I love this....it is pretty strong as far as floral scents and candles are concerned, but that is what I really like...the throw is better than any other candle I have burned. It makes a room smell fantastic very quickly and lasts for quite awhile....

After smelling all the different Tocca candles cold, this one attracted me the most. I picked up a candelina of this at Bergdorf's, and was very pleased with the fragrance when lit. It's a lovely, creamy ginger lily scent which strikes me as very clean. I'm not a candle expert at all, but the "throw" is fine to me...it fills up my whole bedroom with its creamy, sweet, slightly spicy (ginger) scent. Lovely.

I found that on first whiff of this candle, I actually hated this scent. It's supposed to smell like Himalayan Ginger Lily, I've never smelled those flowers before, so I don't know what they REALLY smell like, but my first impression, was eeww! it was heavy, heady, and overpowering, and I don't really fancy the smell of incense, and this is what it reminded me of. Anyhow, I figured since i spent a bomb on it, I might as well burn it, and WOW! It didn't smell the same! The scent that I got after burning the candle was a soft floral that reminded me of a lily and smthing else that I can't place till now, and surprisingly, this scent does make me feel a little calmer. It can get a little heady at times, but it has great throw and burns evenly, so i only need to burn it for an hour and my apartment is wonderfully scented for the rest of the day or night!
