Like most Phyto products, I really like this conditioner. This is great as an everyday conditioner for dry hair. The smell can be a little strange, but I quickly got used to it. This left my hair extremely smooth and shiny. Love it!

Lightweight but hydrating conditioner leaves hair smooth with no tangles. Great to use every day b/c it won't make hair heavy. I have had issues with the packaging - sometimes it seems the conditioner is too thick to get through the pump :(

Love, love, love this conditioner! It does have an unusual smell to it, but it's not offensive. The texture is thick so I take 2 pumps and rub it down in my hands before applying to my shoulder length hair. Then I comb through and leave in for 2 mins then rinse. My hair is smooth, shiny and soft. I find this conditioner to be hydrating but lightweight enough to not weigh down my hair. Worth every penny!

I've just finished the bottle which lasted me 4-5 times. I have fine, shoulder length hair and my ends are a little dry. This conditioner did nothing for my hair, it was very hard to comb through, left my hair feeling coated and I didn't like the smell either.

Kind of unimpressed with this one. While some of Phyto's products are just amazing, this one left me feeling unimpressed. Not nearly moisturizing enough for my dry hair. It was also difficult to get the last bit of it out of the bottle and considering the price for the size bottle you get, you want to make sure you get every last bit! I won't be repurchasing this one.

I have thick, wavy, dry hair that tends to get pretty frizzy and I thought this conditioner would be great for my hair type. Wrong!! I don't know what type of hair this would work for, but it didn't feel like it moisturized my hair at all. I normally blow dry my hair with a round brush to smooth the waves out and after using this, my hair was much harder to straighten out. I was a little surprised--I do love Phyto's shampoos and the Phytodefrisant, but I will definitely not be purchasing this conditioner again. What a waste of $$!!

I have fine, wavy/curly, hilited hair. As Dagne7 mentioned, it smells exactly like cocoa butter, the texture is thick, gloppy, hard to spread through hair. I did not notice any particular softness afterwards, in fact, my hair felt difficult to comb through. Also, the $28/5 oz plus shipping is ridiculous. Plus, if you have long hair, the pump bottle and thickness of the product means you are wasting time and product getting enough to treat your hair. Very overpriced, below average product.

I was underwhelmed, to say the least. It's just an ok conditioner. It's not particularly moisturizing or detangling. It smells like cocoa butter (the real stuff), nothing like sesame. The pump works great considering the thickness of the product. Good thing I received this in the full size as a GWP or I'd be hella pissed paying the normal price. Phyto products either leave me wowed or unimpressed.

This was really wrong for my thick damaged hair. It didn't untangle or soften at all, just left it a rough mass of knots. Terrible

this product left my hair feeling like silk. it hydrated my thick, dry hair. i use it mop glisten shampoo and they make a great combo. i love the packaging the pump bottle because it allows me to control how much i pump out and i think it makes the product last longer (i am a chronic overuser and if the packaging is weak, i might accidently squeeze out half of the product). this product is slightly expensive but i have NEVER had anyhting that makes my hair feel so amazing everytime that i use. i use as a daily conditioner 5 times a week and then use a deep conditioner twice a week but if your hair isn't as dry as mine is, this could be used as a deep treatment instead of an everyday product. i love phyto and this product continues my obsession with the line.

Not only is this extremely expensive, but it didn't do squat by way of detangling and left my hair feeling coated, frizzy, dry and dull. Pass this one by...

This is a good quality, highly moisturizing conditioner. But as I said in my review of the Phytojoba shampoo, it's definitely overpriced and you can get equally moisturizing conditioners for less. Also, although the results were great and the scent doesn't linger on the hair, note that Phytosesame smells like mayonnaise and horseradish! It's like putting salad dressing on your hair. Overall though, it is a good product that does what it advertises.

I like the way this conditioner works on my fine, slightly dry hair. But it can build up quickly. It is also expensive, as all Phyto products are. Not my top choice.
Incidentally, I too, use it after PhytoJoba shampoo.

I use this after the jojoba shampoo. Phyto products agree with my hair and help it to survive all the hightlighting and blowdrying and occasional ironing or roller session. As an added bonus it smells like this sesame candy halawa that we buy from the middle eastern grocery. Anything that smells good enough to eat, those products are my weak spot.

I use Phytosesame after shampooing with Phytojoba and the results are amazing. This is a super conditioner that makes my hair soft, moisturized, shiny, and full of body. Plus, it smells great! I leave this on for 3 minutes and comb through. Then I follow with Phyto 9. These three products have transformed my long, blonde, highlighted hair. My hair looks healthy and feels like silk. This conditioner comes in a metal bottle with a pump - and I only use one pump and concentrate on distributing it only on the ends and middle of my hair. Definitely worth the money.
