I actually liked this one. A little bit watery, but I like liquidy lip glosses. Quite glittery, but it gives the slightest hint of pink to the lips. The smell is very teeny-bobber, but otherwise not bad. Tingles a bit from the plumping stuff. Couldn't tell if it actually plumped though.

I bought this on clearance at Big Lots because I've always wanted to try the Dessert Beauty line. It turned out to be a huge disappointment and I'm glad I didn't spend any more than I did on it.
Bottom line: an oily, non-pigmented gloss with glitter.

This is really one of the worst lipglosses I have tried. Jessica Simpson basically just thought "Why don't I put my name on some lipgloss and make more money?" and didn't really care about the formula. It is gritty, runny, and oily. It didn't even last 10 minutes on my lips! The smell was alright, but considering how little time it lasted it was awful overall.

this is an alright gloss. it's obviously a novelty, as are the rest of the dessert treats line, so don't buy this expecting high quality. it smells just like bubble gum. it's a pretty sheer pink colour with silver shimmer. there's no plumping. if i'd bought this at full price, i wouldn't have given it 4 lippies. but as i only paid $5 the quality is what i would expect for the price. a good buy if you can find it cheap, otherwise i'd pass.

I really liked the creamsicle, so i'm kinda bewildered with this. It seems way different somehow! Creamsicle felt smooth whereas this feels gritty and watery. It looks ok on my lips, but i'm dissilusioned with the taste and feel...oh well, i'm only out 99 cents!

I bought this for about $17 from the website. First off, it has a real bubble gum scent, a little bit fake, but good. It's a light pinkish color in the bottle, but it goes on clear on my lips. It tastes good, and kind of adds sorta of a sparkle to my lips.

I think I tried this, and hated it. It virtually didn't change my lips. :\

With purchase of the Dessert Lotion, the plumping lipgloss was a free gift, so I opted to try it out. I didn't expect much from the lipgloss, as far as, lasting power and great color because I rely on my lipstick and lipliner underneath to do those things. What I did expect was a yummy tasting and smelling lipgloss (things that the underneath stuff don't do). So, I am a happy camper and it serves the purpose I was going for...kissable and just a hint of color that doesn't disturb my lipstick color that took me years to perfect w/ my skin tone, etc.

i ordered this gloss off of ebay, i got 10 tubes for about 25 dollars canadian... so i can't really complain about the price, but i WOULDN'T spend 15 dollars on this in a million years. i like the smell, very sweet, the color is pretty transparent unless you pile it on, and even at that. for some strange reason i like this tho, but i wouldn't repurchase unless i found it again on ebay. i find it tends to migrate towards the outskirts of my lips, and it doesn't feel like anything's on unless i kiss the bf!! very light gloss, doesn't sting or plump, it would be good for kids/young teens if it weren't so expensive!!! Jessica should lower the price and pitch to them!!!

Very POOR quality lip gloss! Very OUTRAGEOUS price! It is a thin, watery, cheap feeling lip gloss that you have to re-apply every two minutes! It smells great and my 3 year old loves it....which would be great if I had spent a few bucks on it...but for this price shell out a few more dollars and buy SmashBox, Stila or MAC...this is a waste of $$$ unless you are buying it for a preschooler!

I was so happy about purchasing her line because she is my favorite celebrity, and I am such a girly girl so when she launched her line in sweet/cute varieties/packaging she was so excited about it and I was sure I was going to love it. I do, then I don't. I have tried all the lipglosses except lollipop and I am awaiting on slide to come in the mail. Bubblegum has a sweet, lucious, juicy bubble gum scent but it has no staying power whatsoever. On my fair skin it comes to be a dark pink, then after five minutes its a light pink... looks like a lip stain. I was very disappointed. If you guys want to try any of her products I suggest you try cotton candy in her 'dessert treats'line, and 'bunny' in her dessert beauty line. They both smell wonderful and look great with dark eye makeup. But like I said you have to keep applying it over and over because the staying power is really horrible. I am hoping they progress with this line and it becomes better! :)

This does taste good, however the color is very light on my lips, so you really can not tell that it is on, but it does taste and smell good. This was given to me as a gift, but when i run out of it, i probably wont buy it again because the color isnt good for me.

The only thing good about this gloss is the taste. It doesn't plump and it practically colorless, leaving my lips with the FAINTEST light pink tint after I apply. Definately NOT the shade in the tube, which is what the general consensus about all these flavors appears to be...

The WORST stuff about this gloss is the staying power. Without eating or drinking, this stays on my lips for about 20 minutes. It's very thin, like putting bubblegum flavored vaseline on my lips. Only vaseline is $1.50. Go figure. Staying power is the most important thing about a lip gloss (along with color) for me, and this just didn't deliver.

I tried almost all of the dessert beauty glosses of the 12 dollar glosses and this is the only one I liked so far. The color is very nice and it smells and tastes JUST like bubblegum! Would buy again anytime!

Of the three I've tried so far, I must say that I like Bubble Gum the least. The bright pink color in the tube goes on a clear pink. Because I don't expect much color from these glosses anyway, I tend to base most of my review on the scent. To me, the scent of bubble gum is ordinary and yes, somehow it manages to taste like chewed gum, so it doesn't even taste real. Same cooling sensation as the other "lip candies". Won't repurchase.

I have been warned that Dessert Beauty glosses are *way* over-priced. I recently received this as a gift and decided to give it a whirl.

Color: Mostly sheer and glittery, but I do detect some warm pink tones.

Formula: Shiny and glittery but rather thin.

Packaging: Not bad. Doesn't leak, unlike the larger Dessert glosses.

Price: $12US. Not as outrageous as the regular Dessert glosses, although for $3 more you could purchase a higher quality gloss from MAC.

My Advice: As is the case with most celebrity-based brands, you are basically paying for a name. Not entirely crappy, but realistically, there's no need to shell out $12 for any of these glosses.

Like the reviewer before me, the appeal of "bubble gum" just wasn't there; thought I would not like it. Turns out, it's the only one I really do like. :) The color is nice and I love the taste of it. Would repurchase. Tastes like sweet bubble gum.

I thought this was the one flavor that I was not going to like. But its not bad, it does NOT taste or smell like old stale gum like everyone is saying, it taste and smells exactly like Bazooka Bubble Gum and it has a wonderful pink tint. I will buy again.

I bought this because I love the Dessert Beauty l/g in Juicy, and the color looked similiar. This smell is nice, but there is no pigment to this gloss at all. I was kinda disappointed because I really was hoping for a cheaper version of Juicy. Oh well, I probably will go & buy lollipop to see if that is any more similiar to Juicy, but if it isn't I won't be repurchasing these.
