I bought this for the coming summer months, and I had such high expectations for it.
The only other Kerastase product I own is the Serum Nuit, and I love that with an undying passion.
My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it. My scalp can get oily, perhaps partly because I live in Hawaii and the humidity here kills haha.
Well, it didn't weight down my hair when I sprayed it in the AM, and I expected me to love it for that obvious fact. Also, it made my hair touchabley soft, which is another huge plus.
Although the scent is beautiful, it is not light and it becomes overwhelming after a while, especially because I don't like perfume.
I would NEVER use it unless I'm going outdoors. I wrongly tried it out to protect my hair between bus stops and on my way to work. The scent really gets to you after the fifth hour.
Another con is the fact of the ingredients; alcohol appears several times. So using it may protect your hair, but not necessarily improve it's manageability.
Overall though, I don't think the product is half bad. The only other one that I've heard of that can stand up to this is Ouidad's sport sun protector, but I won't be trying that any time soon.
I don't think these types of products are for me. I was just looking for a leave-in that provided sun protection and tamed small flyaways for every day use, and despite the hefty price tag (that accompanies all Kerastase products), I would have gladly shelled it out again and again if it covered those points excellently.
At the end of the day, my hair was in dire need of a wash, and this has convinced me that what I was looking for has not been invented yet.

I bought this product before a holiday in the Caribbean, since the sun+sea+swimming pool combo always wreaks havoc on my blonde bra-strap length hair with slightly dry ends. I have never used a sun protector for my hair before, so I can't compare it to similar products, but I came back from holiday with hair that is shiny, supple and beautifully soft - it looks a lot healthier than it did before I left! And that is despite the fact that I would be in the pool for hours on end and did not wear a hat. This product also stopped my split ends from knotting, so I ended up breaking hardly any hair while brushing - a real revelation for me. I did not have to even worry about frizz and I really liked the smell as well.
It is not a perfect product though, partly because of its hefty price-tag and partly because, when applied to my roots, it did make my hair more greasy. Overall, I don't think I will be able to resist buying it again and again - it makes my hair so shiny!

I had my hair highligted recently and was afraid that the summer sun would turn my hair from a nice beige blonde to a brassy, orange tone, as it usually happens in summer. So far, the color hasn't faded and this leaves my hair slightly less frizzy and more manageable. I don't really care for the scent though as it lingers for days and smells weird.

as with all kerastase products it does what it says it will. the spray part of this product is great as it spreads the product evenly on your hair (provided you spray it on properly and not on one spot of your head). does help in keeping your hair color from fading (ive had mine colored and high lighted in january and my hairdresser still reckons the color is still good). spraying the product on your palms and smoothing it on the fine baby hair on top of your head helps too! a great spray that doesn't weight down hair and stops your color from turning all rusty and gross.

I too am enjoying this product. I have super fine, straight hair that is color-treated. I use this product for shine. I like that this product gives shine AND doesn't dry out my hair; also, it seems to provide slight smoothing and a little "weight" so flyaways are controlled. With my super fine hair, I find that spraying this into my hands, and then rubbing it through my hair by hand, works better than spraying it directly onto my hair. Spraying directly onto my hair can cause too much product to be in one spot, and thus be too heavy. Another alternative is to spray into the air and let it cascade down onto my hair. This product is slightly slippery though, so be careful if any gets on the floor. Voile Protecteur also works great as a smooth-on product for ends alone. Also, I found that if I put too much on, I can use my hairdryer and it seems to dry a little of it up. This really is a useful, multifunction product.

This is based on rice bran oil and provides a veil of protection (as the name suggests) for hair exposed to UV rays, salt or chlorinated water. While my hair isn’t often exposed to these I found this to add a nice silkiness to the hair that helped to keep frizz at bay during the humidity of summer in conjunction with a good leave-in conditioner and thermal protectant. Kerastase makes excellent products so I’m sure this mist would be good for any slightly dry hair.
