i got this as a gift from a friend and i have only used it twice in the past year. Its not really worth wild just a sparkle coppery glitter stick,you could find better quality easily(NYX). If you want a cheap decent glitter stick this would work. Personally im not a big fan of the color,which is why i rated it kinda low.

This is a nice little pencil for the $. It's fat, wooden, and indeed can be used all over, although some shades might be better suited for eye makeup only. Romance is a coppery shimmery. The pigment's pretty good for this type of product. The crease factor isnt too bad and this is great for when you are in a hurry. The shimmer is SOMEWHAT glittery so this might not be for everyone. I have a few of these, so I already repurchased.
