I love this product! I've already gone through three hars and there has been a marked difference in my puffy eyes. I used to dread taking pictures but now you barely notice they are there. I use to obsess over plastic surgery to tighten my eye region. I haven't felt that in a very long time. It take over 5 months to see real results though.

This is for the Concentrated Anti-wrinkle Eye Cream. It wasn't coming up in the search. Again, a little goes a long way. This cream stays put, moisturizes, doesn't sting my eyes, and the texture is a plus. My aunt has been using this forever and I swear, people think she's in her late thirties/early forties.

Ok, this works out to SGD6.80 per pair and its great! These gel pads are really easy to use and its a no mess, no fuss product. Sits comfortably on the skin and after 20 minutes (the gel part thins and is absorbed) my eye area is so moisturised and smooth..... makeup glides on like silk the next morning. Will use this as a staple!

can you say...FABULOUS? this item is amazing!! it is a retinol eye treatment (mask) that leaves your under eye area pampered!! again..like most of my good reviews..the product is very expensive ($65 for 12 treatments) but it is worth it if you have wrinkles or dark circles (like me!!!) I could see a small difference after the first treatment! with continued use, hopefully big results!! (I will let you know!)

This is what I was looking for. I bought the retinol one, thinking it was this one. (my aunt gave me a sample) This is not paper thin like the retinol mask ($60) and cost less. It feels like silicone and makes your eyes feel well rested after the 15 minute application. You're suppose to put this over your favorite eye cream. It didn't erase my eye circles, but my fine lines are a little plumped. I think this is only sold in Asia. I bought it for 26USD at the airport in Hong Kong. Will update.

i bought BENEFIANCE Eye Treatment Mask on yahoo auction to try. But found nothing fantastic bout the product. for 10pcs cost me SGD$35, which i consider quite expensive for a product that doesnt work. Perhaps i should try their retinol eye mask....

i love the shiseido pure retinol eye masks! after the first application, i noticed that my dark circles diminished and the eye area seemed smoother. i don't really have wrinkles b/c i'm only 26 years old, but i do have noticeable dark circles. i was really skeptical about this product, but i'm now a believer! it won't work miracles, but my eyes definitely look better. i just wish it was a little cheaper.

AMAZING!! I have VERY dark undereye circles and when I use the PURE RETINOL masks (the 60.00 for 12 treatment box) they are gone!!! Because they are expensive (but totally worth EVERY penny) I use a new treatment once a week and then store them in a ziplock and when I reuse, I dampen them slightly with warm water and get 2 additional treatments for the week. Of course, the first use (treatment) shows the biggest difference, but I still see a difference on the second and third use. Also, wrinkles are smoothed out and the eye area looks so rested and fresh. Remember, Shiseido sells 2 different eye masks and this review is for the more expensive PURE RETINOL eye masks!

If you have dry tired eyes and want a little boost this mask will give you all the moisture you need. I love this especially after a long flight. It's the best!

I had such high hopes for this product after reading all the rave reviews, but I was so disappointed with these little eye masks! I applied them exactly as directed but these did not do a thing for me -- they didn't make my dark circles less noticeable, my eyes less puffy (in fact I agree with another reviewer that I think they made them more puffy!) or have any brightening effects. I've tried them a couple of times but still, no effect. I can't be bothered to return them now -- I bought them while shopping in another state -- but I definitely would not repurchase. For me, these were a total waste of money! :(

The verdict is still out. Any benefit does not last past 24 hours. Feels great when they come off, a nice cool feeling. I wore them in the car on my way to a get-together (I ducked from other drivers and they are a little scary looking while on), where I received several compliments-not sure if it's the eye masks or just my lucky day. Anyway, since my under eye circles are so so so dark, I'll probably be a sucker and repurchase, and just save them for speical occasions.

ARRRRRRRRRR!
i had SO SO SO much hope for this, esp after reading all the good reviews.
but it was a major letdown.
firstly, i was expecting the masks to be more wet with serum, but they were so dry! when i took them out of the wrapper, i was like ????!
i left them on for 15 mins as said on the box.
took them off and there was absolutely NO difference.
none at all.
such a waste of money!
at least i didn't have an allergic reaction. BAH!

This review is for the retinol eye masks. I got a pack of 3 off Ebay and thank goodness I didn't get the full set. Love the hygenic packaging which keeps the serum fresh. However, this really didn't do anything for me except brighten the undereye area for a few hours. No change in fine lines. In fact, I think this made my eyes slightly puffy.

Thanks for your reviews, its a wonderful product. because i study a lot my eyes become really tired and i have dark circles. this gives me a relief and refreshes my look. I used Estee lauder stress relief eye masks and Dr. Hauschka Eye solace, but they cant come closer to Shiseido. definite rebuy.

OK. Just bought these tonight at Sephora, and just tested one undereye area to better compare the before and after. What's the verdict? First of all, the experience is cooling and pleasant. I love the soft signature Shiseido scent. And the mask stays in place while you're walking around, working on the computer, etc. And the result: nothing. Dark circles are still there. Eye area neither seems tighter nor more lifted. Granted, I had no wrinkles to get rid of, but I was hoping the circles would fade, the area would look *alive*. Nada. My disappointment is palpable. And I thank Sephora's return policy in advance.
