If it wasn't on clearance for dirt-cheap, I wouldn't have bought it, but it was so I did, and while I use the colors, I don't use them together. There's just too much pink and purple all in one. I love how there is one matte blush & one shimmery one, and a deep purple shadow you can use as eyeliner. They also put a mirror in the cap. I wish they would come out with this in an earth-toned kit. I kept it in my desk at work since the case was too big for even my bags.

While I am very pleased with 3/4 shadows, I do not care for the bright pink blushes and the lip glosses were so-so. Actually, due to the vivid colors in the blushes, I was able to tote this little thing along and use it as stage makeup for a recent play I was in (if that gives you an idea of their "brightness"). The packaging is cheap (while compactness is convenient) but I really can't gripe, I got this for a great deal while I was (breifly) an Avon rep and the white, pink and purple shadows were worth it. I also like the mirror in the lid. Have purchased much better products from Mark. but not bad overall.

i love this little makeup tower! it has 4 glosses/lip colors, 4 eyeshadows, and 2 blushes. the blushes are a bit dark for my skin but are nice quality. they eyeshadows are my favorite, especially the white/gold one. its beautiful and full of shimmer. there is also a grey/blackish with gold shimmer that is also beautiful and works as a great eyeliner. the other 2 are a shimmer pink and shimmer purple that look great mixed together. the lippies are sheer pink, coral/bronze, sheer lilac, and red. they look great mixed and matched and have a fresh scent and feel on the lips. a really cool little set!

I just love this. All of the colors are great. It has everything. 2 blushes, 4 eyeshadows, and 4 lip colors/glosses. I usually don't like palette type things, but I love this! I definitely recommend this.

I LOVE this! The compact is adorable and SO convenient (notice that Jane COPIED it this year, in a square form rather than circular!!!); great for travel. The shades are LOVELY, as described, but I find the darkest a black-plum rather than brown; the sparkles are a surprise accent indeed! Love the mirror, the matte/shimmer blushes and the great lip color selection. One can create MANY looks with this palette. I bought a couple of these for gifts last Christmas and they were a hit! If only Mark would continue this idea for future palettes, changing the outer color and the shades, etc. I want a backup of this before they're gone - can find on eBay!

Glam-A-Go-Go is a mark. palette that comes in a chubby cylinder shaped packaging made of coppery plastic and consisting of 3 tiers, one chubby 'disc' on top of another. It reminds me of pancakes! The lid that tops it all has a little round mirror on the inside, very practical. But... the plastic itself feels cheap, not very sturdy, and the whole thing feels like it's going to come apart and make a huge mess if tossed inside a bag. There's no snapping or clicking it shut - you simply press one tier against another the best you can, and hope it will hold together. That's it's biggest flaw, and frankly I don't understand what mark. was thinking!

From top to bottom:

- Lid with little round mirror inside

- Top layer with 4 creamy lipsticks - mark. calls them lip glosses, but they have a creamy consistency (not as hard as the Glass Slickers) and are quite pigmented, more like creamy lipsticks IMO. They're strongly scented, I think cotton candy and berries - very yummy. The 4 colors are: a neutral toned reddish rose with heavy shimmer; a cool toned bubblegum pink with very little shimmer; a medium mauvy purple with medium shimmer; and a golden bronze with medium shimmer but very metallic and very pigmented (terrible on its own, but gorgeous when mixed with the other shades).

- Middle layer with 4 shimmer eyeshadows - in: black with silvery shimmer and coppery glitter (very pigmented); white with bronzy gold shimmer (very pigmented, gorgeous); muted medium mauvy pink with light pink frost and purple glitter (average pigment); lilac with silvery frost and purple glitter (average pigment; reminds me of I-Mark in Tart, but frosty instead of shimmery).

- Bottom layer with 2 powder blushes - in: matte medium-dark mauvy pink (or a dark bubblegum pink; average pigment); medium-dark rosy pink with lots of coppery-gold shimmer (very pigmented and gorgeous).

I believe women of all sorts of skintones will most likely find that most of this palette works for them, even though it tends to cooler tones. I'm a warm LLL and I find it's well suited for lots of color mixing fun - even when a color doesn't work for me, I can layer another on top and that does it. IMO the big highlights in this product are the reddish rose and golden bronze cream lipsticks, the golden-white and shimmery black eyeshadows and the shimmery blush. Very pigmented and lovely.

If I had to choose one compact makeup item to take with me on a trip, this would be it. The variety of looks you can achieve with this little palette makes it a better traveling companion than any of mark.'s Storybooks. I'm not quite sure it's worth its regular price, though, but on sale it certainly was. One lippie removed for the precarious packaging, and another for the average pigmentation on 2 eyeshadows and 1 blush and the palette's general tendency towards cooler tones when it could have been more balanced. Not a repurchase, but not a regret either.

This looked really neat and was okay, but the colors were a little off to me. The glosses were a little too bright, the eyeshadows were more like creams or something, and the blushes were too bright. I use this stuff occasionally when I need brighter colors but I wouldn't repurchase!

This was my first and last mark item I'll try. I got this in a swap, so thank god I did not pay full price for it. I really was not pleased with the packaging of this product, very flimsy pop in place trays that did not stay put. The bottom one of mine kept falling out. These contains 4 e/s: Pale lavender shimmer w/ glitter, pale pink shimmer w/ glitter, dark grey/black w/ glitter, & shimmer frosty white w/ gold undertones. (4) lipglosses: Baby Pink matte, shimmery gold, shimmery mauve, & shimmery pink. (2) blushes: Bright Bubblegum pink matte, & shimmery rasberry pink.
Overall, the shades do go well together. The shadows surprisingly had good staying power but were too frosty/metalic looking for me... maybe all that glitter in them. Also, the lipglosses were moer like lipsticks, not much shine to them. But, had a not too overbearing fruity smell to them. I gave this a 3, because I'd rather put the $15 toward a better palette.
