Don't need this product- All you need is one of Dr. Brandt's products- Buy Crease Release. I am a 50 year old olive skinned aging female. I LIVE by this product. Been using it for over 2 years. I use to have fine lines all around my lips and in the center of my forehead.. After using this product for several months I went to get Botox done and my doctor said you don't need it around the lips or on your forehead-what are you using. I told him and he was shocked. I've tried EVERYTHING,!!! This is the ONLY cream that gets rid of the lines between my brows and my frown lines. Hands Down. Worth every dollar and penny. Just a little bit goes a very long way, and lasts months. The key to this product is..... to put a dab in the palm of your hand and "warm it up" and them put in on a clean face.Have tried almost all of the other Dr. Brandt products while using this one. For monetary purposes I stopped all of the other products after they were all gone and just used the crease release. This ONE product is all you need to get rid of wrinkles... but you have to use it faithfully once a day and you have to warm it up to activate the product. Why should I do botox when I have Crease Release?

Bought the infinite moisture cream as I suffer from dry, dehydrated skin. The information on the bottle suggested that this would work a treat however it turned out to be a trick!
By lunchtime my face became tight and I was struggling to express! So not wanting to feel that I was giving up too easy I tried the cream the next day but was faced with a different problem; the pump was refusing to pump. I opened up the bottle to find that the tube inside had snapped. So I had to tip the bottle upside to take out the cream.
Again the same problem, I knew it was lunchtime from the tightness in my skin. I am pretty cross about this as I feel like I have been robbed and probably got more wrinkles as a result of the frowning due to this product. Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, finite!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the feel of this cream. When I ran out I purchased the RP3 cream and I absolutely hate it. The C cream would give my skin a luminous appearance. My foundation would go on smoothly on top. I would recommend this product.

This cream is too thick and does not get absorbed well. After 3 applications, my skin broke out into large pimples that took weeks to heal. I regret having tried this at all.

I think Dr. B reformulated this produt. And that makes me really sad. I think it's thicker than the old one. Hmmm. I'm going to email them and find out, but either way, i think the properties of the new one is the same, but def. the texture seems harder to spread now.

I went out and got this based on great reviews but have thus far been rather unimpressed. I have very dry skin, so I found that it is not moisturizing enough for me. It definitely goes on sticky and after it absorbs in gives my faces a tight sticky feeling. A few hours later, I notice a greasy film on my face and I have found it does very little to reduce fine lines. Definitely an exorbitant price for an average product. The packaging is nice but I keep finding that the stuff gets dried in little gooey gobbs around the lid. Not the right thing for truely dry skin.

I wanted to love this cream so much seeing that it got such good reviews and I was looking for a good vitamin C product. However, each time I gave it a try, I broke out on my forehead in little tiny bumps. I gave it two tries, a week at a time, and I'm now convinced that my skin just doesn't like it. I'm glad to see thta it works well for others though.

My HG face cream. I have combo./blackhead prone skin, but live in a very dry climate. This is amazingly moisturizing and has not caused 1 breakout. My skin has never looked better-no flakes, very smooth and even. I use only a tiny amount- I just dip one finger in and apply after showering while my skin is still damp. One jar will last 6-8 months. I will never stray from this HG!

Here's what the product brochure says: "This lux cream is formulated for dry/sensitive and mature skins looking for anti-aging, firming, and sun damage reversal. Concentrated with vitamin C and squalane to soften and hydrate the skin, it results in a smoother, more radiant complexion with fewer lines and wrinkles." The ingrediens are: "Ingredients:

1.7 oz : Water, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Squalane, Isopropyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate (And) Peg-100 Stearate, Cyclomethicone, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Ascorbic Acid, Pvp, Dimethicone Copolyol, Stearyl Alcohol (And) Ceteareth-20, Butylene Glycol, Sorbitan Stearate, Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Peg-20 Methyl Glucose Sesquistearate, Dimethicone, Squalane, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Ascorbyl Methylsilanol Pectinate, Camellia Oleifera Seed Extract, Xanthan Gum, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylpara-Ben, Ormensis Multicaulis Oil (Maroc. Chamomile Oil), Tetrasodium Edta, Citric Acid."

Although my skin isn't particularly dry, it is sensitive. I'm also t-zone oily, but this cream feels heavenly, not greasy at all! Price is $58-- it's not cheap, but it feels good, the cream absorbs really well into my skin, and my skin feels so soft!! I haven't seen any dramatic changes in my skin, including no break outs. This is just a very good day and night moisturizer. You also get a lot of product, and you only need very little to cover your face. One caveat- you have to dip your fingers into the jar to get it out, and you don't get one of those plastic scoops w/ the product. I hate that, so one lippe off!

