Okay, I admit that its another make up product I bought simply because of the pretty packaging.oh well.Nice tube and it does smells pretty decent(but once you put it in the lashes, you cant really smell it.)
It does do a pretty 'wow' effect on my lashes after I put it on.Gave quite a bit of volume on my lashes(not a lot of length tho)and a bit of curl.
HOWEVER,THIS EFFECT DID NOT STAY AND IT SMUDGED.
so its not a mascara for me.

I know people have had these bad experiences, but I for a fact have a had a good one with this amzing mascara. The best mascara I have yet to come across. The packaging is beautiful - i got mine with the Pout Plump Lipgloss as a gift and the barrel was black with gorgeous lace detail on it, but the original ones you buy separately are blue. The barrel is simply gorgeous.
The brush looked a little weak and clumpy, but when i glided it across my lashes it was AMAZING. Volumizes, NEVER CLUMPS, lengthens and curls (better if you used the eyelash curler)
The bad thing about this product is that it doesn't last long, a few hours going out and my lashes would've stuck out straight, not a good look =]
but overall, FAB product, and it's a staple in my cosmetic purse.

This isn't a horrible mascara, but it isn't a great one either. it does not really volumize or lengthen. has a nice black pigment, and seperates lashes wonderfully. no clumps, globs, or smudges, and only minimal flakes even after I slept in it. goes onto each lash smoothly and deposits product evenly. the really bad thing about it, for me at least, is that it kills your curl. if you are going for very natural lashes this would be a great product, but I like curled and volumized lashes and this will not do that for me. Also a big negative: this product is not advertized as waterproof but is impossible to remove without a waterproof makeup remover. when it gets wet it flakes all over, but does not come clean off the lasehs. I am returning this product.

this mascara did make my lashes thicker it did not live up to the claims of the company. the color of the mascara is a true, sooty black which i like very much. the best part about the product is the adorable packaging that pout uses, but i won't rebuy a product just for cute packaging. this product was ok at making my lashes thicker but next time i will either try diorshow or get badgal lash again.

I bought this mascara yesterday.. I wanted to try Pout mascara because I like other Pout products. What can I say? I'm disappointed with "300% volume", hovewer I like rich black color of the mascara.

This mascara is a waste of money you just pay for the pretty packaging that's about it, save your money!!!!

I love the packaging for this mascara, it's just so pretty! However, I didn't think the mascara itself was anything special. It didn't make my lashes "300% thicker" as promised, although it did make them longer and more defined. The color wasn't black enough for my jet-black lashes, and it ended up relaxing my curl and smudging under my eyes within an hour or two. I go through mascara tubes so fast that I think I will stick to my Maybelline mascaras, which work well and are super cheap :)

I got this mascara in the love box that had miss tahiti es and a lipgloss. it was on clearance for 14.99.
I was at first shocked because the brush is extremely skinny, almost like it's just a pole. your lashes get very glossy after, so that's nice, but it does nothing for fullness. does make them a bit longer. i prefer my ysl faux cils or cover girl lash exact to this.
the packaging is pretty though. it's a shame.

This mascara claims to "big up your lashes to 300%!"
Yeah, uh huh . . . not! I don't think I got 3% action when all was said and done, but I'm getting ahead of myself here. First of all, I have to say the Pout people do know how to package mascara, Big Lash being the second I've purchased from them. The box and tube come in their seafoamy green/turquoise signature color, and there's a lovely ribbon around the box. The tube is beautifully decorated with a floral pattern. It's a treat to open a Pout mascara! The contents of this particular tube were another story. ;)
The brush on Big Lash is horrible, IMHO; much too widely-spaced for my sparse lashes. I didn't get much lengthening, there was indeed thickening, but zero separation. I seriously looked like I had three lashes! I was able to comb them apart, but the end result was less than spectacular, as was the performance. I experienced gloriously horizontal awning lashes and the joy of flaking with this one, too. :P
Pout Big Lash is going back to Sephora in a big hurry! :(

The box says that Big Lash 'increases your lashes by 300%!' through the use of special 'volumizing spheres'. After testing it on my lashes I wouldn't go so far as to support Pout's brazen claim, though Big Lash does a decent job of both volumizing and lengthening. Perhaps to a level of 173.5% or thereabouts. And though that is an acceptable level of volume and length in my book, I would not repurchase. Why? Because I take this off at night using my faithful Nivea e/s remover and still I find black Big Lash particles ground into my undereye area in the morning -- just like I'd gone to bed in my makeup, or boxed a few rounds in my sleep. Not a pretty sight, and not one that I expect from a mascara that costs a whopping £16 in the UK.
