Silvana is definitely one of the most underrated NARS blushes. It's a tan color with peachy undertones and a subtle golden sheen. I have medium skin with warm undertones (NC30) and Silvana gives me a gorgeous, sunkissed glow that works with both neutral looks and more dramatic ones. This blush is almost like a 3-in-1 product--it adds warmth to the cheeks, shapes the face, and adds a soft radiance to the skin. The texture is soft and finely-milled, and it blends easily on the skin. Unlike brighter NARS blushes, I apply Silvana with a regular blush brush like the MAC 129 rather than a stippling brush because the color isn't so intense. If you're very fair or have cool undertones in your skin, Silvana might show up as muddy or orange, but if you have warm undertones, definitely give this one a try.

LOVE THIS BLUSH.
I have warm-toned skin and this looks so natural and gorgeous! It might end up looking muddy or dirty on cool-toned skin though.
NARS blushes are all so easy to blend and very high quality although they are quite pricey.

The photo posted here looks very pale toned compared to the real shade. It's a warm copper shade that has a very very subtle sheen. It's matte but not. Kinda hard to explain but I love it. It gives a suntanned glowy look minus any glitter. So gorgeous on warm skin tones.

This blush is like a hidden little NARS gem. You never hear about it though it's so gorgeous and can be worn everyday. It's a beautiful sunkissed peachy caramel brown with a very subtle sheen. It makes me look like I've just been on a tropical vacation and I <3 that. It has 0 red undertones also which I adore. It's very pigmented and a lil bit is all you need.

Beautiful product, just not for me. On my NC20-25 face it just looked "muddy" on my cheeks. May have been able to pull it off as a bronzer, but I already have a bronzer. I could have made it work with the right brushes, blending technique, and using a good highlighter on top, but the end result would have looked like something else I already own that I can just get straight out of the pan!

I'm on the fence about Silvana. I really wanted to try this after I loved deep throat and even more loved sertao. The picture for this up above is so beautiful. It looked like it would be the perfect natural blush on me. I would agree that this is a coral brown color like the reviewer below me says. Sometimes it shows up reddish brown on my skin tone. Also the texture of my blush is sort of hard. Like I really have to get my blush brush in there, maybe I got a bad one? I thought the texture would be smooth, silky, and pigmented just like deep throat and sertao are. Oh well, I will fool around with this some more to get to like it because it cost a lot of money!
Update: Used this today and I must say I'm bumping this up to a 4. It's a beautiful warm coral/brown tanned shade. Definitely looks like a bronzer on not a blush. I do wish the texture was silker. I actually took my eyebrow brush and swept over it a couple times to loosen up the blush. This seemed to work. Also looks nice as an eyeshadow. Gives a very natural bronze look. :)

silvana is a coral brown color. i think it's very similar to another nars blush, sertao. the only 2 differences are silvana is much sheerer and has less shimmer than sertao. in fact the shimmer in silvana is barely noticeable once applied whereas the shimmer in sertao creates a subtle sheen on the skin. all in all, these two are very similar. i will repurchase coz i like how the color shows on my cheeks.

Love this product. It gives a light tan color. I use this product for a more natural everyday look. It has a hint of shimmer, just enough to make your cheeks pop without being too dramatic.

I bought this like 4 years ago.I bought this twice actually. Its a dull orange sheer color which looks great on people with tanned skin. On people with fair skin tones this would look a bit dirty and unnatural. Don't be fooled by the color in the pan. When applied it shows up in a really darker shade.

A pretty, subtle orangey nude color with minimal shimmer. Works great for a natural look or a strong lip or eye. This color is a bit warm, so it might go too orange on cooler skin tones. It would work better with other warmer or neutral toned make up. It is very light, so if you want a more dramatic look, you would have to layer it. Very nice color.

I just switched to Silvana from Ninotchka and after purchasing Luster. I went to the NARS counter and realized the Ninotchka wasn't doing anything to brighten up my face. I already owned Silvana but forgot I had it. I dug it out and compared it to Luster, and discovered that while Luster has a distinctly orange tint (too orange for me). Silvana glows on my skin and looks natural . I'm switching to Silvana now; I find it looks pretty in any light.
UPDATE: I switched to Cargo's Prague blush after deciding this was a little to fake looking. I am keeping it, though, and may use it occasionally.

