I have this cleanser comes in a 125 ml tube. On the back it is described as “an invigorating 2-in-1 cleanser/toner with Rejuv-Cell Repair Technology”. It is supposed to deep-cleanse and unblock pores and promises “to reverse the visible signs of aging”. It has a clear gel-like consistency with small green beads suspended in the cleanser. I’m not quite sure what they do. I found this cleanser to be ordinary – it did clean my face but as I already knew – it did not reverse any aging but how could it. I did not notice any tingles or warmth. I won’t buy this again but more because I’m a product junkie and there is so much other stuff to try...

I love the fact this doesnt produce a ton of lather, it just cleanses without stripping. I don't care for the little microspheres, I always smash them before applying the cleanser to my face. I also love the mild tingly sensation and the scent. Ive noticed that my skin has improved since using this cleanser.

I loved this cleanser when I was using it. It definitely cleaned my face soooo good and never left it dried out....but I noticed over time it just seemed to stop working for me=(

This is my HG cleanser. It is refreshing and I love the tingly sensation. You just need a tiny bit of it - a little goes a long way. It really does a great job of cleansing the skin. Love it.

I've used many different cleansers before, but this one comes out on top! It really cleans off makeup and dirt and is very refreshing! NO traces of makeup left on the face! Excellent product.

This is a really refreshing cleanser. I love just the hint of tingly feeling it gives (not overpowering like some cleansers). The smell is so fresh and clean. Like others have said, it gets rid of makeup and gunk without drying my skin out. I have acne-prone skin and this has never made me break out. Leaves my face nice and soft and me feeling refreshed.

Have acne prone skin and tried several products before using the Avon. Little skeptical at first since I am normally spending a lot more on cleansers, and I have been very happy with the results. My son even commented the other day that my skin looks great. Very happy with this product!

I am on my 2nd tube of this cleanser - I thought it was doing a good job and actually stopped using a toner because I assumed (me bad) that this had toner in it and using both would be too drying. I started noticing more blackheads and breakouts using this, but I figured it was just perimenopause/hormonal. A few weeks ago I decided to use a toner afterwards and was SHOCKED at how much makeup came off on the cotton ball - and this was after washing my face TWICE with this cleanser. My face felt clean, but it obviously wasn't. What good is a cleanser that doesn't remove makeup??? I will finish the tube but will not repurchase.

I just started my second tube of this and I really, really like it. I know it bothers some, but I absolutely love the smell! It's clean and fresh and I love the sudsy gel texture. It does a good job of removing my makeup, although I do use an eye makeup remover first and doesn't dry out my combo skin. And a little goes a long way. Oh, and if you have trouble getting all the product out of the tube? I cut it in half and scoop out all the product and transer it to a small travel jar, so I don't waste a drop.

i have tried this twice now.. and each time it broke me out. i dont generally break out, so i figured it was because it was cleaning all the gunk out. nope...happened the second time i tried it too. it just doesnt work. even after washing my face 3 times i still have left over makeup on my washcloth, and i dont cake my makeup on. not worth the money. ill stick with my neutrogena

I love this stuff - I have oily skin and this takes off my makeup and leaves my skin clean without stripping it dry. I especially like the cool tingly feeling at the end. A little bit goes a long way. I don't like the squeeze tube since it leaves a lot of product in when I'm nearly finished with the tube.
Price is great when you can get them on sale.

I liked the orginal formula of this product:( Pure O2 Daily Oxygen Facial Cleanser). Avon revamped this a year or two ago. This is pretty much the same product. It's mainly for any one who has oily or combination skin. If you have dry skin this is going to be way too drying for you. I have also used this stuff as a body wash when I think my back is about to breakout and it seems to help.

I accidentally purchased two of these cleansers (one through a rep and one online) and have been kicking myself ever since. When the first one arrived I knew right away it wouldn't work out. First of all the scent (though not noxious) is way too overpowering. My skin isn't easily irritated but I feared tremendously that the overbearing fragrance in this product would be the thing to push it over the edge (thankfully it didn't). After weeks of regular use, my skin never felt toned or even especially clean and it did nothing for my skin clarity, breakouts or texture. In fact it did...well, nothing at all. I don't believe a product has to cost $$$ to be effective but I do think a product should have some effectiveness to be offered on the market. The Retroactive 2-in-1 proved to be a very below average cleanser and I saved myself the punishment of having to use it all up by tossing it out.

my husband and i both love this cleanser. works well on our oily/combination skin, and is not a bad price... $12 normally, and usually on sale. cleanser and toner in one, helps me save a step. have repurchased several times.

Great basic gel foaming cleanser for normal to oily skin. Rinses clean and keeps skin clear, removing makeup and excess oils. Have repurchased several times.

I bought this as a way to support a friend who was selling Avon. I was really leery about this as I have had hit and miss experiences with Avon in the past but this was actually a good solid product. The cleanser is nice and foamy and has a sort of light clean slightly floral scent to it. It cleans my face well and seems to leave it balanced and not stripped and dry. I would use this product again, but I caution those with sensitive skin who may get irritation from a product with a fragrance. Although I did not have any ill effects, those who have had bad experiences in the past may want to look for something unscented.

This is just a very basic cleanser that if used several days in a row makes my skin tight and dry. Not worth the cost. Also, the little balls inside don't break easily and it doesn't lather very well either.
