this is my HG blush, and I adore it, so sorry it's discontinued already (but I still have much in my pan). unlike many others, I have absolutely no problems with getting the product on my brush - I usemy fave Chanel Blush Brush #4 and it gets the right amount of blush. however I am quite fair, so need just a little. Tea Rose is perfect for me, sheer and gentle. it's pinky peach (more peach than pink), and it seems to me the color I normally blush. that's my go-to product, and I use it for natural look and when in "don't know how I want to look today" mood.

It's a perfect, soft pink&peach color. It gives you such a sweet girly look. . . I loved it but I just cannot afford it now. errr. >_<

This was my very first purchase from Chanel Cosmetics. I always love the brand itself but this blush was a disappointment for me. The color of the blush was perfect. But after a few usage, it irritates my skin, causing small pimples all over my cheeks. After using their blush powder, I never did purchase any Chanel cosmetic anymore.

This blush comes with original velvet pouch to prevent scratches, which i personally like to protect my palettes and blush. But guess only the expensive brand would include this.

the color was quite soft and quite difficult to show using finger therefore no swatch on hand.
But it comes not so easily even with brush which is weird i think.

Beautiful color but Chanel has got to work on the packaging. It comes in a strip with a super cheap brush that i tossed the second I opened the package. It comes in a black case with the CC logo on the top and a mirror. I absolutely despise mirror compacts because the compact gets so dirty after a few uses and it just puts me off using it again because it just looks so unsanitary.

The worst thing about this product is I basically have to scrub my brush on it for 10 minutes to get any sort of product on! I basically have to take tweezers and scrap out the product before I can use. For now I've scraped out the entire pan and put it in one of those sifter jars similar to any of the BE products in order to use. After I finish this I'm never buying Chanel cosmetic products again, they're just too expensive and their comestics are terrible. They should just stick to clothing and accessories.

This is my favorite blush right now - and silly Chanel discontinued it. It's a very believable, glowy, lit from within look that I have not found in any other blushes I've tried. When I heard they were being discontinued, I rushed to my Chanel counter to get some more - but they had already sent them all back! They only had one Irrelle blush left - Be Bop. It's pinker, more pigmented than tea rose, but I love the glow of these blushes so much I went ahead and got it.

I bought this at the Chanel boutique Rue Cambon, which was a very exciting experience! I am in love with the colour and how it matches my skin tone. It is very similar to the colour in which I would naturally blush. Key: use sparingly! Funnily enough, it is hard to use at all, as the powder does not easily come out of the compact. I have to scratch it with the end of the powder brush in order to loosen it enough to brush over my cheeks, which is very annoying. I always end up getting quite a bit of powder on my brush after doing so, so I tap the brush on the compact to remove the excess. I love the incredibly stylish packaging, although the included brush is wimpy and I do not use it. Buying this in euros was exceedingly expensive for me, and I would not normally spend that much on blush, but for the most part I am very happy with it.

It's been two months and the quilted pattern is still on the blush because I can't get my brushes *plural* to dig the product out from behind the oil that surfaces to the top.

The blush is almost impossible for me to use unless I take something sharp (like a tweezer etc) and scrape off the top layer to make it powdery and even then I can only get one application out of it. It's insane. What is Chanel thinking and why do I have to try so hard to apply blush?

It's such a shame because the color really is quite pretty when/if you manage to get enough on your brush. However, for all the glitz and glam that goes into the packaging and the hefty price tag to boot, it's pretty much unuseable to me. Such a shame since it had such HG potential.

Will not repurchase because I'm pretty sure it's nearly impossible to use all of it without taking a sledgehammer to it.

I hate to be a downer but I just returned mine. The color is a pinky peach that looks pretty in the compact. The most I could get to show up on my light skin is a very very sheer bit of color. I keep layering it but had no luck. Not only that, but when I got home from work it looked like I had no blush on! My complexion is light so I don't see why it wouldn't show up on me.

Thank you to everyone who gave such great reviews on this product!!!They were all true and then some.I was having a hard time picking out a brand and color-then the MA showed me this and I remembered reading about it.I have never had a blush that was just right....it makes you feel beautiful. The color is a perfect blend of light peach and pink with just a whisper of shimmer.I am enjoying it tremendously.I have never spent this much on a blush, but as the saying goes..you really do get what you pay for. This blush is simply the best!!

