I wore this perfume back in 2005 when it came out and I LOVED it. I usually rotate my perfumes, so I didn't end up using the entire bottle until 2007. Since then, I've been playing with the idea of buying another bottle, but I couldn't justify the price since I mostly buy miniatures, because I'm rotating fragrances, and I change my fragrance with the season. I also end up buying one or two new scents per year. This year I just couldn't find anything new that I really liked, so I looked this one up on ebay. Found someone that was selling an almost full bottle, but without the cap, the box or the bracelet (who cares about that). Got it today and am basking in the scent. It's definitely a favorite of mine! For an EDT, it lasts a surprisingly long time. I got a compliment on it today too, and my husband loves it. It's my go-to fragrance for the summer from now on. :)

Lovely smell, very oriental.
It's selling pretty cheap atm too, so should stock up.
Sultry and long lasting.
My OH loves it too, and he's quite picky when it comes to perfumes. :\

Not at all original this one, hence the two lippies off. The topnotes are coconut, passion fruit and citrus with a vanilla drydown. Nice and beachy and dirt cheap at discounters, it is worth picking up a bottle now it is d/c just to keep for summertime. I like it, but don't love. Actually I prefer Avon Tahitian Holiday for my beachy scent but this is fruity and lighter - nice

Finally, a summer scent with some sillage to it. Pretty, coconutty/fruity scent, don't understand all the negativity this is quite nice. I'm wearing it today, spritzed one tiny spritz at around 8:00 this a.m.-it is now after 11:00 a.m. and I can still smell it! Hurray! :) Enjoy the original Glow too--some others are hard to find here--still looking for LA Glow--here in the Great White North it seems you're lucky to find any! Anyway it's very nice.

I really wanted this to have a tropical vibe without od'ing on coconut but all I get from it is the smell of fabric softener for some reason! I mean, it's not bad at all really but it certainly does not conjure up images of "glowing in Miami" for me. It's kind of fresh and soapy which is nice but I think Deseo has much more of a summery/beachy feel to it. It reminds me of how some people use way to much Downy on their clothes and it literally becomes their perfume. That's what Miami Glow smells like to me. This mixed with Deseo may be what I really would like. Not bad but not what I'm looking for.

I had asked my BF to pick Glow by J.Lo at duty free, and he mistakenly brought me this. This has an uber strong, in your face kind of scent that has a variety of different notes that I don't appreciate at all. I'd give it 1 lippie based on personal preference, but have to admit that it is a good quality perfume. One spritz of this will last throughout the whole day. It does have a certain tropical Miami feeling to it too, so it's an okay scent for summer.

I bought this based on all the great reviews that say it smells like the beach. I sprayed it on me and it smelled like soap, maybe irish spring or something. Very disappointed with this.

PERFECTION! I absolutely adore this perfume. It's probably my third favorite (behind Glow and VS Breathless). This is not heavy, it's just right. There is a slight powder scent, but it's just perfect. It does remind you possibly of Glow, just slightly heavier. The scent is really clean. I can't put my finger on what the exact notes are, but they smell amazing whatever they are. It seems as if this perfume sings the prettiest song to my nose. I usually pair this with BBW Apricot Vanilla lotion and the match is heavenly. I hope this never goes away.

This perfume is one of my faves! Very clean and summery! I bought this in the summer time and made me feel very beachy. Everyone loved the scent and asked what i was wearing. Its very unique. I would of never tried this otherwise..seeing as i don't like her other scents.

first cant comment on the bottle because I just bought a roll on of this. The smell is a really great day smell and to me very clean smelling. The way i describe it is laundry tropical. It kinda smells like tanning oil and laundry sheets. Ethier way i never find it heavy makes me feel clean and fresh yet lasts

I discovered this fragrance about 6 years ago and have been in love ever since. It's a definite summer scent but not too strong. The fragrance lasts throughout the day and into the next. Love it! Best one of the "Glow" line. The others stink

This is a perfect hot day fragrance ...reminds me of holidays, sunshine ,beaches and cocktails ..Coconut.pineapple and white flowers very plesant everyday inoffensive perfume IMO
The bottle is shaped like the lovely Glo (my favourite) but with a braclet and dinky little gold flip flop charms attached to it ..very pretty.