This is so flattering! It is a peachy bronze that works well on my light-med skin. This is a great blush for the hollow of the cheek with a highlighter swiped above, very contouring. If I ever run out of this, I will definitely repurchase.

One of the quieter NARS blushes, but also my fave. Orgasm made me look like a glittery clown, so the SA recommended this one. This is a very subtle blush that is a cross between peach toned and bronze on me with a slight shimmer. Goes very well with smokey eyes. I generally use it at night; when I drink the slightest amount of alcohol my cheeks flush so pink blushes turn me into insta-clown.

Its my first Nars blush and right after I got it I was chatting with the ladies on the makeup board about how expensive this was - A$25 for a smallish compact. But, they all assured me this will last forever. And because I love it so already (had this for about 24 hours now) that's a great thing. Like most of the other ladies here, I'm about an NC35 in Mac and I was looking initially for a bronzer that will give me a glow, but not a noticeable color on my face. I looked through the bronzers, and eh. Then, I came across this little beauty. Its a peachy tan sort of a color and it brightens up my face without screaming I'm wearing blush! The texture is smooth and finely milled and blends like a dream! I'll report back on lasting power after a few more days of wearing it. Because of the subtly of the color, this could definitely become my everyday blush!

This is the pale orange color with a lot of golden shimmer, I just love it.
It brighthens my face and lasts all day. Sometimes I use it on top of the Madly blush, it's awesome.

I've eyed this for years. Now I wish I'd bought it sooner. What a dream blush for warm-complected skin. A deceptively boring tan in the pan, it applies to my NC30 face as a honeyed caramel-peach that unexpectedly has hints of rose in it. It is gorgeous! Definitely not for cool-toned skins, though, as I imagine it would turn orange on them. This could serve well as a light bronzer for pale girls. I think it will work best on me in the summer but right now I'm wearing it as a light dusting over a pink gel stain and the effect is beautiful. This is definitely one of the most overlooked NARS blushes.

This is the only Nars blush I have right now. I bought Nars sin, but it didn't work for me. Nars silvana is a nice peach color that gives me a sort of tan on my cheeks and really brings out the cheekbones.

Let me start by saying I am not a big fan of NARS blushes. For the most part, I am turned off by the chunky glitter and coarse feel of these powder blushes and the inconsistent pigment (some are OTT; others fade in minutes). Not to mention the colors- so many of which look artifical and ridiculous on women of a certain age (me.) I was looking for a cheaper replacement to my Armani #3 which has now smashed, inexplicably, in its case, on two separate occasions. So I brought the crumbs to the NARS counter and did a comparison and grabbed this as it was the closest match I could find. This is a fabulous blush and seems more finely milled than many of the others I've tried from NARS. I would call this a peachy tan neutral with barely perceptible shimmer. It's right up there with my other NARS faves- Gina and Zen. It is the perfect compliment to a smokey eye and/or a strong lip color, as it adds a bit of color without competing with your other makeup. 2 lippies off packaging because the matte rubber packaging to me is like touching a chalk board or something.

This blush is gorgeous. Shows up as a golden peach. Just beautiful. This is what I wanted MAC Sheertone Peaches to look like on me. Silvana gives me flushed healthy PRETTY glow on my MMM GGG skin. Stunning. If you have even a slight inkling to try NARS blushes--DO IT. There's something about them that will make you look so much more fabulous. Believe the hype! This and Deep Throat are the only blushes I will ever need. Fabulous, gorgeous, beautiful, natural...AMAZING! Run and get a NARS blush now.

I've finally found a peach blush that doesn't turn pink on me! It looks tan in the pan which initially made me think it would look muddy on, but it actually goes on peachy. I like it brushed lightly allover the face to warm up my skin or more heavily on the cheeks-very versatile, I'm glad I gave this one a try!
