I actually have this in Vegas set but the colors within look exactly like the Dream one. Just packaged in a gold plastic covder instead of silver. ALL the colors in this kit are very very boring and blah. The only thing fun was and exciting was the black and gold with glitter. I am use to wearing bright and bold colors. This is for people who want a natural neutral look. Plus I detest glosses that taste sweet. I should have known with a name like Sugar. Duh! lol. Anyway, I got this palette for $24 at ULTA and I probbaly won't ever get their makeup again.

When I saw these adorable little palette/books in Ulta I fell in love with the packaging, but I am also a big fan of Sugar's yummy smelling & tasting lip products and eyeshadows. This palette holds 5 lip shades, 5 eyeshadows, a mirror and 2 applicator brushes. IT IS A STEAL AT $20! The palette is really only a tad bit shorter than an actual paperback novel, and the "portions" of makeup are very generous.
The lip colors smell like all of Sugar's other lip products- which is like sugar (or cake batter) Unlike the glosses they do not have taste. The eyeshadows are a lovely consistency, they're packed tightly in but really go on silky smooth.

My only drawback on this palette is the colors are a bit on the "blah" side. For the lip we have a nice, neutral rose, light pink, a VERY light pink, a coral shade and an off white shade? When I did some mixing I did come up with some nice shades from them, but I can't imagine the super light shades in this flattering anyone by themselves. Most of these shades can be used well in a small amount to just "warm up" your natural lip color.

In the eyeshadows there's a pearl (white), a light pink, a medium plum, a black with shimmer and a shade that I can only describe as a rainy day cloud color. All are pretty nice, especially the black as it has actual *shimmer* instead of *glimmer* so when I used it wet as an eyeliner I got a really gorgeous effect. All in all this is an adorable, fun little palette that's easy on the back account- but if you have darker skin or just prefer dark shades, I'd skip it.
