This little gloss goes on clear, but I love to put it on top of nude lipcolors to add a lot of shine. It smells SO GOOD...like creamy vanilla amazingness. My girlfriend, however, says that it smells like "glue traps". I have no idea what that is, but ohhhhh welllll. Haha.

oh my gosh, I was so happy when I found this lipgloss in the store! I live in Holland and things like these are kinda scarce here.
I LOVE THE SMELL SOOOO MUCH! really reminds me of cookie dough, yum. it feels nice on your lips too, doesn't last very long, though...

now it's almost empty and I didn't use it that much :(. I can see there's a lot of gloss left in the package, but the applicator can't reach it... that's too bad...

PROS:

- smells sooooooooooooooo yummmmmmmmmmmmmmy!!!
- shiny
- creamy
- moisturizing
- cute packaging

CONS:
- the scent and the hint of taste disappears after a while :(
- since that it's quite similar with liquid lip smackers, i thought it would create glassy shine w/double coating but it didn't! oh well, no biggie!

When I bought this, I expected something totally different from what I got. I expected a thick, tan-colored gloss that would appear as a strong neutral shade on my lips. What I actually got was a highly flavored and scented coconut-vanilla smell in a goopy (but not thick), clear gloss. Although it wasn't what I was expecting, I am still pleased with the product. The gloss is great for those days when you don't want to be too made up, but still want some "pout"y lips. I am also happy that the gloss can be worn on my dry lips without a balm first, which saves time. I don't think I'd repurchase on my own for a while since for the size, it's rather pricey and not an essential, but I would wear it if it were given as a gift or buy it if it were on a great sale.

Smells AMAZINGLY good, a very real, sweet, cookie dough scent. The scent seems to go away rather quickly though, which is disappointing. No color, hint of shine, very bad staying power. But it's cheap and smells awesome, and I don't mind reapplying. The tubes so tiny it fits anywhere. I wish it was bigger, like the size of the Lip Sparklers.

I know this is supposed to be about the wand-tip applicator right? well, i had both (the stick balm and the wand-tip) and they both smell different. VERY different. The wand-tip is OK, but it doesn't smell at all like cookie dough. the stick balm smells like chocolate. I always bring some lip glosses to school so my friends can smell them, but if i cover the label, all my friends go "ewwie. this chocolate kind is bad." o well tho, i got it in a set with fresh strawberry and cake batter too. i prefer the wand tip

Yummy! This really smells like cookie dough. I want to eat it straight out of the tube. Unfortunately, that's about the only selling point--it doesn't last and doesn't provide any color or anything to my lips. But, come on, it's so cheap...besides, I bought it for the smell anyway, so I can't complain. I feel like anything by Bonne Bell is always worth trying.

This is a realistic cookie dough scent and taste. I like it, but I'm not a huge fan of chocolately products on my lips so I dont use it often.

I was disappointed when WALMART (of all places) was out of Dr.Pepper Lip Smacker...so I decided to try something new. This is a colorless wand-style lip gloss that has no taste that I noticed, but a very strong cookie/vanilla/chocolate scent. It smells like cookie dough if you close your eyes and concentrate. I found it easy to apply and fairly moisturizing but I probably wouldn't buy it again just because I'd like to try something else next time.

This stuff is awsome!!!!!! It tastes and smells sooo good!!! The only bad thing is the tube could be a bit bigger cause I've gone through so much but it is a great lip gloss with no color but a yummy cookie smell.

This is a review for the gloss w/ the wand applicator. I usually love Lip Smackers so I decided to try the lip gloss version. It is interesting. The consistency is pretty thick and it doesn't appear to be superglossy on me. It does a fair job moisturizing although regular Chapstick is better. The flavor is also a little off. When I first pulled out the wand, the smell reminded me of peanuts. It does smell a little like cookie dough and it is very very sweet. Overall, I would not repurchase. I am glad this was cheap or else I'd be more disappointed.

