I believe Wetslicks Crystals have been discontinued...I don't seem to see them anymore, but I always buy some if I find them. This is by no means a perfect gloss, but I rather love them. I've had many of the colors and have actually used up whole tubes (which practically never happens with me). I like the smooth texture, and it isn't sticky at all. Even though the glitter feels noticeable when rubbing my lips together, it isn't super gritty or "sandy" feeling. Some of the colors I have/had are Crush (medium candy pink), Pink Quartz (peachy pink with pearly finish), Sunset Twinkle (sheer pale peach), Moonbeams (opal-like pearl), and Icicle (sheer frosty pearl). They are mostly sheer with a tint of color, easy to swipe on anytime, anywhere without needing a mirror. They also add a nice shimmery depth to lipsticks but are cute on their own too. The regular Wetslicks line is great as well, but I rather like the glittery look of the Crystal shades. They are affordable, the tubes are attractively simple, and I like that the caps snap into place when twisting them back on. The gloss lasts a decent amount of time on lips, and they also leave my lips feeling soft and moisturized as if I were wearing a glossy lip balm. They are pretty glossy but not too over-the-top shiny. And, I really just love the yummy, soft vanilla cake scent these glosses have too! A lot of women probably don't like the noticeable glitter these have but I think they're cute and fun.

I don't care what anyone says this lipgloss gives you tons of bang for your buck. Sure, the packaging is light and almost makes it feel very cheap (which it kinda is!) But for me, nothing will ever beat the beauty of the color Peaches n' Gleam. Absolutely love it have been buying it for years now. Its shimmery but not too overbearing - definitely dooable interchangeably for day and night. It's not sticky and all and I've never really paid attention to staying power but if you want a lipgloss to last a long time - dont get a lipgloss! Even Buxom (which I also love) doesn't stay long! I really love this I can't complain for the beauty and the price!

Yes, it's shimmery; but, it's not a bad shimmer. I've seen far worse in department store lip glosses with too much shimmer. I have this in several colors: Sassy, Sizzle, and Hottie. The only peeve is it's short lasting power. However, that can be remedied by using a lip liner.

I bought this product thinking it was the new CG Mint lipgloss, but i grabbed the wrong one. Oh well... anyways i am plesantly suprized with this gloss.
It isnt too glossy, not too shiny, its just subtle. I kinda like more shiny ones but this is ok. I LOVE LOVE LOVE how moisturizing it is though. Its better than some chap sticks! Seriously! And a huge color selection, for under 5 bucks its a steal and i will repurchase!
PS- It tastes like cake batter too :) yummy!

I have this in crush. It's beautiful on! It's creamy and light. Lasts a long time. I like it a lot. Now it's a bit too shimery for my tastes but it's not bad. I love this product and will be buying it again

I love this lipgloss! I have it in Icicle - a white-ish cream color with sparkles. There are quite a lot of sparkles which i don't mind. The texture is nice and moisturising and long lasting! I also love the soft vanilla scent ^^ Theres nothing bad that i cant say about this gloss :)

The Crystals type come in so many pretty colors but I won't buy anymore because they have too much sparkle. When you wipe them off you get sparkles on the skin around you mouth even though the color is now gone. I found the sparkle to be too much for me but I'm in my 30's and don't think super shiny l/g is age appropriate. I do enjoy l/g but not the kind that blind people if the sun hits your lips. I find these to be less sticky than most l/g. Retails for $5.99 USD in drugstores. The colors are also fun to blend with one another.

I bought this in "Bling" when it was on clearance at the local grocery store. I was looking for a gloss to go over the top of a lipstick/dark stain, and didn't want a flat clear gloss. This particular color doesn't have a lot of pigment, but has lots of shine and sparkle, and I didn't fine the sparkle to be overly glittery or juvenile. Lovely scent and texture, although I don't think it has much staying power. But it is a gloss. I do like this a lot and would re-purchase if CG keeps making it.

