories about how u can paint whole room with it ans that it make u orange! Seriously I don't know what u need to do (spray it point plank right in ur face?) to screw it up. Just apply some cream on your face and around eyes and lips, take ur top off (u want it to be even with neck and decolte area), put head band on. Than spray from 30 cm distanse then just massage your face and neck quickly.
First do it just a little bit untill u more confident. My 1st day I was so scared to try so I done tiny bit and colour appeared very light. After 3 times I can see light shade of tan, very natural bronze tan, not orange and very enen!
It smells strong, but do it in bathroom and leave, smell will stay there, not on you.
Very good product, will use it over again and even in summer time as due to exfoliation my face is always lighter than my body.
Highly recommended!

This is my favorite face tanner EVER. I've tried them all, every price range because I don't want orange skin. It's so cheap and the color is super natural. It's hard to find in NYC these days, so I go to Ricky's and buy in bulk.
Tanners work differently though for everyone so maybe other people won't get the same super natural result. Case in point. A few years ago, every magazine swore that Clarins was the best tanner. I tried it and looked like I had jaundice.
PS, I don't use SH for body. I use Jergen's Gradual Tan.

I bought the face tanner out of this range, and also bought the body tanner(see seperate review). I had never used a face ST before this one, it was only 3.49GBP, i sawe the good reviews on MUA and thought it was definitely worth a go.
I am sooo pleased i did. So far i have applied this 2 nights in a row. On the first night i exfoliated with clean and clears blackhead clearing scrub, and moisturised with neutrogena oil free visibly clear lotion. I waited for the moisuriser to sink in. I applied it slowly, all over the face and neck and quickly, AND I MEAN QUICKLY! Rubbed it in, evenly whilst wearing latex gloves, so no orange palms lol! It dries reaaally quickly so you have to move fast!! I saw this actually contains retinol, and i found it definitely made my skin clearer, and more flawless. The colour was beautiful - lighter than the body tanner. It made me glow soo much! No streaks, absoulutely no orange! I applied it again the night after and it just made me look so healthy, really brown aswell. It covered up my acne scars and redness, and covered up my clogged pores in my t zone area. I am definitely going to continue using this, as i can use it several times a week - and i wont have to wear foundation on days when i dont want to, just fill in my eyebrows and im good to go (but still look presentable lol!))
This product takes quite a while to develop. It states on the can that it starts to develop in 1 hour and takes up to 12 hours to fully develop. I applied this at 5.55pm in afternoon and by around 7pm it looks like a light tan. When i woke the next morning at 6.15am i looked really glowy and tanned but i would say it took to around 1pm that day to completely develop!
Just to say - i have olive skin in summer, medium/tan skin in winter, and it makes my face look gorgeous, cant say about lighter skins but it def worked for me! Love it!!

I am so pleased with this product that I am turning into an addict. I was looking for a self tanner for my face that comes out of a spray. I had seen the airbrushing foundation applications and I found that similar to self tanning with a spray. Looked through whole Sephora and the closest one was ModelCo, which was about $30 but I could not test it in the store. Finally went to Rite Aid and as I was going to buy a L'Oreal self tanner in spray for body, I saw this. WOWWWWWWWWWWW, I am so glad of this discovery. It does a flawless job and the best thing is that it does not make my skin oily or greasy. It contains retinol and vitamins and I actually found it very healthy for my skin. Freedom from wearing foundation. It creates a great goldish shade. It does not stain my hair or clothes. Excellent product!!!

i really loved the idea of this product, but it made my break out in little whiteheads all over my chin and jawline. i put it on at night for 2 or 3 nights in a row, and after the third night i was completely broken out. it went away after i stopped using it. it gave nice light color though so im very disappointed that i cannot continue using it. i have yet to find a sunless tanner for my face that will not make me break out :o(

Oh how I've desperately been searching for a sunless tanner for my face that doesn't break me out! I have tried every self-tanner for the face in existence, and every single one breaks me out horrifically in just one use...but not this one! It's amazing, it truly is like airbrushing your face! It sprays in a nice fine mist, and dries instantly. No pore clogging, no greasy shine left behind, it just dries into your skin, does it's job and leaves your skin clear AND golden. Wow, thanks so much to MUA for helping me find the PERFECT sunless tanner for the face!

If I could give this 10 lippies I would.
Every self tanner for the face has made my pores look larger and actually gave me milia. I was using the Clarins self tan every so often because the color is so beautiful, but it does not always leave my skin in the best shape.
First of all, I LOVED spraying this on my face. I was expecting it to be more of a mist than a full-on spray, so I sort of blasted myself with it the first time I tried it. But I was really impressed by the soft vanilla fragrance, no trace of that icky "self-tanner-chemical" smell. It is a quick application and feels luxurious.
This absorbs very quickly. I was expecting to wake up to orange streaks on my white pillowcases, but they were clean. I woke up the next morning to a fabulous golden glow that made me look so healthy. And equally as wonderful - my skin looked fantastic! It felt smooth, I didn't have that pre-breakout creepy crawly feeling, my pores minimized...
I realized that the formula contains retinol - so perhaps that is why my skin reacted so well to this. Being able to get a tan and control breakouts at the same time is definitely a winning combo for me, so this is now my HG self tanner. And it is about 1/4 the cost of the Clarins!
I hope they never stop making this.
*Note - have very olive skin, no self tanner has ever turned me orange. If you do have a problem with tanners turning you orange, I can't vouch for how the color would come out with your skin tone. But on an already olive complexion - lovely.

