Lush bath melts are essentially expensive alternatives to bath oil. This one is a lovely blend of natural butters and oils. It's moisturizing and smells good, but like the dreamtime one, it leaves an unpleasant tingly feeling on my lips for hours after the bath!

I love this bath melt. It smells very citrusy, like mangoes. The only problem I have is that it's super small. I got 2 baths out of it. It melts into the water and imparts a very silky feeling on the skin. My skin smelled llike citrus for hours. I love this bath melt but it should be a lot bigger. I would purchase again just for the smell and the way it makes my skin feel.

I am so sad. I absolutely LOVE this. It smells amazing, and my skin after using it was so smooth and wonderful.
Unfortunately, it made me break out in hives! I thought it was just a coincidence, but I tried it again recently and the same thing happened. Such a bummer.
Other than that it was great, I wish I didn't have a reaction.

Just average for me. I'm not a huge fan of lemongrass scented things, so that may be why I dont love this. Its really lemony, and not the best lemon scent either. I really wish it actually smelled like mango. Makes skin soft, like all of the bath melts do.
ps. They dont have very many bath melts to choose from, so I have discovered using pieces of the massage bars as bath melts....awesome.

I like the smell of this bath melt and of Lush's bath melts - it's my favorite. I feel like I'm being unfair giving this such a meh rating, but I don't think to reach for this (or any) bath melt when looking through my products and drawing a bath.
It has a fresh smell and is really sweet to me. I cut mine into thirds and will drop it into a bath with half of a bath bomb and bubblebar. I'm not unhappy with it, I guess I'm just indifferent. If I was in the market for another bath melt, this would be it -- but if I had $6 to spend on a bath item, I'd get a bubble bar or bath bomb.

Bought this several times over. Very moisturizing. I usually use it in a bath cocktail with the Avobath Bath Bomb. Love the smell too!

I bought this as I LOVE the smell of mango. Unfortunately, the scent of this was more citrus than mango which was a bit of a let down. This was super moisturising though, and left a orange film on the top of the bath water. I would buy it again so that I could experiment using it with different products at the same time.

My favorite bath melt from Lush! The reason why I'm giving it 4 lippies is because it's expensive for the size you get..but it's so worth it, if that makes sense? The first time I used You've been mangoed, I let it slowly dissolve in my tub. I wasn't really blown away by this method, so there was a just a tiny bit floating so I picked it up and rubbed it directly on my skin....WOW..Now we're talking! My body smelled like mangoes and fruit for the whole day! My boyfriend was so curious that he used the last of it up in the shower and he agrees that if you rub it on your skin, its better. So what I will be doing for now on is using a bar soap from lush to clean first, then I will apply this and rinse off!! I will be repurchasing more of this!
Edit***
Ok just bought some more of this wonder melt! I have a nice tip for those of you like myself that are a lil bummed about what you get for the price you pay. I now cut mine in 4 pieces. I store them in a plastic baggie. I pair YBM w/Sexy peel. After I'm done using sexy peel I use 1/4 of the bar that I cut up and rub it on my skin in the shower. I rinse. I am left smelling lovely ALL day and my skin is super soft. I don't use it anymore by dissolving it directly in my bath. To me, this is a waste. So now I don't feel bad spending the money because I get multiple uses this way!!

About six years ago, already an avid LUSH consumer, I was gifted by a generous boss (whose daughter had taken her on a LUSH excursion) for a job well done with Avobath Bath Bomb + You've Been Mangoed Bath Melt, to be plunked in the tub together. This is not a combo or scent I would have gravitated toward on my own, but what a wonderful surprise: since then I've used nothing but these two whenever I yearn for the bath of my dreams.
Your bathwater will register a lovely color and scent, but the best part is how soft and yummy you feel post-ablutions.
I throw in the whole durn things; no rationing when it comes to this pair. Highly recommended.

Love this bath melt!
It smells like mango, hence the name. It can melt in your hands if your hands are warm enough. I break mine up into 3-4 pieces and use it with one of Lush's less fragrant bubble bars - currently its the sunny side bubble bar. It makes my skin very smooth and it leaves a light mango scent. The Lush SA recommended that I'd break it up into 3-4 pieces due to the strong scent, I have yet to add more than the third that I have broken it up into.

Out of all the scents at Lush this is up there with my favourites!! It's a light, mouth-watering, orangey, limey, lemony scent. It doesn't linger so doesn't interfere with lotion or perfume. I have very dry (painfully dry a lot of the time) and this helps to moisturise and make me feel so relaxed (baths make me relaxed even though the scent is described as 'invigorating'.) I only use a quarter of the bar at a time because I like to stretch my Lush products out for a while. I don't melt it in the bath water as I find it a bit wasteful and it doesn't moisturise as effectively. I just rub it into the driest parts of my body and it slowly melts away. I still use lotion after but I feel firmer and softer after using this. Have repurchased several times and will again.:)

i gave the packaging a 5, cuz it's environmentally friendly. i really liked the smell at first, but now it smells a bit off to me. i never take baths, so i use this in the shower. i cut off a piece to use after my shower. i rub it on my body and slightly wash off, but not completely. its definitely not moisturizing enough to skip lotion, i dont think i'll ever find anything that'll allow me to skip applying lotion after a shower. the smell is faint and doesnt linger throughout the day, which sucks. i wouldnt buy this again, i just wanted to try it out, and i wasnt impressed enough to pay the price for this.
however, this is meant for the bath, so i'd recommend it for ppl that take baths. it may give it's full potential in the bath, compared to the shower.

this is seriously cheap compared to its other bath melt friends...and such a beautiful product too, with a wonderful fragrance that leaves you sniffing your perfectly hydrated skin all day.
and of course you have to love the way it melts ever so slowly...

I really wanted to like this because the SA told me that I could cut it into half, and use it in the bath to smell great. The piece itself smells pretty but when I put it into water, nothing really happened. I think the portion was too small for a bath tub of water. I also didn't feel that the water was softer. Therefore, I had to use something else in the bath... I would think that the bath bombs from LUSH are better.

i loooove you've been mangoed! it doesn't last very long so i don't buy it often due to the price, but it makes my bath water feel really silky and the whole bathroom smells so nice and citrusy. as an added bonus, it also makes my skin feel really soft and moisturized. i particularly like shaving my legs while taking a mango bath. great product! i would use it far more often if it weren't so expensive.
