This is a really beautiful blush, so smooth and silky and pigmented... but not sure that the colour palette suits me. I think it would look better on much darker skin. Great product though.

BEST BLUSH EVER!
It is so silky, it makes me glow. It doesn't look at all powdery ever. It is VERY pigmented. I use a skunk brush and just tap it lightly, and that's enough.
The colours are beautiful, the combination of the copper, berry and pink mean that you can match any colour scheme you want (except really cool....)
I said I would buy it again, because I would, if I ever finished it. I've been using it on and off for over a year now and it looks untouched.
I really want Samba and Honey.

Oh, the packaging is so luxurious - this comes in a really high-quality dark grey mirrored compact. I felt like I was opening a Chanel makeup item when this arrived today - I got it on a huge sale on strawberrynet.com. The blushes are pigmented and silky - for once I'd like them to be less pigmented because they are veeeeery dark and I am very fair. I will be using this with a stippling brush and a light hand to make this work for me in any way. This is a fantastic product - would look absolutely stunning on olive skintone and on dark skintones. Highly recommend this for darker skintones. youtube.com/user/MakeupByKasiaD

I just got this palette this morning. I ordered it from strawberrynet two days ago. I was so looking forward to trying it out. The packaging is pretty and chic and there is a lot of product in there. :D

I used the middle colour on my cheeks and the golden colour on the right as highlights. It's gorgeous!!! I can't keep checking out myself in the mirror. lol

Absolutely Beautiful! :D

Age: 36-43   Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Warm   Hair: Black, Straight, Medium   Eyes: Brown

Left shade: dusty wine/maroon, deep but not too vibrant, with a matte finish

Middle shade: pink-toned rosy berry, satin finish

Right shade: golden caramel bronze, shimmery

Colors - Three rich and daunting shades! Well pigmented; very soft, silky texture. Usually I wear either the left or middle shade as blush, plus a dash of the right shade as bronzer/highlighter. Works fine with my AAB/NC25 coloring and yellow undertones, though I have to apply with a light hand :)

Comparisons - The left shade reminds me of BB powder blush in Currant or Cranberry. The middle shade is like an even blend of NARS Crazed and Mounia, and with less shimmer. The right shade is similar to the middle shade in Chic Palette in Honey, but the one in Brandy Wine is bolder and more vibrant and with less coral/peach undertones; also more shimmery, more golden, and less tan compared to NARS Laguna.

Packaging - Palette with three rectangular pans in a line and full-length interior mirror. Sturdy construction with squared corners. Blush pans are generously sized. My only gripe about the construction is that the lid is not secured - there is not a lock or clasp or magnet to keep it closed. Looks great on the vanity but this palette has to stay at home.

Overall - Not for the faint of heart! Colors are bold in the pan yet surprisingly easy to work with.

Perfect. I've always been very into wine colored blushes, but somehow, I fall in and out of love with every single one I've found. My previous favourite was Shu Uemura's P Wine 25, but somehow, doesn't look too flattering on me after some time....

I bought SB Chic Palette in POSH some time ago, and was dying to collect all of them, but was shocked to realised that almost none was left in the market, except for Sundance and Brandywine.

I wanted Sundance to work at first, but in the end, just couldn't convince myself to buy 2 choco shades and one yellow shade. I thought Brandywine might be too dark for me, but once I saw a pic of it, I just had to get it. Didn't matter that I didn't even have the chance to try it on. Just the pictures showing 2 gorgeous wine shade was enough to fork out USD45 for it.

And boy was I glad that I finally bought it! There are 2 shades of wine, one that's more matt red, (think NARS Dolce Vita) the other more shimmery wine/fushia pink, and the last one is a golden shimmer bronze. They're all very pigmented, and semi-dark, so if you're fair, stay clear. But if you're fair to medium like me, this would look GORGEOUS ON YOU. Especially if you're a little yellow, asian yellow, or tan, like me :)

I've been using it for quite some time already, and every single time, I can't take my eyes off my beautiful wine bronzy cheeks. This is truely my HG wine blush.

This was the second SB blush set I purchased after Posh- and I must say, it is one of my favorites....I love the quality of these blush palettes. YOu get a ton of product for a reasonable price- can't argue with that!

The colors in this palette are pretty deep. I'm a MAC NC15/NC20 and was a little fearful that these would look bruisy or clownish but to my great delight, they are utterly gorgeous. I mostly use the middle and right colors (demipearl maroon and the shimmer copper) together, either using my Stila dual-ended brush brush or a small skunk brush from Aromaleigh. The result is a fresh and pretty glow, like after a brisk walk on a crisp Fall afternoon. It is currently my everyday blush and I won't leave the house without it.

Interestingly, I just swatched the 3 shades on my wrist and the left-hand color, which looks to be deeper than the middle shade in the pan, actually swatches lighter/brighter than the middle shade. Just saying.

I also have the Posh palette and loved it dearly for a long time. I find it a bit too bright pink for me these days, but it's still gorgeous in its own right. Now if only I could get my hands on Samba...

With two shimmery maroon blushes and a shimmery coppery gold, Scott Barnes Brandy Wine Chic palette foretells a Clown City FOTD. I could not be more impressed by this palette, though! The two maroon blushes are actually blue-toned enough that you don't look feverish. Instead, when you apply the two maroon shades (deep one to "contour"- use sparingly, one to use on applies) AND you add the coppery gold, the result is a glorious plum glow. I've been suckered into so-called plum blushes that are actually a deep, chalky pink. Brandy Wine Chic delivers with superior color and silky formulation. I am a MAC C3. If you are a deeper-toned woman who is not afraid of color, WOW, this palette will rock. I think sk_london2003 has pics of her wearing it and she looks fab.

I bought this palette because a) I bought Venus and loved it and b) the colors looked like they would match my favorite lipgloss (Chanel Glossimer in Force) perfectly. Well, I was right. What I wasn't expecting was that this would become my favorite natural looking blush. Granted, it's very pigmented, but if you apply with a light hand and a skunk brush it literally gives you the most natural looking glow. On my cool-toned, olive skin, Venus and Samba (both of which I adore) can both look a tad artificial, depending on the light. Brandy Wine never does. It matches my Bobbi Brown Cherry tint perfectly. Now that I have Venus, Samba and Brandy Wine (and love them all - seriously these are the best blushes EVER!) I want Sundance...

I just love the quality of the SB blush palettes. Richly pigmented, last all day long, gorgeous colors. Brandywine has three really dark shades but they look great on my NC30 skin tone. You get a shimmery copper, a burgandy and a cool mauvey burgandy. THey look so scary in the pan but actually give a windswept/cold weather rosy cheek. Its surprisingly natural looking. Just use a little though cause this is pigmented. Retails for $44 and i would purchase this again.

I love this blush...it's beautiful for a winter-time like flushed look, it makes me look as if I just walked in from a walk in the brisk fluffy snow. For a reference I'm a MAC NC 25/ScB Beyond Beige with freckles, black-brown eyes & hair.

Gorgeous colors that I won't go into descibing since they have already been described quite well. I am an LLL and this is just so stunning for evening, especially in the winter. A beautiful burgundy color with a golden shimmer...I run my brush over all three colors to get a blend of all of them but you can also use separately to sculpt if you like. As with all the chic palettes, I must use a skunk brush or I look like a clown. These blushes are highly pigmented and last all day long. Beautiful!
