Nice little product, feels nice when applied but I have to apply it 2 -3 times for my lips to feel softer and moisturised.
I do like this but I would not buy it again as my lips felt dry in an hour.
On top of that I feel like it's going to snap at any moment.
Fragile for a lip balm.

I don't know about actual "Lip Plumpling" but it certainly does condition. I use it overnight as part of my night routine or at home during the day when my lips are dry and in need a bit of conditioning. It remoistens my lips moreso than a just gloss or ordinary lipstick would do anyway. If I use it on chapped lips overnight, the next day my lips are great and back to being smooth and "normal" again. What I don't like about this product is that it tends to whiten my lips, so I would not wear it out alone for this reason as I look a bit ghoulish. It's better than Vaseline though as it's not as messy nor as tacky, so I would probably buy again. Really nice silver and gold lipstick casing. 1 lippy off because it has the unnatural whitish colour in it, this would be better clear in my opinion.

Edited to add: I have found a fantastic use for this. I use it as a base for nude lip or under a light coloured lipstick where I want the colour to show more. The white in it cancels out most of the pigmentation in my lips as well as being a good moist base for the lip colour. :) I am upgrading from 4/5 to 5/5 for this product now.

I was never a lipstick kind of girl, but always used chapsticks and different balms with just a hint of color for moisturization, which makes this my HG. This has been a staple of mine for about 6 years now. I keep one in my office drawer at work, one in my purse, and a few around the house. I wear it all the time- first thing in the morning, as part of my night time skincare regime, etc. These are usually $7.99 through Avon, but they always go on sale every other month or so for half the price, and I usually stock up then. This has a light touch of nude color to it, a nice, creamy texture that glides on & sticks- I imagine this would also be an excellent lipstick base. I don't know how much "plumping" action this has- if you're expecting/looking for something like those tingly glosses that have an instant affect, you probably won't be too impressed with this. It does, however, provide great moisturization making your lips look more plump in the long-term, and exfoliates them as well due to the retinol in the product. The packaging is really nice- a pretty little silver tube that feels and looks very high quality. I will continue to repurchase this as long as Avon offers it. I've also got my mom & best friend hooked on it!

Oh wow. I got this for only 4 dollars and it's amazing. It's done more than any chapstick and even carmex has ever done for me. I don't really know about plumping but it does smooth the lips nicely.

I just got my order of this product & at a great time to try it out. I am currently sick with a cold, and despite having taken medications, I still have to mouth-breathe sometimes- especially overnight. We all know what havoc that wreaks on your lips- dry, flaky & eww! This was the condition of my lips the first day (Monday) that I tried it. Previously, I was using softlips & had nowhere NEAR the results I had with that as I did with the Avon Lip Plump/Conditioner. My lips are sooo soft and I have only applied it 3 times total. I bought it on sale @$3.99, so the price was nice. I'm not too concerned with the plumping part. I was going more for the retinol since I'm in my 30's & just an overall conditioner. As for the 'color', I didn't notice any on my lips. I will definitely buy this again.

I really like this. I'm a bit of a lip balm addict and tend to buy them whenever I see a new one. This feels lovely on my lips, really smooth and gets rid of any little lines. It doesn't however plump my lips at all but I don't really need that. My only problem is the fact that the "colourless" formula leaves my lips beige so I have to mix it with a lip tint.

I have purchased this many times over the years. It does work well its like a lip balm on steroids. Smooths the lips and does plump them as well. Makes a great base for any other lip product.

Love this stuff! I got mine on sale for $3.99 so have no problem with the price. Don't know how much actual plumping is going on but I'm using it for the conditioning (which is FABULOUS) and the SPF. Makes everything go on your lips more smoothly and feels wonderful. I'm wearing it at night too.

Plumping wise, it sucks.

But as a lip conditioner it's amazing! It goes on creamy and makes your lips feeling very soft and smooth! Would re-purchase :)

An excellent lip balm, although my favourite at nighttime is still Nivea/Labello. Labello makes my lips really silky smooth. This one is drier than the Labello (due to the SPF, I believe) so it works very well under lipstick - it's better than the Labello for that. It doesn't plump *at all*. However, it is a really nice lip balm, especially for the price (when it's on sale). The packaging is very nice, it's a silver lipstick tube, and the SPF is a real bonus. It doesn't make lips look white, but does give a slight beige tint. I will repurchase because it's the only SPF lip product I've found that actually moisturizes and doesn't leave a white chalky finish. I'll continue using this one during the day and the Labello at night. EDITED TO ADD: I've been using this stuff at night as well as the day and wow! It really is fantastic stuff. My lips are completely smooth and never get dry, peeled, flaky, etc. This balm is excellent. Ingredients:

I used the whole lipstick over about 3 months, applying a few times a day. I took a photo before I started using it and then after. There is no difference at all. It's really just like an ordinary chapstick. Would not buy again. No plumping effect whatsoever.

This lip conditioner has become a favorite product of mine. It keeps my lips in better shape than any other lip product I have tried. It is terrific for using at night, I wake up with smooth, moisturized lips. It helps with lip lines and roughness, and it has a sunscreen, too. Since most lipgloss seems to not have SPF, I use this in the summer under my glosses. I notice a difference in the fullness of my lips when I use this consistently. I always buy it when it is on sale for $3.99, which I think is a great price for this. I have recommended it to others, and the feedback I get is always good. Try it, it's awesome.

Great moisturizing lip treatment without the caking you usually get from chapstick-type balms. It seems to plump, and I attribute that to the moisturizing properties, as my lips are rather full to begin with. A great product from Avon!

I've suffered flaky dry lips all my life, now this is changed due to this product. I hope they NEVER discontinue it. It really works to condition my lips, they aren't dry anymore, nor are they flaky. Stop using it and my flaky dry crunchy lips are back.

I like the lip primer aspect to it as well. It evens out my lip colour and makes my lipstick and gloss look better.

I like the SPF too. Have had 1 melanoma off my leg, and a pc lesion off my arm, so I don't take chances.

And as a 50 plus woman I appreciate the plumping aspect. It works. Not like an irritant plumper (lip venom etc) which gives that bee stung plumpness but more as a soft collagen boosting plumping effect over time.

Less lip lines and my lipstick doesn't bleed.

What's not to love. I've been buying this over and over for years, as I detest running out. When my last one ran low and my Avon lady was late getting my order (full price--yes I pay full price for this stuff if I run out and there isn't a sale) so I used the round handle of my nail file to dig out the dregs to keep using it.

Yes this is one of my HG (holy grail) products for sure!

I love this product.. I started to worry when my MAC lip conditioner started to run out on me. MAC isn't that close to where I live and I hate driving. Also, the price is scary. This product works nice for me, but not quite as good as MAC lip conditioner does.

I love this product.

I find it is one of the best lip moisturisers around, I put it on after I cleanse and moisturise am/pm and it keeps my lips soft and plump with no dryness or peeling.

I use it under my lipstick as a primer and it helps keep my lipstick on for longer, its also great on its own.

Yes it is expensive to buy full price but Avon always have great specials during the year and that is when you need to stock up on essentials like these.

I keep them in my handbag, bedside table, bathroom and my kids and husband use them too, in fact I have to hide mine they're so popular in my house.

Good stuff!!

Love the fact thats its packaged in a lipstick container instead of some funky packaging. I feel that it smooths and moisturizes my lips very well. much like a primer. even though it didnt pump its an excellent lip primer as I noticed lip products look nicer and last longer will repurchase.
