Its a nice regular shampoo, but it has no straightening capacity whatsoever, even combined w/ the conditioner. verrrrrry frustrating. it smells nice though.

This is a very hydrating shampoo with a pleasant smell. It works especially well in taming curly hair when used with So Straight Conditioner.

I use this shampoo in conjunction with Head & Shoulders, an excellent shampoo for combating dandruf, but not so hot at moisturizing my thick, course, somewhat dry hair. I get the best of both worlds when I add the So Straight because it provides the moisture I need along with a bit of tame with the introduction of the silicone and other goodies. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a handle on uncontrollable hair. It is not an end all, ie, you must use a conditioner after, but it does help some.

All shampoos dry out my hair, this shampoo is somewhat milder. It was better than back to basics sunflower moisture infusing shampoo.

This made my dry coarse hair feel soft and smooth. My hair tends to my frizzy and kinky/wavy and I noticed that my hair looked a lot nicer after I flat ironed it when I used this then it does when when I don;t use it. Rave from me!

I bought a 3 pack of the shampoo, conditioner and straightening balm to try it out and I'm glad I did. It beat out my frizz and tamed my hair pretty well. Smells good too. Not overly goopy or thick.
