I have this palette in the mini size for some months now and really like it!
-sleek cute palette, great for travelling imo
-nice smell like cinnamon?
-dont really use the lipglosses often but the lighter one is pretty!
-the eyeshadows (a darker brown with a little red undertone and gold sparkles and a goldy champagne shimmer shade) are very pigmented and blend perfect!
-the bronzer has gold sparkles too but you can blow them from the brush and dont see them on skin. its actually a wonderful bronzer shade! no orange. nice slightly goldish brown. i love it!
bought mine cheap on ebay, and would def repurchase.

This is such a beautiful palette. It has a beautiful champagne eyeshadwo and a beautiful dark purple eyeshadow as well. Both creat a natural eye. Two gorgeous lip glosses. Pale white and a beautiful pale peachy pink gloss. Love the peachy pink one. Great shine and moisturizing and pigmented. Last, a beautiful bronzer. All high quality products by Too Faced for a good price. Wonderful!

This palette is really great. I bought it on ebay for 10 bucks so it was dirt cheap for two eyeshadows, two glosses and a blush plus the packaging looks like a pulp novel. The two eyeshadows are a nude slightly shimmery color and the other is a deep brown with golden flecks in it. The pigmentation of these eyeshadows are great and the colors are perfect for everyday. The lipglosses are both frosty without being overly pigmented. One is a pale pink while the other is a frosty white shimmery gloss. I like to put the pink all over my lips and dot on the frosty white gloss in the middle. The gloss is nonsticky and long lasting. I don't know why people give the too faced glosses a bad wrap. I think they are pretty decent for the price. The best part of the palette is the blush which is bronze-y type of color and gives your cheeks and good health flush. Definitely convienient and great for everyday use.

I got this from Ebay, so it was pretty cheap. Anyhoo, I can't say enough good things about this palette! At first, the blush scared me because it looked so dark, but I just use a little and it warms my entire face. The eyeshadows are gorgeous and the lip glosses look good alone or over one of my MAC lipsticks! I will definitely repurchase!

I got the mini version of this cheap on Ebay, so I had no ideas what the colours would be like. The blush scared me a bit as it's quite brown and I tend to go with pinky shades, but I'm glad I tried it as it gives me cheekbones I never knew I had! The shadows are really wearable and make my eyes really pop without looking overly madup and the consistency is lovely and buttery. The lighter gloss is quite a pale shimmery champagne shade that works nicely over a lippy to give it a bit more oomph.

I'm glad that I have the honor to review my favourite palette! The Starlette is the "Naughty Neutral Collection" - its neutral b/c you can use it during the day, but definitely won't make you look neutral (hence the Naughty)!. The eyeshadows go on really well and accentuate my brown eyes, and the blush, OMG, best Quickie one - a bronzer that goes on extremely well, works better than some of my MAC ones! Good luck in trying to find it - as its the first one, its pretty difficult to find, esp the big one.

I got the full-size of this during the last TF sale, and I LOVE it! I never tried a Chronicle before so was skeptical, as I am with all palettes since there's usually something I won't use, but not with this one :) It's a superb set of neutrals and I've been wearing it almost every day since I got it. The eyeshadows look nice applied both wet and dry; wet gives a more dramatic look, dry is more subtle. The eyeshadows last well even on those days I forget to use an eye base and they don't crease- amazing. The blush is really more of a bronzer for me, but has lovely shimmer, not glittery or OTT. The lipsticks are great; no real scent or taste that I can discern, good pigment and lovely colors. They also don't dry out my lips like most l/s do. Overall a great neutral palette that I can see myself using regularly and one I would buy again even at full price.

I LOVE this palette. This, the Summer Lover, and The Plaything of Passion are my faves! This has such great nuetrals! The eye shadows are Great and compliment each other well. I LOVE the glosses. My favorite thing about the palette! The peach shade is heavenly. I'm not too crazy about the blush though. Its a bit dark, but it works pretty well as a bronzer. All in all I'm very pleased with it!***UPDATE*** I just got the full sized palette during their sale and LOVE it! Grab if you still can!

This was the first Chronicle I bought. I love the packaging (I only wish they'd used something more durable than cardboard) and all the colors are pretty. The blush makes a perfect bronzer for me and the eyeshadows are very pretty, especially for a palette. I don't really use the brushes or the lipglosses (like those in most palettes they ALL show up shimmery-clear) but they're fine in a pinch. The rest of the palette is definitely worth the weaker points.

i love this! there's two shadows, two glosses, and a blush. of the two shadows, one is a light beige-y color that's soft and neutral but not at all boring. it's great dusted across browbones. the second is a brownish-plum with goldish shimmer...very pretty, it doesn't look like i got socked in the eye or anything. the quality of these shadows are the best i've tried, soft and highly pigmented. the first gloss is a peachy-pink with gold shimmer, and the second is a very light sort nude-beigey shimmer, which is best applied in the center of the mouth for maximum fullness. the blush is really a bronzer that i'm too timid to try since i'm not a fan of bronzers. but i tried it on my hand and it's gold, not at all orange or muddy. great palette!!!

