Although I love the packaging, this mascara just didn't do it for me. Yes, it does lengthen, but at the expense of any remote amount of volume and definition. On the other hand, when I layer this over Clinique High Definition Mascara, my eyelashes looked fake..and fabulous! It's pretty tame on its own.

I love this mascara, it certainly works for me. I like the slimness of the wand so u get good and close to the lash line. It makes my eyes pop and I don't get clumps.

I actually really like this mascara - nothing in particular, but it does a good job - lengthens, blackens, I like the brush, does not get clumpy or in my eyes. Overall, nice product that has become my standard.

an OK mascara, i like that the brush is not so big. the formula is ok, not so clumpy and quite a good texture but thats about all. All Prescriptives mascaras are good, and dont have so many nasty chemicals which I like.

I have tried so many mascaras, Dior, Chanel, Lancome, etc. and I always come back to this. I find this to be volumizing and lengthening. It lasts all day, doesn't smudge and gives me the exact look I want. I used to use Lancome's lash primer and then Definicils, but this does the same job for less than half the price of those two products. The applicator is very ergonomic, with the cushioned top (kind of like a pen with a cushioned grip). It lasts as long as any other department store mascara I've tried and you can easily apply a second coat if you like. I just find this to be a top notch product that is HG for me.

HG mascara for me. I have moods when it comes to Mascara and I try different kinds from time to time trying to achieve something different. I even bought a set of 4 mascaras from Prescriptives that had their main mascaras. I love them all but every time I return to the Beyond Long. I have pretty full lashes, so I just curl and sweep a little of the mascara and my lashes are dark and lengthy and super flirty and pretty. No flaking, no smudging.

I highly recommend. Yes, it's expensive but pretty midrange for the non drugstore mascaras.

I loved this mascara when I tried it on. I was almost tempted to return the Lancome's Fatale I just bought to buy this one. (I wish I did) It gave such amazing length to my lashes. I was amazed they could look so long. The only problem was that there wasn't any volume added at all. (Which is fine, as it doesn't say it's suppose to, but I was hoping so). If you were looking, you could see the length, but on darker skin as I have, you can't see it very well if there's not volume. So if you have naturally pronounced eyelashes, and just want them longer, this is the mascara to buy. It's also upper midrange in price. (About $20)

OMG, this is the mascara I have been looking for!!! This is awesome. It doesn't flake or clump, makes your lashes unbelievably long. I have been asked multiple times if I have false lashes on (no darling, it is my mascara). This is an absolute must have .Way to go Prescriptives!!!

I really like this mascara.....it doesn't flake; It makes my stubby lashes look longer; it doesn't clump. My HG right now. Edit: I now have a new HG...so I do not use this as much. This is a good mascara; it just doesn't give me enough volume. It is a lengthening mascara, and that what is does...it just lengthens. It gives you really pretty results (if that is what you are just looking for.)

I use this with Prescriptives Beyond Long. Alone it doesnt create a false lash look and really doesnt wow me with the beyond long either but coupled together -- it's better than using either one alone. I'll probably give lash envy a try next...

This is a terrible mascara, it did make my lashes long, but nothing spectacular it clumped, flaked and smudged. Overall it was horrible and I would not buy it again.

To me this is not the greatest but does work nicely. It adds a lot of length and a little volume with some minimal clumping. It also feels soft, is a true black, and doesn't flake or smudge (but no mascara usually smudges for me, I have really dry skin). I also love the slim tube and rubber cap, it makes it so easy to hold and control!! The only bad thing is that it makes my lash's curl droop (curled & used primer first) ever so slightly, not so bad to the extent where I would never use it again, but I need curling. I happen to have the most stubbornly strait lashes ever though so maybe others won't have the same problem. It also seems to be a really wet/watery formula and I ended up having to wait in between swipes to let it dry a little. Overall though there more good qualities than there are bad but I am still searching for my HG, this isn't it.

This is a very nice mascara, not the best but good enough to live with. It doesn't clump, flake or irritate. After 2 applies it makes my lashes full and black. Second applications is not required but I'm used to apply twice.
I don't know however if I would buy this again, there are so many similars mascaras like HR, Lancome and Chanel.

I love this product! I bought it as a sample on Ebay and loved the way it lengthened my lashes. I was looking for something more volumizing but it does a great job either way. I love the way that it lengthens and separates. The salesperson talked me into purchasing the prescriptives primer to go with the mascara that was an additional $13....=/ I got home and it was horrible. I would not recommend the primer. My only complaint is that the mascara seems to dry out very quickly....and at the price, that could get expensive. I plan to try out more mascaras to find one that i will stick with....but I loved this product.

This is my HG mascara. Reliably gives me doe-eyes that get noticed. No flaking or smudging even through grueling workouts. A bit pricey, but totally worth it.

I have extremely OILY lids. the drugstore waterproof mascaras always come off and i look like i got beaten up all the time. even waterproof make up forever, dior, and clinique comes off. i got a sample of beyond long presciptives and it is the only mascara that doesnt come off even when i went to hk (extremely gross humid weather) and i went clubbing ..it stayed on all night long. amazing part is...it's wasnt even waterproof!! another thing is that is comes off so easily...water does it! my short asian lashes looked so much longer and volumized! i love the sample brush too. pricy??...well to me as long as it stays on since nothing seems to...so far that is!

I tried this mascara in 2 different samples I received and I was very impressed with the results: my eyelashes looked long, with volume, no buildup, long lasting great results. So I decided to buy the product... and I am very dissapointed with the results. It did absolutely nothing, worst than Maybelline Great Lash. Then, I get another sample and obtained great results again. I think the difference is in the brush of the samples. I will never buy this again unless they decide to sell the small sample versions which are great.

LOVE THIS MASCARA!!!
Everything is perfect about it. My mom borrowed it and immediately wanted to purchase it. It's the right color, consistency, packaging, price, and formulation for me. I tend to be messy when applying and the brush on this one helps prevent that, while giving me the "long and smooth" lash look I love.
The packaging is really cute and the silicone or plastic or rubber part on the wand makes the wand really easy to hold.

I really do love this mascara. It's the only one that I have ever worn that I have gotton compliments on what nice eyelashes I have. It's a very nice product from perscriptives as well as their camoflauge cream conceler. However the only reason I did not give this 5 lippies is because after a couple of hours it does tend to flake off and land under my eyes which can make me look like a racoon. My makeup tip is to use a little of the langerai and galashes from urban decay. The primer may help the mascara to better adhere to the lashes. Amazing product overall.

BEST .... MASCARA .... EVER .... INVENTED!!! I've tried them all, from drugstore to Chanel. I've finally found my HG mascara. It's wet enough to prevent clumping, flaking and sticking together of lashes, yet it's not so wet that it would leave raccoon eyes or smudge/migrate on skin around eyes. It lengthens without looking like spider legs. It adds volume without looking fake. It's simply beautiful. Perfect. Perfection. ((( *love* )))
