This is really a post for you suffering from keratosis pilaris. I have found that gently scrubbing and leaving on cetaphil and (for a few minutes) meat tenderizer (which contains either papain or bromelain....aka papaya or pineapple) dramatically helps. The papain/bromelain are known to break down protein and keratin...which is why you have keratosis...too much keratin and skin not shedding (i'm no expert...still learing)....
I then follow up with Bragg ACV and then coconut oil and it's like a new me. I think the tenderizer has A LOT to do with it. Best of luck!

Great scrub at a great price. I didn't love the scent of this one. A disappointingly blah sweet scent. I couldn't pick out the rum notes, or even the vanilla. Just smells "sweet". Works great though, the perfect amount of oil. Comparable to the wonderful NE scubs, although not quite as oily, nor quite as expensive. I'll order again in a different scent. CYS is wonderful!
