I really like it! Inexpensive, doesn't leave my face with a thick layer of oil like the rest I've tried and it doesn't sting my eyes at all. It's not the quickest makeup remover but then again it is supposed to be gentle! 5 Stars from me.

This is all I use now. It's non-greasy, non-irritating, removes everything, and washes off easily. Also, the little squirty thing at the top keeps you from wasting product, so it lasts a lot longer. I seriously love this stuff.

At first, I thought it was more pricey than maybelline. It was cheap and It was on sale. So I bought 3 bottles in 125 ml...
About the packaging gives me both hate and love side.
I hate the big bottle...uneasy to carry when traveling, meanwhile I love the 125ml size... bigger , means long last.
It's more moist than my previous maybelline.. but a bit oily.reminds me of etude house make up remover.but etude house is much better, because this formula a lil greasy.
It is not durable to take off make up but it is similiar to maybelline but maybelline is more gentle and mild.
the only pro from this remover is because of a lil greasy...it won't irritate eyes nor under eyes.but OILY!!!
After using this remover, i don't know why my face skin now becomes worse...moreover my face skin type is acne prone.i have some blemishes now on my face skin.I don't know whether it is because of my clinique 3 steps anti-blemish solution skin care or because of this loreal.because i'm now changing my skin care solution.
welll.... it's not really good but very value for money.but i HATE the result..
breaks out my skin.
would i repurchase this product? NO!
My previous maybelline is much better.

I think this is a good product, it removes most of my eye make-up (I don't wear waterproof mascara though) but the Nivea one works just as well and is cheaper. Plus I really dislike the packaging.

This is my staple eye makeup remover. I have never been without a bottle ever since I was 15 years old. It works better than anything I have ever tried before - literally removes EVERYTHING. It is very gentle and non-irritating to my eyes. Love!

A good-value product, effective and gentle in removing waterproof eye makeup. I have used removers from different brands, and so far, this one proves to be the most effective (soak a cotton pad with it and press over your eye makeup area for around 10 seconds), and i have been stocking up on it whenever I can. It is convenient for those who only apply eye makeup and dont want to be bothered with using general makeup removers (like cleansing oil).

A staple in my skin care routine! It's very efficient in removing eye makeup, and seems gentle enough not to irritate my eyes. It can be a bit greasy if you don't wash it out afterwards, but I always wash my face after removing my makeup so it's not a problem for me. It seems to be gone very quickly -- so I have to repurchase quite frequently.

This product works to remove my eye shadow and mascara, but leaves my eyes feeling dry afterward as other posters have said (I will add a little bit of olive and castor oils to combat the dryness to the remover). It would be easy to spill the contents since the opening on the bottle is big - so be careful. I prefer Maybelline's eye makeup remover in the little blue squirt bottle but am not a fan of the cost for such a small amount.

It cleanses the eye make up very well, initially, I was very happy of using this product, however, after sometime, I have discovered the eyes areas are quite dry and I feels the eyes areas very itchy. Will not repurchase.

I have this but not for waterproof makeup. The one i have is just called Gentle Eye Make Remover with Pro Vitamin and is for non-waterproof makeup.
I'm on my third bottle. I have previously used mostly expensive removal products, but in the end it became very expensive so i bought this and must say i am quite satisfied. It removes everything without rubbing and does not irritate my eyes and leaves no oily film. You can add a new make up immediately afterwards.
Now i do not use liquid eyeliner, many coats mascara or lot of eye shadow that might be harder to get away but ordinary everyday make-up takes it away without any problems. The price is very low for such a good product and the packaging is fine, nothing to complain about.

Meh. I didn't think this product was to die for; so surprised with all the high ratings. I found it to be ok - it was gentle enough for a drugstore product, however I still had to swipe repeatedly over eye and lip makeup that wasn't even that hard to remove (aka not waterproof etc). I guess what I mean is, it claims to be some sort of miracle worker that will rid you of all your makeup magically and effortlessly. Well, it won't. Like every average makeup remover, it takes a bit of time, and effort, and the occasional irritation. Personally I've found Baby Oil works better than anything for removing makeup, therefore I'm sticking to it. Wouldn't particularly recommend it to anyone who uses more than a soft eye kohl and gloss.

Cheap and effective. Widely available in pharmacies and supermarkets. Works better than the lancome, estee lauder and clinique eye makeup removers that I have previously tried. Definitely will buy again.

Review of: L'oreal Dermo-Expertise Demaq Eye Make-Up Remover (has 2 phases that are shaken together)
This is very effective and cheap, and rivals the Lancome Bi-facil and other similar double-phase products. Works effectively to remove eye-makeup without much rubbing. Perfect size for travel too. Packaging could be a bit better but doesn't detract from the effective product. Definitely recommended.

I have been using this product for so many years I cannot remember! It is the best makeup remover I have found. I wear waterproof mascara everyday and this remover takes it all off relatively easily. You just have to soak the cotton pad and hold it on to your eye for like 1 minute and it all comes off without rubbing. This remover is never oily, never leaves residue and I feel that it is reasonably priced for a waterproof makeup remover - its around $10 to$12AUD and its usually on sale each week alternating between coles, woolies and priceline so i always pick up backups on the cheap. Go get some!

This is one of the rare products that I have bought countless bottles of because it's so good and well-priced. It removes makeup off perfectly, never stings and leaves skin soft. Plus, I often find it on price promo so I buy them three at a time. It's an excellent product at an excellent price.

I always have one back-up bottle at the back of my cabinet. this is great stuff. non-stinging formula takes off ALL waterproof mascara/eyeliner/cream shadow+ in just one sweep. I would soak a cotton pad with this remover, cover it on my lid for 10 secs, that alone takes off most of the make up already. Fold the cotton into a smaller triangle, use the corner to take off makeup closer to the lashes. However the oil in the product might leave greasy residue your lids, so must use foam cleanser to give it a final rinse in the end.

This is the only makeup remover I use, it takes off the most durable mascara/eyeliner without irritating the skin.
The price is great and it's always on sale, I just with the distributer was different, it's hard to control the amount of product that comes out.

I have gone through what must be a hundred bottles of this over the years. I wear eyeliner and mascara daily, and this gets them off quickly and painlessly. On lazy days sometimes I even run a quick sweep over my cheeks to remove blush and sunscreen/powder etc, before a foaming cleanser and it has never caused breakouts.
A staple product!

Good stuff! Easily removes mascara and cleans lips with ease. This lotion does not sting at all. Another reviewer wrote that she was going through it fast. Well I noticed that too. I'll probably buy again but someone has recommended another brand which I may try next. I'll price them up.