This is the cutest little thing!! I really like the colors & the fact that it's so small. It's great because you can stick it in the smallest purse & you have everything right there with you at all times. The colors are neutral & perfect for daytime or an evening out to dinner. The quality was nice as well, I expected it to be on the cheaper side in the quality department but it wasn't. The shadow was amazing & went on perfectly.

The vintage pulp fiction illustrations drew me to these small palettes. Starlette was a terrible choice for me as I don't look well in brown tones. I use the bronzer as eye shadow. It is slightly sparkly which gives it a subtle glow. The dark brown eyeshadow is too dark for me. I use it as liner or mix it with the lighter shadow. To prevent the powders from mixing with the glosses I kept the thin plastic cover over the pans. It quickly ripped loose from the magnets which keep the cover closed. I put it on the inside of the cover while I am applying the products and replace it over them when I'm done. There is no mirror in this palette which resembles a tiny book. It contains no applicators but I use my fingers when I'm away from home and my regular brushes in the morning.

I love this palette! In fact I got a mini just to tote with me in my bag! The colors are so easy to work with and the colors are so easy to apply! This is a neutral palette and the colors are easily light or with a little more application can be a bit dramatic. Its a day and night makeup palette in one. Such a worthwhile purchase for me and I love the packaging too!

I LOVE this palette! The colors are so pretty on me. I don't like the lighter lip gloss, but I LOVE the darker one (I wish I could find it in a tube!). The eye shadow or the bronzer, not sure which, has a chocolatey smell to it, which is so nice!

I'm a pale girl, and the bronzer doesn't look bad on me at all or make me look dirty as previous posters have mentioned. The eye shadows, however, tend to drop a lot of powder around my eyes, so I have to be careful to get the darker color off my face before it settles into the creases below my eyes, or else it makes me look like I've got two black eyes!

Packaging quality got a "2" because the bronzer and eye shadows are so powdery and close the glosses that powder gets all over my glosses. Icky!

I couldn't resist the cute packaging and relatively good price so I got two of these in the mini version. This one and "The Cupcake". "The Starlette" has two eyeshadows (a matte dark brown and a shimmery taupey beige), two lipglosses (a medium, neutral pink with gold frost and a frosty beige pearl) and a bronzer (a mostly matte and medium-toned brown without that's not too orange or red or gold). The eyeshadows are silky, though not as pigmented as they could be and are too powdery so that they "fall" easily and it's possible to blend them into oblivion. The bronzer is pretty good, having very subtle shimmer and a good texture, but has to be applied with a light hand to prevent it from looking dirty on me--PPP/AAB. I did not like the lipglosses. They were both too frosty/pearly on me and ended up making my (medium pigmented) lips look whitish and making the little grooves/lines more apparent. I wish the pink one were not so frosty because one pearly gloss might be good as a bottom-lip highlighter. Oh well. Overall, it's a nice, basic kit, but since I already have neutral shadows I like better, don't care for the glosses and don't really use bronzer on a daily basis, I would not repurchase.

I couldn't resist these palettes they are too cute! I bought two at the same time, this one and "The Sweet Tarte." I love the packaging the most; this one is especially portable. It's small and sleek and can fit in the smallest evening purse or clutch and it contains 2 eyeshadows in a creamy gold and a plummy shimmery brown, 2 lipglosses in a very light nude and a shimmery peachy pink, and 1 golden bronzer. I was impressed with the overall quality of the products, especially the eyeshadows and the bronzer. The bronzer is a lot on the shimmery side as are the eyeshadows and the colors coordinate beautifully. I would use each and every color in this palette and I'm in love with the packaging, plus it was only $15!

Love all the Quickie Chronicles, they are great. Very compact, great coordinating colors, small enough for even the smallest bag. Can't wait to see what other sets they come up with!

I am very impressed with this palette! The colours are absolutely amazing (light Asian skin) and the texture of the lip glosses are great! I don't usually wear lip stuff - only lip balm - but it's not goopy. The eyeshadow colours are perfect for work...professional and subtle!Overall very happy with this purchase!

I recently bought the Starlette (naughty neutrals) palette, and I love it. I have fair skin and red hair, so these colors show up really well on my skin. I love the shadows. They really complement one another, and don't seem to crease which is another plus.

I love the consistency of the lip colors, and the packaging is cute and highly portable. The blush, which is more on a light bronze side is slightly shimmery, which works nice for evening. However, I'm still not sure if I like the color on me. I think a little goes a long way, so I would recommend to start lightly and work your way up to your desired intensity.

All and all, quite happy with the palette. It's a really good price for a palette, and it seems it will last quite a while. I'd definitely buy this again.
