Love this. I honestly cannot comment on the smell because I am a huge fan of Karma scent. It's a really subjective thing, so obviously if you don't care for the smell of the Karma line, I would never recommend this to you.
I think it moisturizes my body skin very well, and I haven't noticed any "stickiness" effect that was mentioned by many previous reviewers. On my body, it sinks in well, smells divine, and feels gorgeous. Both the smell and the softness of my body skin last and last.
Sadly there are two kinds of parabens in this thing, and the price, well, I wouldn't call it expensive, but it's not exactly cheap either. I can see myself buying this again when I am done with my tube, or maybe try out other body lotions from Lush. The person who gets closest to my body loves this on me as well, so, another bonus.

This is one of my most favourite scents! it is so unique it is Patchuli, Lemon grass with Orange and pine which mixes together to create a really herbal earthy fragrance which i love! i have the lotion, shampoo, and the soap and love each and everyone of it i layer them and use them together smells very unique which i like because it is differen't! this is like a regular lotion sinks in pretty fast leaves my skin feeling soft it's nice the lotion is also kind of on the strong side i don't mind though because the smell is nice GO KARMA!

When I first tried (and smelled) this body lotion, I was convinced that this would become an all-time favorite. And for the first half hour I really liked it. The lotion smelled very fresh and sweet, like oranges. It was a strong scent, but so delicious that I didn't mind. After a while, though, it started smelling soapy. Not very pleasant. It even started to annoy me a bit...
I also noticed that the lotion didn't get absorbed easily, and that it left my skin feeling quite sticky. It didn't bother me thàt much, but I've never had that with other Lush body lotions.
I won't be buying this again.

One rating off for the stickiness.
However it leaves my skin gleaming. Then again it's a bit heavy for summer when it's the only time my legs are bare.
It hydrates very well and leaves my skin soft and .. sticky.
I will buy again because I like the scent of the lotion and the perfume itself but only for autumn/winter. It really is too heavy for hot and humid summers.

I love the scent of this product--I'm a fan of the Karma fragrance, but the perfume is a little overpowering (at least for work), and for whatever reason the lotion comes across as a little more subtle. However, I do wish this were a heavier and more moisturizing lotion. I like a fairly rich body cream and this doesn't quite do it. It's great if you live somewhere warm/in the summer, but it's proving to be not enough for my skin as the weather cools off. I'd definitely repurchase if I were looking for a light body moisturizer however.

So you love Lush's Karma, but everyone around you hates it, and you don't plan on forsaking society and living as a nomad so as not to offend such sensitive souls. What to do? Enter Karma Kream, a body lotion that forfeits the nostril-searing medicinal punch of the perfume but retains the overall character. For those unfamiliar, Karma is essentially sweet orange jazzed up by patchouli, lavender, pine, and lemongrass. The lavender and pine lend a soapy, outdoorsy freshness to the sweet/earthy interplay of the patchouli and orange. The contrast between the orange-creamsicle top and the forest-floor base gives Karma a compelling yin/yang quality, similar to the patchouli and cotton candy tug-of-war in Thierry Mugler's Angel.
There are subtle but barely perceptible variations in the scent between all of Karma's forms - liquid perfume, solid perfume, cream, soap, shampoo, etc. Karma Kream strikes me as a hair sweeter and more vanillic than the liquid, with slightly more perceptible lavender, but I'm splitting hairs. The lotion is strongly scented, as it should be, but not obnoxiously so, and in fact is probably the most approachable form of Karma for those wary of its love-it-or-hate-it reputation. And fans of the perfume will have an obvious use for the Kream - it offers all the sprightly, quirky character of the liquid while keeping the sillage low and the more strident notes in check. And, hey, it moisturizes well, too.

This is the first lotion I've tried from LUSH and I was skeptical because of the price, but my oh my how I love the scent! It's unlike any other perfume or lotion I've tried. To me, it smells like a combination of citrus and incense (read other reviews for a better description!). Initially, I probably wouldn't have thought of repurchasing due to the price and since I prefer a lotion that moisturizes better, but I am seriously addicted to the scent. I no longer use it on my body since like I said, it's not very moisturizing on me, so instead I keep it at my desk as hand creme.

i was going to give karma kream a 3 but i am a fan of the karma smell, so i gave it a 4. in reality, if you like either citrus-y, or earthy/musky smells, you will probably like the smell of karma kream. but honestly it smells a lot more citrus-y than the traditional lush karma smell. it's expensive, but it does moisturize. it has a GREAT consistency that you can feel on your skin hours after you rub it in but once you rub it in on your skin you can feel it but you dont notice it. that sounds confusing but once you put it on you feel like you can instantly put on clothes, go about your day, etc.
i am also a fan of the jar pot. it gives you access to ALL of the product once you reach the bottom (which you want, because it is kind of expensive).
and once you are done with the jar, i know if you have four black pots you can bring it in and get a fresh face mask. my one con though of karma kream is that i used it once two twice every day and i was done with it in less than a month. you DO use a lot of it in comparison to sympathy for the skin. but the fragrance is soooo good!

