This product became a favorite after a friend of mine noticed that my skin had noticeably cleared up over a month or so of using the cleanser. It has a great rosemary scent and works to a creamy lather. Unfortunately it appears that Elizabeth Arden has discontinued the line, so I am left to scout for it on ebay :(.

nice, milky cleanser. doesn't really lather but doesn't strip my skin either. I double cleanse so I use cleansing oil, then this, so I'm not sure how it fairs with makeup removal. However, no adverse reactions and leaves my skin feeling nice and soft, not so much a film, but just soft. good and simple, but nothing great so I won't be purchasing.
edit: could't stand the weird smell nor texture....moving on to other facial products.

I like this cleanser very much. I think the SkinSimple line has a few very good basic products, and this is one of them.
It cleanse very well, leaving no residue and a fresh feeling on face. You only need a little to clean your face. The trick is to apply your favorite moisturizer immediately after each use, locking in the moisture. I don't like milky cleansers very much, but if you do, this cleanser may be too drying for you.
The package is nice and simple: stands firmly on a counter, and is very easy to open, close and wipe clean after use. I will buy it again.

I love this facial cleanser. So far I have been using it over the past year, and it cleans my face better than some of my shiseido cleansers & it doesn't leave my face dry and tight afterwards.

I didn't like this cleanser at all! It made my face way to dry and the smell was disgusting! I didn't find it did anything good for me.

My skin is on the oily side, and this cleanser does a great job of cleaning without overdrying my skin or leaving greasy residue.

I have never reviewed a product on here before but I love this so much that I'm making this my first! I needed some new products for my aging skin and decided to try this since it is an Elizabeth Arden product and is so cheap. I LOVE IT!! It leaves my face soft and touchable, gives the appearance of smaller pores and helps keep monthly zits at bay! I also enjoy the texture and fragrance! I order this brand through drugstore.com since our local Walmart doesn't have it on their shelves. I'll be using this as long as it continues to be available!

I bought the starter kit for my husband who has pretty bad skin. He's been using some Philosophy products, but I hate having to drive a couple hours to get them, so I thought I'd try this on him. He really liked this cleanser. Said his skin felt clean but very soft. :)

The SkinSimple line is sold only through Walmart, although it is an EA product. This cleanser looks surprisingly similar to EA's 2 in 1 cleanser. My guess is it probably is the same thing, in less flashy packaging with less marketing efforts behind it. It's an exemplary product. It truly does clease and tone - leaves my gigantic crater-sized nose pores squeaky clean and free of dirt, oil & makeup. Washes off eyemakeup in a flash at night too. For the price ($7 for a big tube or $10 for a starter kit of the "basic" routine) you can't go wrong!
