I have had this for a long time, so I am not sure if this is still being sold and I really don't think it is. I know I probably should have thrown it out by now for sanitary reasons, but I haven't because I don't use it that much because I don't wear eyeshadow often at all. Anyway, this is a very good shadow. It's two purple shades and they work very well together and they last all day on me without having to reapply or deal with creasing. I have a love/hate relationship with Rimmel I swear, but this duo I love. I also have other shades of eyeshadow from them and I have no problems with them.

Dissapointing quality....'No Pigment' should be the name for Rimmel e/s.... It's even hard using these as a wash-you have to somehow 'scrape' the e/s and pack it on the lid for a wash- My advice: Use the money you'd spend on Rimmel's e/s to buy the blushes of the line instead...they are so great I can't believe how Rimmel blew it with the e/s...

The shades in this duo are very pretty but the product applies very sheer. If you are looking for pigment true to what you see, i'd suggest looking elsewhere. Works fine for highlights though.

I don't know why this is given such bad reviews. For me it works ok for a low end brand. (But it is definately not as good as my high end ones) It really is not the most pigmented es I have found, but the subtle matte lilac colors is great for work and shows up enough for that. I like the fact that it is not shimmery/glittery or shiny - sometimes I prefer a subtle yet sophisticated look instead of all the glitz and glam, and I don't find it chalky at all. I use a primer first, skip the powder and just layer the colors. Maybe they changed the formula recently?
For reference I'm a MMM.

I did not like this eyeshadow. The purple colours are pretty, but there's little to no pigment when you apply it. I really got frustrated trying to get colour on my lids. The lighter purple is worse than the darker purple, which kinda shows up.

It looked like an appealing violet/lavender combo in the packaging, and I've had luck with other Rimmel items, but regardless of your coloring the quality of this was horrendous. Chalky, no pigment. I couldn't for the life of me get any color to appear.

The duo came with a light purple and a dark purple, but the lighter purple is somewhat chalky and the application of it wasn't too good. I actually liked the darker purple color more, and it seems like it goes on smoother.

The Slow Motion Duo contains a lighter and darker shade of purple with a slight blue shimmer.
This is an absolutely terrible product. Never before have I used an eye shadow that was extremely chalky with little to no pigment. The only way I could get these to show was to either apply them wet, or with a coloured base such as MAC's Paint in Mauvism. It's a shame the quality is so bad, since the colours are so beautiful. These eye shadows make me appreciate my Shu Uemura ones all the more :)