I was gifted this scent a long time ago, but I don't reach for it as often as I used too. The dominant notes I smell are coconut and passionfruit, and it dries down to a musky amber/vanilla sort of combo on my skin. It's not something I would reach for everyday wear because I find the coconut smell to be a little too strong sometimes. Spray gently with this one because it can be a little nauseous.

Based on some negative reviews at MA I bought this perfume. A common thread throughout seemed to complain that it smelled like old coconuts, dead flowers & clean towels, like it's a problem. I bought this perfume because of those comments, and I'm glad I did. Although I am rating it a three and am not planning on buying it again. Only because it has no staying power on me, which is strange because perfume usually clings to me. I wish it did have staying power because I like the scent, so if anyone out there is in the midst of designing a sumer perfume please keep in mind that staying power is essential, as is old coconuts, dead flowers, clean towels (and a splash of Noxzema for luck). Delightful. For some at least.

I was looking around for new perfumes at the store and saw all the J-Lo perfumes with testers so I tried Sunkissed Glow, Glow, Still and Miami Glow by J-Lo on different parts of my arm to compare. ;) On me, Miami Glow smelled really really good, sweet but not sickly, very fruity and beachy...it reminds me of a really good summer day. This fragrance works the best with my body chemistry!!!

I used to like thisone very much, but unfortunatelly it got discounted in Switzerland, dunno about the States :/
Very nice summer fragrance but it happens easily to get sick of it, if you overdo it, so less is more for sure. =)

I am a fan or the original Glow, so when I found this for $14.00 at Marshalls I decided to try it. I am glad its only a 1 oz bottle.
I don't know where anyone gets 'tropical' notes like coconut and pineapple from. I get neither. No florals either. Just J'Lo'd trademark "soapy" notes which become very clean. As another reviewer described perfectly, its a "I just-stepped-out-of-the- shower" clean that is very remininescent of a nondescript shampoo/bodywash scent.
Non offensive and I actually like this on those 95+ degree days when you dont want to drown in your own scent. It works nicely too when you spritz it on after getting out of the pool or the ocean-like if you're going out to a casual lunch or dinner on the boardwalk at the shore after, and have no time to shower out the salt. It seems to add another note to it. It really reminds me of summer.
I wouldn't repurchase, but I'll probably enjoy it for the rest of the summer.

Ewwwwwwwwwww. Imagine a tin of coconut milk 10 years past its expiry date. Add a bunch of flowers ontop of that and that is exactly what Miami Glow smells like! UGHHHHHHH! It's so sickening...very overpowering, people standing 10 feet away will probably be able to smell it. The bottle is shaped similar to a sex toy, it's not pretty. How anyone would like this fragrance is beyond me. I thought it would remind me of holiday and cocktails on the beach but damn...it's revolting.

Okay, I just bought this at WalMart (yesterday) 1oz for 25 dollars. That's a really bad price for a perfume from Walmart. That's more expensive than PinkSugar by Aquolina.
I heard this was supposed to smell very coconuty and like sun tanning lotion. THAT is why I seeked it out. I love coconut perfumes. They recently discontinued the coconut oil perfume I loved so I was hoping this could replace that.
THIS DOES NOT SMELL LIKE COCONUT AT ALL!!!! or sun lotions.
To me it smells a lot like jasmine and grapefruit. Not an AWFUL scent but not something I would ever wear. I hate grapefruit scented anything, it usually smells like BO. This did kind of smell like BO. It also smelt like a unisex perfume, not really feminine.
I gave it two lippies because I think the bottle was cute and it didn't smell AWFUL it's just not what I was looking for. It's not a beautiful scent, in my opinion, either. I can't keep it, I'd never ever wear this.
Maybe if a guy was wearing this I'd like it? It was really that masculine to me.

Miami Glow reminds me of a lighter version of Christian Dior's Dune with a bunch of tropical fruit thrown in. A very nice casual summer scent.