I really love this color. I have 3 chanel blushes and they are all Joue contraste because everyone says the irelle blushes are too sheer. Well I tried this at a Chanel makeover event and the MA picked this color because it matched the color of my ear lobe, which she said is the most flattering color. (and the color you would normally blush.)
I really loved it on me but told the MA about the reviews on MUA and she said it's because there is no talc in these blushes. Hence the oil from your face gets on the brush and then coats over the blush, but it is easily remedied by rubbing a clean mascara spoolie over the blush. (I do this each time I use it.) Love this fresh, flattering color.
For reference I'm NW20 with brown hair and green eyes.
I also own Orchid Rose and Narcisse. But love tea rose the best!
Next on my "to buy" list is Fantasia.

EDIT: I still love Tea Rose, but it is kind of a pain trying to get the color on to my brush. Recently tried GA #11 blush and love it more!

A great blush for someone who doesn't want too much color--sheer, peachy-pink, very natural looking. It lasts forever. I've had mine for well over a year, and I use it nearly every day. Sometimes the blush coats over with a thin film on top, and I have trouble applying it to my brush. Someone on MUA recommended running a new, unused mascara brush/comb across the blush, and that seems to work well. I will definitely repurchase.

I absolutely love this blush! I like the fact that it is sheer and buildable and not too shimmery. It also doesn't have too strong of a scent. Tea Rose looks absolutely gorgeous on my porcelain skin! I think that this blush is very expensive but I will buy it again because it is the best blush I have ever tried.

Thank you to everyone who wrote a review on this blush. Your reviews encouraged my purchase and I have to say its the best blush I have ever used. Its so fine that there is no risk of putting on "too much". Its a perfect pinky peach - like the ones you see olive skinned models wearing on magazine covers and you think "why can i never get that glowy blush effect? what colour do they use , i need to know!" - now i know why ! You really do get what you pay for. I have pale skin - dark brown hair and eyes that are darkest brown. I wore this to work and everyone said I looked "glowy" and "you're looking well - somethings different but i cant put my finger on it"..My HG blush was face stockholms shamballa but its hard to get in the UK. This now replaces it, i've already ordered another one as the store only had 1 tea rose left. Im also going to get pink cloud which has excellant reviews. I'm looking into other chanel stuff now. xx

I love this. Every time I wear this, my bf says I have a glow and can't stop complimenting me on it. It looks so natural and fresh. It's pretty sheer, so you really can't mess up with this. I don't know if it'll show on darker skin or not, but on me (Stila shade 2), it shows up nicely without being overpowering.

Love it!!

Such a lovely blush!Tea rose is rather sheer...i took a long time to build up the colour on my cheeks but it was worth the patience...natural pinky-peachy flush on my cheeks with subtle shimmer.Lasted on my face the whole day-from morning to late night and makes my complexion look better.Great packaging too!The only flaw for this blush is that it cakes up easily..otherwise it's a great blush!Im a mac nc15-20 for reference.

I received this in a swap. I had read the reviews and was really looking forward to a blush that was so sheer I could build and build, etc and that could give Orgasm a run for it's money. Plus, I love anything Chanel so I was prepared to like it sight unseen. However, sadly, my experience with it wasn't the same as others here on the board. It looks very pretty in the container. A little peachier than Orgasm perhaps but that could be pretty. However, while it is true that it is so sheer you can build on it, I put it on last month and I'm still building and I don't see anything. Seriously, it could use just a bit more pigment. For that reason, I won't repurchase. Not at Chanel prices anyway.

Gosh, this is a pretty blush. It is also a pretty expensive blush, but you get what you pay for. The cake itself is not as soft of a texture, which is a good thing, because I hate when the powder gets everywhere, and I thought the pillow design would wear down after a few uses, but it is holding up well. The little brush is actually useful too as someone mentioned, and I use my denser blush brushes to apply this. Gives a nice "coming-from-within glow". I will definitly look into another one of these in a different shade possibly in the future, though I need another blush like I need (insert rest of cliche)...

my HG bloush. I hate when blush looks unnatural and this doesn´t. I have fare skin and this just gives it a light natural glow. no way you can layer too much on in the morning and find out at work that you look like a little clown at carneval. downside: you do have to layer tons to see a hint - it doesn´t last forever for this reason. nice packaging, ok brush and looks great on fair skin!

As much as I love this shade,it takes a long time for me to build any color.A very pretty pinky-peach though.I find I have to layer it over other blushes.Probably won't re-purchase this or any of the Ireelle blushes again, unless they make them more pigmented.
