I'm a cool, light blonde with light green-gray eyes. Black eyeliner is often overwhelming on me, brown makes my eyes look tired. This lovely silver eye pencil, picked up at an airport counter, however, opens up my eyes and looks so classy and elegant and radiant I hardly can believe it. I've had no problems with its staying power - on me it last all day long (I have dryish skin and live in a moderate / cool climate area). Unlike my Chanel Stylo Yeux in Violine, this doesn't tug (I have to warm them up a bit with a hairdryer before applying).

If you like this and share my coloring, also try Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof in Rose Platinee. It's a light gold color but also looks fantastic.

My eyes are extra sensitive - many eye makeup products (eg, Dior, Maybelline) use a fragrance, preservative or perfume that irritates my eyes. Chanel and Almay are problem-free choices for me.

Great colour, but it doesn't glide easily on my eyelids. It actually hurts me when I apply pressure in order to get some colour pay-off. However, it was one of the first silver grays that was launched by cosmetic companies.

While I do like the color a lot (lovely silver shimmery grey - that's the only reason I am giving it 2 lippies) and the way it glides over skin, I absolutely hate the staying power! It smudges so easily that I don't dare use it for work anymore. A couple of times I ended up looking like a racoon. Not exactly my type of look for the office. Sometimes it'll just disapper by noon as if I never bothered to apply any make up... I didn't expect such crappy quality from such a well-known brand which I mostly have success with. Takes some effort to make it show up too.
No way I am buying it ever again! I let my little son use it up for his drawings :-)

Absolutely lovely. It is classy and goes on smooth just as you would expect. The color is close to just plain gray but with a hint of shimmer. It makes the eyes pop.

Another lovely colour.. this Silver (n. 61) is so luminous and classy, elegant!
I love this liner. It stays all day, does not smudge; it is a brilliant, glittering, classy & lovely colour!
So elegant and very very this season! Worn alone or with eye shadow it’s the eye liner to have. I use it mainly with pale pinks but it has a stunning effect if you use it with a golden eye shadow (the contrast silver/gold is VERY modern and interesting!!)
Try it… you’ll not be disappointed.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet as I'v had it for ages!
I love the colour and texture of this it's so soft and creamy. The colour is a shimmery grey thats wearable day or night. I have to say that it's not got great staying power but as it fades your left with a light shimmer that I quite like. If I ever get through this I will buy again.

This liner is very beautiful. It is a medium dark grey with silver shimmer. Looks nice with my blue eyes. I only wish the staying power could be better. Great smudger in the end of the pencil. UPDATE/ Not using this much... I have to take off one lippie for the bad staying power of this... The colour is great anyway.
