I love the idea of coloured highlighters but too many either accentuate my pores or turn into a glitter explosion that I have to swap away.
Not the Becca shimmers. I have two in the loose version and I feel that for packaging purposes I should have bought the pressed. But oh well, should I ever run out I'll repurchase in the pressed but I think that is extremely unlikely.
I use to highlight my eyes for bronze/gold looks, or as a facial or body highlighter. Imparts a sheen or a glow. Very flattering even on my skin (which as I get older becomes more and more highlight-phobic).

I use this warm gold to highlight the inner corners of my eyes and it works well on my NC40 skin. I take one lippie off for the packaging, because i always think it's going to spill. I'm thinking of mixing it with moisturizer to use on arms, legs for nights out.

I love, love love this shimmer dust. It is perfection in a jar, I tell you. The gold/beige/nudeish colour brightens and adds shimmer without being OTT, and it blends well with anything else I care to add on my lid. It's definitely an 'eye' product for me, though - I much prefer Becca's Pressed Shimmer Powders for my face. They've got less shimmer, and are so much easier to apply to a large area.
If you are going to buy this product, be aware of two things: one, the pressed version is infinitely superior (in my opinion, anyway) and two, trying to keep this baby upright and clean is a right nightmare. There is no 'puff' with the new, smaller jars - the ones that are tall and narrow & not wide and flat like the old ones, which means that if you don't tape half the sifter and tip them over, the rubbery Becca packaging will retain dust residue that is incredibly hard to get off.
I ticked 'would not rebuy' simply because I'd never use one enough to justify a repeat purchase.
I am NC25 (Studio Fix), C3 (MAC Face & Body), 30 (Chanel), 2 (MUFE Face & Body, winter) & OC02 (Lunasol Intellectual Powder foundation, winter)

LOVE this!! I'm warm-toned (roughly NC25/C3, with brown eyes) and this makes a gorgeous eyeshadow! It's so finely milled that it doesn't crease at all on my deep-set eyes. It's a beautiful warm gold - very nice used on top of blush too. A little goes a long way. I had neglected this for several months, but when I started using it as eyeshadow, that's when I really fell in love with it. It has a faint sheen and blends very, very smoothly.

Great shimmer powder. Goes on a sandy light gold color and can be used on eyes, as a highlighter, on the lips (mixed with gloss) or over blush. My favorite look with it is over Becca Blossom (a carmel nude blush). Easy product to get a lot of use out of. I wear Becca Sand or Nars Mont Blanc for foundation.

This is an amazing product and Odette is an amazing color. Warm gold is the best way to describe it. While Hyawatha is a cooler more yellow gold, Odette is warm. I'm a darker skintone (NC40) and this color is great for adding glow. I wouldn't hesitate to repurchase!

I wouldn't buy this particular color again, as I already have too many goldish powders/shadows/highlighters already, but I'd definitely purchase another loose shimmer powder from this line. I'm highly impressed by the quality of these. They are super finely-milled, soft, and give a beautiful glow to skin. Odette is a pale, warm-toned gold (a tad more peachy than yellow). No teenybopper-ish sparkles here however; the shimmer is nearly indetectible but leaves a warm radiance wherever you apply it. Comes in a cute little sifter jar (though you should keep tape or something over the holes if you travel with this or all the powder will come out). Pricey at around 20 USD, but will last a very long time.

odette is another awesome loose shimmer powder from becca. becca refers to the loose shimmer powders as a "more grown up shimmer" so as not to be glittery or too shimmery. i have 7 of the 8 loose powders and adore every one of them. they give an iridescent glow to the skin and can be dramatic or subtle. they are all extremely versatile. i love to use them as highlighters, but also as shadows or mixed with gloss. in my opinion odette is a soft & beautiful gold, not a yellow or an orange kind of gold, just a gold that tends to lean slightly to the warmer side. i know that's not a great description, but i don't think i could describe it any other way. i will definitely repurchase odette along with all the other colors i have as well.

This makes a really nice higlighter. I am a LLL/FFF and Odette adds a nice sheer golden shimmer to my skintone. I wear it very lightly on my cheekbones and on the bridge of the nose and I have had MA's compliment my glowing skin and ask what I was wearing! Love it.

This a beautiful, versatile nude shimmer that you can wear as a shimmery eye shadow wash or on cheekbones and temples as a highlighter. Really gives you a lovely glowy look. It's the only shimmer powder I think I might buy again.