I hate to rain on the parade but I hate this stuff! I am a die hard Lushy and love most of their products but this one is just a little over powering for me. My friend teases me about my love of anything "spice" but this is just too much for my nostrils. I absolutely love the way my skin feels and I figured I would layer my regular perfume over this to mask the patchouli but it doesn't help at all. Back to Lush this will go:(

I used to like this, but have had to toss it. It used to smell more herbal than patchouli on me, but it's gone the opposite in the last year. The Karma spray perfume, soap, etc is way too strong on me, so KK was the last hope I had to wear it. Poop!

I heart my karma kream. I've bought sooo many tubs of it over the years, I've lost count. I always get compliments when I wear it, and especially when I'm hugging someone :).
My only beef would be that it's not the most hydrating lotion in the world; don't get me wrong, it does the job, but it's not over the top hydrating is all.
The scent though is so lovely and funky which is why I keep buying it over and over again. I've bought the karma scents (the lil solid perfume tin and the solid stick) and I feel like the lotion smells better on my skin than the perfume.

i tried this on at a lush shop (i was in there to pick up another pot of the fabulous mask of magnaminty) after the lovely friendly SA recommended it to me and i tried a little on my hand. admittedly i didnt really like it, ive never really been into woody-oriental smells but for the rest of the day, i literally couldnt stop smelling my hand! i kept thinking it reminded me of something and it was bugging me trying to figure out, until i realised that it smells exactly like my bottle of coco mademoiselle by chanel (i bet coco chanel herself is rolling in her grave at the comparison). it is a very polarising scent, you will either love it to bits and declare it your signature scent or you will absolutely hate it (ive heard one girl describe the smell as 'dirt and oranges'). i actually bought this today and even the girl at the counter was like 'oh... so you like karma? i personally cant stand it' lol! there really isnt any other smell like this, i dont get any 'hippy' smell or 'dirt and oranges' smell, i get a lovely almost incense-like scent and i dont mind that i look like a weirdo for always smelling my hand because of this cream. i think the people for whom this cream works well with are very lucky because this really is a gem :) will buy over and over again!

I dont' think the scent of this cream is as strong and heavy as the Karma soap. That's probably due to the fact that the Karma Kream has some other aspects to it as well. Another reviewer noted that there might be some Vanilla in it and less pachouli. I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to scents but that could very well be the case.
Anyway, it's a pleasant scent but still a bit too overpowering and obtrusive as far as I'm concerned. I love Lush but the Karma line is not for me.

Holy. Cow. This smells absolutely DIVINE. Lush lists the featured ingredient as orange oil, and boy, this is citrusy, spicy heaven in a jar. It is a really strong smell and some don't like it, but for those that do, this is a great way to soak up some of the scent. The lotion itself isn't anything too special besides the scent, but I'm such a Karma junkie that I love the stuff (and all things Karma!)! Not crazy about the tub, but what can you do? It's worth it :)

Another top product from Lush, the smell is divine, (see my review for Karma perfume) and it feels beautifully soft on my skin and leaves my nails super shiny when I use it on my hands. It does leave a bit of greasyish reside, but that's the almond oil and cocoa butter.
I've had to remove one lippie because it does contain parabens - slap on the lush wrists - which are not good for the body.

The product is super moisturizing and the scent last forever. You can wash and wash and your skin will still smell of Karma. This is my problem. I hate the smell of Karma. Karma reminds me of citrus, musky incense and a head shop. Anyways, I hate it but if your into those sorts of scents this is perfect.

I love LUSH and the quality of their products. I got a few sample jars of LUSH's lotions and this was my least favorite of the bunch. Its moisturizing ability is fine, but the smell completely deters me from using it. It smells cheap and plastic like in my opinion. It's smell is just not for me. It still is a great lotion though and for people that like the smell, the quality of the product is great.

This cream ROCKS! Karma Kream smells DELICIOUS and I adore how you open the pot and it is sitting there in all its creamy goodness, waiting for you to plunge into it headfirst! There is something deliriously sensual about having a smooth, untouched pot of moisturizer (kinda like a virgin jar of peanut butter!).
This is a rich, smooth, sinful and fragrant cream that is destined to give you the softest skin imaginable (without the grease). The scent is lovely - citrus cream with patchouli - and could be used as your only fragrance on days where you don't want to overdo your perfume.
All in all I love this product - enjoy layering after a bath with Karma bubble bar/soap then a poof of Karma powder and a spritz of Karma fragrance. Can you tell I'm a Karma addict?!?!?!

I love this body lotion. It feels nice and light on my skin and leaves a healthy sheen. Kinda hard to explain but looks like you were born with this healthy sheen. The scent is very fresh-smelling and citrusy. The patchouli scent is not overpowering and is a nice balance with the other citrus notes. Scent lingers. One of my fave LUSH lotions. A definite repurchase.

Oooooh I like it. Leaves my skin glowy and smelling of the lovely patchouli/citrus earthy fragrance. Everyone commented on how lovely I smelt!!
It sinks into your skin easily, it isn't greasy but at the same time its really moisturising- my sometimes scaly legs look lovely now. My hands are a bit greasy afterwards though, thats why I took off one lippy :) I definitely recommend this product!!!