I just used this last night, so I can't vouch for how long it lasts, but it works great. I was a little skeptical about just spraying this on my face, so I sprayed it on to a makeup sponge and then applied before I went to bed. I applied it pretty lightly as I didn't really know what I was working with and I woke up with just a subtle glow, very nice. Of course now I know I can just apply a little heavier if I want more of a dark look. At first the smell is very perfumey, but then dies down and eventually smells like all self tanners. I think this is a great option for the face since lotions can be streaky and for me always cause breakouts.
UPDATE: Last for about 3 days before I need to apply again, but so easy I don't care! Love this stuff.

I have been struggling to find a good self tanner for my face that does not break me out and my search is finally over. I am not crazy about spray tanners but I found this on sale and decided to give it a try. I mix it with a teeny bit of moisturizer to help it go on evenly and I end up with a nice subtle glow in the morning, just what I want. To my surprise, not only does this not make me break out but my skin has been clearer than ever. I do not know how to explain it (one other reviewer mentioned it could be the retinol) but I love love love it.

Okay, so I bought the face version prior to Prom and tried it out on my legs to be safe :) and my legs are gorgeous!!! No orange, VERY natural tan color on my PPP skin!!!! Wow! But......my face didn't take so well to this. I got patches despite spraying evenly and blending it in.....Had to go get lemon/baking soda to scrub it off my face and neck cause I looked like an Oompa Loompa lol. I might give this another try though because the color is amazing but for now I'll stick with my newly beloved Dove moisturizer with self-tanners because it gives the same color (i use the medium) and zip splotches

I am going to beg to differ with the other ladies here on the rave reviews of this self tanner. I had already purchased SUBLIME by Loreal when I read that this tanner received better reviews. Soooo, I went out to purchase some of this right away. I am very disappointed in this product. It took on a very orangy color to my skin (sorta like a Willie Wonka OMPAH LOOMPAH!!) and turned every pore I had a deep orange and accenutated every single tiny blackhead I had-that I never even noticed before using this product! I guess thanks to it for that since I have booked myself for a deep cleaning facial. This product was a total waste of money for me. On the other hand, SUBLIME worked great. I got a nice, glowing, natural tan- not orange. I guess it depends on your skin and skin chemistry-this one certainly didn't do it for me. Will I purchase again or recommend this product to others? NOOOOOOO!

Best self tanner I've ever used, hands down. I only self tan before bedtime, and then wake up and take a shower, because I'm self conscious about the smell of them. This dries in seconds, and does not rub off on the sheets the way most do. It gives the darkest tan of the ones I've tried (I did a patch test on my leg to compare), and it lasts longer than most. It's natural looking, and I just love it! Excellent! Highly recommended, especially if you want a self tanner that dries quickly and is not oily. Since using it, the skin on my face is actually clearer. I haven't had a single pimple for about the 4 months I've been using it. I agree with the others- the face formula and the body formula are exactly the same thing, just in different bottles.

This is product is great! I just close my eyes and spray all over my face and neck. It dries super fast, smells like pineapples, and has never stained anything. After 2 or 3 uses I have a noticeable, but natural tan on my olive skin. The smell turns into the classic self-tanner smell (smells like corn chips to me), but I don't think there's a self-tanning product that doesn't. I've never rubbed it in, and never had a streak or a splotch. The best part is this is the first self tanner that does NOT break me out!!!

so far i really like this product. i bought it mainly because i am paranoid about having orange fingers and palms. i have been using it only on my face and it actually seems to make my skin feel nicer (could be the retinol? not sure). anyway, like other reviewers have said i am nearly positive that the face and body are the same formula just marketed seperately in different bottles. this is so easy to use. just mist it on and i don't even have to blend it with my hands if i feel like i get an even spray. it leaves a really natural, non-orangey color. and i have been getting a lot of compliments! it leaves my skin the exact color as it would be if i were tanning naturally. also, the smell is not overly offensive and it doesn't turn "salty" like most self-tanners do. blech. another great benefit is that it dries so fast that you don't have to worry about it rubbing off or transferring to clothing or sheets or whatever have you. thumbs up from me.

I am reviewing this for AIRBRUSH SUN FOR BODY. I'm really not sure if I would get this again. I only got 2 uses out of the can. Granted it is only $8 to $9 dollars which is about the same for a tanning bed session but still. I really didnt see much of a difference in the darkening of my skin. I usually use L'Oreal Sublime Bronze which has different levels of darkening. I go from using the medium to the deep depending on the state of my skin color. I guess this formula (and there is only 1) is just too light to compete with the Sublime Bronze. I do enjoy the fact that it dries so super fast and it doesnt smudge bronzey crap all over your clothes and that it hardly has a smell. Ill probably try this again during the winter time.