I dislike this. The look is fine, same as all the other lipsmackers. But the scent bothers me. A not-so-pleasant off chocolate scent. Purchased in a set with Fresh Strawberry Ice Creamies and Cake Batter Ice Creamies Gloss.

Super convenient and cute packaging, slim enough to easily put in a small wristlet or pocket. Wouldn't buy it again though--it doesn't taste or smell very much like cookie dough at all. The scent is similar to Play-Dough mixed with a pinch of Splenda, and the taste is just as bad. For $5, there's a lot of product waste with the sponge tip since it can only pick up whatever's directly in the middle of the tube.

I bought this because I can't find Lip Frosting in Buttercream anymore... it's always the best things that get discontinued, but anyway... I thought cookie dough sounded good in the absence of buttercream, so, okay then. But no. Not so good.

Packaging - too small! Good portability, I guess, if you're worried about your lipgloss showing in your pocket, but even still... Anyway, I don't mind small packaging if I don't use the product up in all of two days, but you have to reapply this so often that you end up using most of the tiny portion in a very small frame of time.

Consistency is thin and feels kind of like an ointment on my lips.

Taste is generically sweet.

Smell is pretty identical to any other Bonne Bell product with the word "vanilla" or "icing" in the name.

Look is clear and sheen-y, if you put enough on. It definitely bleeds outside the lipline a bit, but (being that I don't have any lines around my mouth just yet) I kind of like that look, myself.

Thinking about it, this is very reminiscent of the old version of Birthday Lip Frosting, the one that was frosty white in the tube and had no keychain attachment, only minus the frost... and Cookie Dough doesn't last as long. I don't know if the new version of Birthday is any good, but other people seem to like it, so it's probably a good alternative to this if you want something sweet.

And, because I think it matters with regard to cosmetic reviews, I'm 23 years old.

well, i had gotten the lip gloss version of cookie dough (with sponge tip applicator) and it really tasted like cookie dough. i bought the lip smacker lip balm version of this (in a package with pink cocoa and vanilla ice cream), and it didn't taste like it at all! it tasted like a bad version of chocolate lip balm. yuck. pink cocoa wasn't the greatest either (in fact it was kinda similar), although the vanilla ice cream was ok (it was basically just a vanilla lip balm, except tasted creamier). i wouldn't buy this again because the package was about $5 dollars! and the tastes were disappointing...

I kind of like this product. I bought it because it was supposed to be like my favorite food on the history of the planet, which is cookie dough. I opened it and I guess it sort of maybe kind of smelled like cookie dough. It's more of a baked sugar scent, with hardly any chocolate. It's tasty, but sometimes a bit too cloying. Also, it makes me mad that the tube is so small and you waste a lot of product when you put it on. It's pretty much only halfway full when you buy it. It's just disappointing to get a half-full product for the amount of money you have to spend on it.

This has a nice scent, this smells kind of vanilla-y with artificial coconut and chocolate thrown in. Not the most realistic scent if you ask me, but yummy nonetheless. Goes on clear and very sheeny but the texture is reeeaaaallly thin, it's not quite "watery" but it is greasy...and it bleeds outside my lipline :( I really wish they had made these with the same texture as the liquid lipsmackers, I would be in yummy lipgloss heaven if they had. But since they didn't, this will be my last Ice Creamies wand.

This is not one of my favorite Bonne Bell flavors/scents. There's something fake and artificial about it. As far as the gloss, it's an ugly tan shade in the tube but fortunately it goes on clear. It is not sticky at all, but it has no staying power. I don't mind reapplying a lip gloss, but it would be nice to get out the front door first. Also these are very tiny. After a couple of days it looked like I had used up about half the tube. Sure they are cheap, but I hate having to repurchase something frequently, no matter how cheap it is.

OMG this smells JUST like cookie dough. It's a tan color in the tube but applies thin and clear. Nothing special, but the scent is so true that this is definitely worth having. I'm not sure what the taste is though. Anyway, buy this if you find it because it smells sooooooooooooooo good :P
