Urbay Decay’s liquid liners are fantastic. The brush applicator is extremely fine without being flimsy. The control on this brush is great. This color is an icy light blue with a hint of purple in different light. It takes a few coats to get layer the color but this is a really unique color.

A beautiful blue with a lavender sheen. I got this on eBay for $7 and I am in love. It does take quite a few coats to get the effect that I want, but I do love it! However, I have to knock a point off because it BURNS while it's drying! I mean, OW! But I find if you apply a coat of Cream shadow before applying the liner, it doesn't sting as bad.
