I bought the Hydraphase Intense Eyes and I love it. I'm 24 and I think it is appropriate for my age. I've tried other eye creams and always get milla seeds because the products I tried were too rich and creamy for my oily skin.
The Hydraphase Intense Eyes has a gel texture and it's very light as it spreads like water on my eyelids. No milla seeds so far and my eye area feels lightly moisturised and not oily at all.
Wonderful for people with oily skin and for those who just looking for basic hydration for the eye area. But if you're looking for something to help with the fine lines, I'm not sure if this is the product for you..
It's a little expensive for such a small tube but a little bit of product goes a long way!

First of all, I love la Roche Posay. They have really great products for sensitive and dry skin.
I liked the feeling of the gel on my eyes area, it is really refreshing and leave me feeling fresh and hydrated, but it does nothing else. I haven't noticed any improvement about the fine lines, the puffyness... I finished it but I would not repurchase because La Roche Posay is expensive.

Very disappointing. If anything I the my dehydration fine lines look worse, it sort of sets and emphasises them I think, and i now have puffiness I didn't have before. Great!, :( back to the shop with it!

A good product for young age. I was about 26 yeard old when I used it and it did a pretty decent job at moisturizing. And that's about it. Which is ok after all. I suppose it's unfair of me to ask more when it's purpose is to moisturize the periocular area.
Now I expect more from my eye creams and would not repurchase it.

i am using hydraphase INTENSE and i find it much better than avene's soothing eye cream. even though this one is gel, i find it more pleasant. avene caused 1 break out under one of my eyes and it is comedogenic (contains mineral oil). la roche posay feels clean and fresh. it doesnt interfere with concealer neither. i prefer this one over avene. i wish it had a pump though.

i am really dissapointed with this product. i'd been using an eye gel from organic surge which was great for depuffing but not hydrating enough so i decided to try LRP, which is usually so reliable. i was actually trying to buy the one that laura recommended on buynowbloglater but got the wrong one. this is TERRIBLE. ive worn it for 2 days now - not long enough i know to see the long term effects but - it feels sticky on my eyes, and my eyes actually feel tireder than they usually do. i put it on this morning and my eye area still feels sticky but dry and dehydrated at the same time. they feel like they do when ive been crying - ie dry, puffy but sunken. i can feel it on my skin and it doesnt feel nice. its going back. the packaging is nice but thats it.

I had high hopes but was disappointed. SA convinced me to try this and said that she used it herself and that it did wonders for her...but not for me. It went on very smoothly but, after using it for 2 weeks, my eyes look sunken and the fine lines are much more noticeable. No lift. Dark circles actually appear darker. (Not sure if that is my imagination) I used this as a day cream and have something more moisturizing for night. I wish that I had checked the reviews on this before I bought it. Might be an okay eye cream for someone in their early 20's. I will not re-purchase.

This product is weak. I was told that it would hydrate under the eyes, help with puffiness, and perhaps a tiny bit with dark circles. It did none of the above. I felt good putting the cream on, but alas, nothing happened. I wouldn't recommend. The best eye cream I have tried is Fresh Lotus Eye Gel - similar texture to this, actually, but it works. I was looking for something new because Lotus is expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money.

I really like how this product feels on. It feels refreshing, and moisturizing, although it leaves a bit of a weird sticky feeling, i kinda like it. It also definitely works to decrease puffiness under my eyes, like 100% and I get pretty big bags, which is hard to cover up because they cast a shadow ...this seems to get rid of them completely and prevent them from showing up in the first place. This does not help one bit for fine lines, for my eyes. Makeup goes over this gel nicely, I let it set in for about 5 minutes along with my moisturizer and lip balm before I apply my makeup. I believe I will repurchase again, it seems to last a long time. Will keep looking for something to prevent and diminish fine lines, as well as something to help the under eye darkness.

my dermatologist recommended this for me after i had a bad irritation around my eyes from another eyecream ( i have really dry and sensitive skin, sometimes even eczema and milia breakouts around my eye area). i really wanted to love this product because it promises everything i wanted: rehydration, anti-puffyness and removes dark undereye circles (which i have pretty bad in the winter). i've used this for about two or three months now and i didn't really notice any difference at all (i didn't use any eye cream before); my milia is still there, my under eye area is still swollen, dark-reddish and it's not like my skin is super hydrated. only the eczema is gone now. i am actually a bit disappointed because this is such a good brand.
still searching for a gentle eye cream that wakens up my under-eye area...

