This is amazing for under-eye coverage and small blemishes. The only drawback is the slight orange tinge it has but that's easily covered up with a layer of foundation of over it. Absolutely my favourite concealer.

This is the third mark cealer I have used, so I should be giving positive review but no. not again.

the first two that I used are Mark cealer, which are good. pigmented, smooth, good for the undereye area.

this one now is Point cealer ( i believe mark cealer isn't available anymore), and first off, the applicator is so stupid, the kind that you twist and product comes out from the tip you know. but you can hardly control the amount because after you stopped twisting, there is actually product that keeps leaking out! and it can't go back so it would dry on the applicator and get wasted!

then the color, i used medium beige, i.e. 7yr m, but the color for mark cealer and point cealer obviously changed. so anyone tempted to repurchase this stuff, choose your color with care. it s not the same anymore.

and if you notice, the price of this product increased from around $23 to $27. and you are getting less product (from 5ml to 2.8ml) but of course the packaging looks as if the amount is still the same.

i will never ever ever repurchase again. ever.

I've used this for years... and it has been working well to cover my dark circles. You have to apply it lightly, though... or you'll end up streaking the concealer all over the place. It doesn't dry out your under eye skin either.

Love this. I use 7YR and it covers my dark circles beautifully without caking. I tried Nars' new Immaculate Complexion concealer and the Shu Uemura concealer was definitely better in terms of staying power and not caking over for me. You do need to moisturize your skin before you put it on though if like me your skin is on the dry side. I am really impressed with the staying power of this concealer though, and a little goes on a very long way. It's great with Shu Uemura's Face Architect foundation. Definitely will repurchase.

Below average. Too drying. Poor pigment.

This concealer has worked really well for me. The coverage is really good, and if set with some powder, it really stays on throughout the day, up to 12 hours even! It is pretty expensive, but a little goes a long way. Two downsides to this product - one is that it's still pretty drying on my skin, and if I do not put on enough eyecream prior to applying the concealer, fine lines will show up throughout the course of the day; two is that it doesnt correct the bluish tinge of my hereditary dark eye circles, so for important occasions, just using this alone will not suffice. Otherwise, a really good product that is easy to use and fuss free, definitely repurchasing!

Yes, this concealer is fantastic, am using the 7YR Medium, it conceals my dark eye circles. It does not cake and does not clog the delicate skin around the eye.

it works great for covering my eyebags. it's smooth and blends in easily with my foundation. it's not too thick and not too thin - just right! It is a tad expensive though, a small stick for RM80.

I been using this for a while. It is really creamy and hide my blemishes really well. Do not use this on under eye as it creases easily.

Edit: I lowered the rating for this. Oxidizes faster and really doesn't have good coverage on blemishes... Nor does it last long.

Pretty decent product for 180HKD. Works brilliant in Hong Kong but for some reason it doesn't seem to work as great in Canada.... odd. Doesn't break me out but it does smudge. Would give this a 3.5/5 ;)

This product can be used on any spots that need covering, but I mainly use it for covering under eye circles on top of Eye Correcting Pro Concealer in Orange. This product is watery and non-sticky. I find that it spreads easily. A little goes a long, long way. The problem is applying the right amount of product. Sometimes I experience caking because of heavy application. So the best way to use this is to apply progressively until desired result. Topped off with loose powder, it remains smudge-proof. To be honest, I think this is even better than the much hyped-about Cle de Peau Concealer, which was hard to blend and creased all the time.

I purchased this based on a makeup tutorial on an asian blog. She had pretty bad acne and after using this concealer, her skin looked great. So when I went to HK, I popped to the Shu Uemura counter to take a look and it wasnt overly expensive at $180HKD. The SA (not helpful at all!) suggested 7yr medium light for my skin tone and it matched me pretty well.

The concealer is pigmented and smooth, but it doesnt conceal everything, just reduces the discolouration (redness/dark cirlces) and the applicator is easy to use, just one small dot will do my each eye. It doesnt sit on the wrinkles and is very moisturising. After 12hrs+, it doesnt look cakey at all.

Many reviewers have ssaid that its difficult to find but its accessible in HK and UK

EDIT- my skin was experiencing terrible peelies around the eye area for some reason and due to lack of sleep, my undereye bags were extremely obvious. I hoped that this concealer would cover up the puffiness and cos of the depsea water, it wouldnt dry out my skin, but the concealer just sat on my skin. I tried it on my huge pimples and it didnt do a thing i.e conceal and reduce the redness! I'm so disappointed with it as I thought this could be my HG

An expensive but worthwhile product. Covers beautifully. I used to use Prescriptives all the time, but this covers more smoothly than Prescriptives (if that's possible) and blends better on Asian skin. Medium light is the right color for me. Bought it in Japan and the exchange rate was terrible, so it was something like $30 USD for .16 fl oz (but at least it was duty-free, so that price was all in). For a while, I was using a Lancome Blanc Expert Neurowhite concealer, also purchased in Japan, that I also loved, but Lancome discontinued it. So this Shu Uemura concealer is going to be it for me from here on out! I love that the tube is so small, because I travel a lot and it's great to have a small tube, the better to fit in those ridiculous quart-size plastic bags to get through security ...

This is HG! I use it for undereyes. It does not show my undereye dry lines & is of good consistency. The coverage is decent too. Really HG.

This is a tad thicker than I'd hoped for...think it would be great for spots and blemishes, but for undereye use it doesn't blend as well as I'd like, and at the darkest part of my eye the shadow still shows through slightly. The SA assured me that it would do the job for this area, so I feel a bit annoyed, but I have the Armani concealer too, so I'll stick to using that for my shadows and the Shu for any zits that appear. Won't race to repurchase at present, but I think this will last a while.

Great concealer for scars and blemishes and dark eye bags. 4 out of 5 because if you blend it too much, which isnt hard, it disappears!

Apply concealer with a pointed concealer brush to the centre of the imperfection and blend using outward strokes. Dust powder over the top to set in place.

This was my HG concealer about 5 years ago -- I absolutely LOVED it! It is super-pigmented so a little bit goes a long way. The texture is smooth and creamy without feeling greasy. It blends easily and provides excellent coverage. Sadly, I haven't been able to find this concealer for several years. I think they've discontinued it.

Okay,im from Malaysia. My country is hot. and humid all year round. And my work place is "upthere" its dry and cold. and i have no time to touch up. I have pimple skin. yes active one. I use Mark Cealer to cover my pimple/ance scar(red ones). And i have Oily skin. So far this is the best concealer...that can cover pimples/acne scars. i use after my foundation. i just use the tip on top my marks/pimple. and dab with my finger or sponge. it covers. like...i have no pimple/acne at all. And yes im going to repurchase this. Unless i found a better concealer for this pimple skin of mine.

This is not being discontinued. I just bought it! Or maybe it has been revived?

I thought that for such a tiny little bottle, it was on the expensive side. But, it was very good, and covered up spots well. I'm Asian, and was pleased to find a colour that matched me exactly.

the SA said that I could use it for the undereye as well, and I did try that. It did a decent job, but I could still see a little of my dark circle, so I would say that the coverage might not be enough for extreme cases of eye circles.

For everything else, like pimples, scars, blemishes, and veins(!), I have used this concealer, and it was excellent.

The best part is that this is vry easy to apply, because you only need to pat it with your fingers gently, and it blends perfectly. Well worth the 5 lippies.