I don't know why I purchased this product in the first place--WAY too sparkly, not only for this 37 year old but probably for my younger makeup-loving brethren as well. Disco, anyone? Although I chose a lovely pinky/rosy shade that looks like the best natural lipcolor, only darker and better, this stuff looked terrible! It's SUPER shiny, and it almost felt, despite the thickness of the gloss, gritty or sandy on the lips. The gloss itself is very thick and rather sticky, and it was almost opaque. It does seem to last longer than the average gloss, but, what with all the sparkle and plasticky appearance/feel, why bother?? I'm still loyal to my Lipslicks!

I hope this isn't discontinued, I finally purchased it at a local grocery store in the discount section for 99 cents and I love it, great sparkly look, but not too much. I can hardly read the tiny label but I think the color is Mauvey Rox or Mauvey Rock - #50.
It stays on as well as most lipglosses, and I'd love to try more colors.
Edited to say that I reviewed the wrong gloss here... the one I have is Wet Shine Diamonds Liquid...sorry!

This lip gloss is pretty good, nothing amazing though. I bought it in Candy Bonbon and i like the color, but i don't think it lasts that long. Its not to sticky though like a lot of lip glosses. It is really sparkly too and when i kiss my boyfriend with this gloss on he usually gets some on his lips. I pretty happy with it though, especially with the price i paid.

Wetslicks is the greatest gloss! I love "Crush" which I use on top of my lipstick. The texture is great, it's not sticky and goopy, and it smells nice.

i have this in hottie, which is a bright fuschia pink with sparkles. the color is really cute, but the texture is gritty and this lipgloss just does not stay in place! within minutes the gloss had faded, leaving behind just a ring of color outlining my lips. i wouldnt buy this again for that reason.

I'm on the fence...
too sparkly but great consistency. I have it in bling - which looks great on top of just about any colour of lipstick i have (it's a beige/silvery/pinkish colour that's fairly transluscent) however the stupid application wand is so prohibitive - barely any gloss comes out. I wish it would come in a squeeze tube instead, like maybelline's shinylicious.
Would i buy it again - no. For all you girls who kiss boys with these lipglosses on, beware. Unlike other sparkly lipglosses that have shimmer in them, this lipgloss has real, legitimate, LARGE sparkles which tend to get everywhere when in a passionate embrace and they're even harder to remove.
But for the price i paid, i'm not all that upset - covergirl is good for that i guess - trying stuff out and, if you hate it, the low price makes that pain a little easier to bear.
If you like super sparkly, but not necessarily glossy lips, this is the product for you.

This stuff is okay... not great, though. If you're going for more of "the super sparkly lipstick with a hint of color" thing, than this is the stuff for you. I really like it in that sense, but if I'm thinking of it as a lip gloss (which I am) than it's just okay.

i bought the spring collection shade, Sunset Twinkle. its a non-colored lipgloss with prominent golden specks in it. very pretty, non-gritty, and smells like vanilla candy. the only downside was that the staying power isnt great, and it bleeds a bit over the lipline after an hour or so( have to look carefully to spot it though)
this also leaves specks of glitter on your lips after you wipe it off, which is hard to get off w/o a remover.
overall a very unique glitter gloss, i love it

I've tried this version of the Wetslicks glosses (which I do like) in "Honey" and "The One". Both are pretty colors (very warm gold and silvery plummy mauve) and make my lips look very shiny in an eye-catching, nearly-metallic, but not-quite way. Unfortunately, this gloss has a very thin, slick texture + loads of chunky silver glitter. I actually wouldn't mind the glitter so much if the texture were thicker and sticky, so that the gloss would last longer. But since these glosses tend to wear off very quickly (within the hour), one is left with colorless lips speckled with glitter, which will migrate to other parts of the face. I like the packaging (except the hard tube makes it difficult to get the last dregs of gloss) and the light vanilla scent very much. But I cannot deal with the glitter! So no more Wetslicks Crystals for me.

I purchased this in the shade of "the one" during a bonus gift time and received 2 of these glosses. While the shade is pretty, it is a bit sparkly for me. The gloss did not last very long and the sparkles remained...and seemed to be all over my face by the end of the night. I did not think that it applied very evenly and the scent was yucky! I'm not sure if this tube had gone bad or what...sadly, I would not recommend this item. I plan to toss the opened tube and swap away the unused one...