This is a good product, but it's not quite the right product for me. Hydraphase for Eyes does a good job of lightly firming the eye area, which reduces minor puffiness and improves eye bags a bit. I don't think it does anything for dryness, but it does improve fine lines a bit while you're wearing it (a temporary effect, which will wear off by the end of the day). Hydraphase for Eyes is NOT a highly moisturizing eye cream, it's only very very very lightly moisturizing. If you have dryness in the eye area, or if you want your eye treatment to do more for fine lines, this is probably not the product for you. On the other hand, if you have puffiness around your eyes or eye bags (though I don't think it would help much with major ones) and want to help your eyes look more 'awake' and 'fresh' this is a good product. The reduction of puffiness is the strongest effect of Hydraphase Eyes, which de-facto improves the appearance of eye bags a bit, and helps to prevent them from forming in the first place if you're lucky enough not to have them.
If you already have adequate levels of moisture in your eye area, this gel will leave your skin feeling very comfortable. In summer, when I use this my skin feels hydrated, and smoothed and actually soothed, but not sticky or oily. This gel sinks in very quickly, too. I have very sensitive eyes and this hasn't given me any irritation at all, in fact it feels soothing to apply.
However, when winter hits, and my skin gets dryer, my eye area feels like it need a bit of added moisture, and this gel doesn't quite do enough. I would prefer a gel that was lightly moisturizing (though I don't like eye treatments that are extremely moisturizing as I find this unnecessary, pore clogging, or milia causing, and it can be greasy feeling).
However, there are two reasons why I won't repurchase this for myself:
1.) after using this for about 2 weeks, I got a small spot under one of my eyes, and this is an area where I never break out, though I am very acne-prone (but mostly under control). After stopping using this for 2 days, the spot went away on its own.
2.) I need a bit of moisture around my eyes, and though this is close to providing enough, it's not quite there for my skin. Sometimes after using this my eye area feels a bit 'tight' (not just firmed) and I know I need to add a second product to take care of the dryness.
Instead, I've passed this product along to my husband who has puffiness and small bags under his eyes, but who also has oilier skin than I do, while simultaneously being less acne-prone. It works great for him! The only problem there is trying to get him to actually use it every day! (Explaining that part of the cause of eye bags is letting your eyes be puffy and irritated on a regular basis has helped him embrace the need to look after his skin.)
As for me (and this is an update) I've found another product that meets my needs better - Nude Advanced Eye Complex. But it's a lot more expensive. But if you're curious what I found to work for me, please do check out that review.

When i got this prod i didnt know this was gel type..until i got home..and i was so disappointed.I throw it in my closet and forgot about it.I really hate gel type products, this always gave me the impression of my skin getting dry quick, while i wear any gel type product. And one day i was in the mood for testing..and start with this eye gel.
Is coming in tub 20ml,texture is fresh-gel opaque color, when u apply it u feel imediatly refresed,,i was happy with the results and i start to use it like a ..anti-morning-bags and is working.
Every time i woke up with bags i put this in fridge and i have excelent results,But day-by day i use this only on eye lids like a moisturizer and is very good.Is 90thermal water ,is very gently is never iritating and i do have very sentive eyes.
I gived 4lipies coz is pretty expensive 22-25euro
This is an eye gel for girls around 20 only with bag and is an excelent makeup base
This is amazing eye product.

This is a nice lightweight eye gel that absorbs instantly into skin. It is not super hydrating. It contains glycerin, soy protein and some caffiene to decrease puffiness. I did not notice any decrease in puffiness. I liked that this did not irritate my eyes at all. It is just not enough moisture for my dry eye area.

This is a hydrating eyecream, meaning it's for dehydrated skin, not necessarily for dry skin. The texture is very light and gel-like and it is very hydrating. If you have dry skin, it's probably not for you.

So I bought this to combat the dryness I've been getting on my eyelids...turns out I'm allergic to carmine which is in a lot of pink and purple eyeshadows which caused a lot of the dryness and itchiness. For the amount of money, it's just okay. There's nothing spectacular about it. I adds some hydration, but I still need put a moisturizer on top so what's the point. I won't be purchasing this product again.

This is the only eye cream that doesn't burn my sensitive eyes. It is great for using under makeup because it absorbs well and provides moisture. However, I mix it with a bit of vaseline at night because if I don't my eyes feel a bit dry in the morning.

I'm on my second tube. The first time I used some people even noticed a difference on my dark circles, wich is remarkable for me. Now I'm using it again and I'm not noticing any moisture, but I think it's good for my puffiness issues. I just have to use a richer cream sometimes to get rid of the dryness.

I'm not sure about this.....it doesn't really do anything for my eyes, not sure if it moisturises, definitely has no effect on dark circles and wrinkles. I won't be buying it again.