I've been using this product for a little over a month and I have to say I really do love it. My skin has always been oily but lately since I've *matured* it also tends to get dry in certain areas (cheeks, chin, nose area). I read the reviews here and since I love the microderm in a jar, I decided to try it.

It is wonderful!! No doubt about it!! It doesn't have much of a smell, but what there is pretty much dissapates when applied. It goes on very sticky like (which scared me at first), but don't freak out and toss it, it soaks in to your skin and leaves it feeling soft and smooth. I notice that it also seems to keep me matte in the areas I need it but not dried out in the areas I don't. I also notice that it makes my flakies disappear, which is wonderful.

I haven't noticed any breakouts related or clogged up pores, so far this may be HG day cream for me. I do need something more moisturizing for night time (for me that is CDLM), but for day I'm sticking with this. I'm tempted to try the eye cream as well since this has performed so wonderfully!! Would definitely recommend, you wont be sorry! :)

*sigh* Why do I keep buying Dr. Brandt's $$$$$ products, and liking them, all I need is a $300 skin care regimen!! I got a full sized jar of this from a lovely MUA'er because I have been using the poreless set (pore effect, micro derm etc.) and love it!! I have been using this for about a week now and my skin feels lovely!! My pores look refined (which is probably from other products but day moisture tends to make my big pores look bigger and this gives a lovely glowey finish) My skin textue has evened, and I have not had a pimple since I started. This is actually advertised for more "mature" skin, but it seems to work well on my 30 year old combination! The only issue is it goes on kind of "sticky" which goes away after a few seconds, in fact, when I first used it I was afraid it was going to be uncomfortable!! It isn't at all, it is a wonderful day cream and although I will be terribly poor, I will have beautiful luminous skin while living in a box under the overpass, as this is definately the HG day moisture I have been looking for!! EDIT: I have discovered that this is not moisturizing enough for my winter skin, an I am not really sure that it is doing much for wrinkle prevention/ anti-aging. Just for reference, I've gone through an entire jar of creme fraiche concentree in the last few months, and the Dr. Brandt is is still 3/4 full. I am taking this down to 3 lippies because It really seems to fair as a very expensive but average cream.

I love this product. I have combo skin that is VERY dry and VERY oilly and this cream really evened things out for me. The oilly areas are matte and the dry areas are moisturized, soft and smooth. I use this under my SPF during the day and over my acne treatment at night. My skin is so bright when I wake up in the morning, instead of dull.

My facialist reccomended this product (she actually works at Brandt's office in Miami). I have fairly dry skin that was looking dull. In one week it really has brightened up a lot. No breakouts either. I do agree with the other posters that it can leave a flaky residue which makes it hard to put make-up on over. I will experiment with using less. *UPDATE - stopped using years ago and now 5/06 started again upon receiving samples. Just not in love. I did not find it flaked like my previous post but it sits on skin and does not sink in. After over a week I did not notice any results in de-dulling my skin and it made me get little bumps around my chin. So many better things out there

I'm willing to forgive Dr. Brandt for the icky smell (& the price) of this cream, because the effect of it on my skin is amazing! It is extremely thick, so only a pea-sized amount is needed. Also, it will sort of leave flaky residue on your skin if you use too much! Overall, I love how this cream evens out my skin and leaves it feeling hydrated. Highly recommended.

Love this. My skin has never looked more even. It's also so much more less red, which is a huge plus for me because I'm so ruddy.

I'm had no breakouts and I stopped using my Tazorac.

I also love the eye cream and lineless cleanser.

I've been using the sample they sent me for over a month now and what a great product. HIGHLY rec'd if you are in your 20's or 30's and want a nice, smooth, anti-oxident cream without acids. I adore the way it wears, smells and acts on me. Only a little is needed (pea size) over damp skin after washing and it sinks in right away. I keep mine in the fridge. Only thing is, and this is a big no-no, the container is a jar, instead of a vacuum pump. Vitamin C stuff really needs to be kept in a vacuum pump, and for that reason alone, i could see myself not purchasing this, but rather another vitamin C cream in a better sealed container. That is a real shame. ($50)

Edit 1.27.03: Have a full size bottle now that i bought at the BG sale for 1/2 price! It's a different formula w/ a different smell, which is a little dissapointing for me b/c the scent is one of the things i really loved about this cream, made it a real pleasure to use. It's still awesome though. I keep mine in the cardboard box to keep the light out. My skin has never looked better. One strange thing, it says for dry skin and i am combo. Whatever, it is excellent and really leaves my skin in great shape.

Update 11.15.04: just got another jar for the winter ahead, and my combo dehydrated skin loves this so much.
