I love the smell of eggnog and in the bottle this smells just like egg nog. In the shower, however, it smells synthetic. It had a very creamy lather though so I am going to look for a similar Philosphy product in a different scent.

I finally found this it was sold out everywhere this is spot on Eggnog, pure and rich smelling with all the spices blended in.
If you like Eggnog you will love this. It smells like homemade fresh eggnog sans alcohol. It lathers nicely, a little does a nice job of lathering up well with plenty of suds. This is a high quality gel. A+

This has an outstanding, true-eggnog scent and a great, rich lather (though as a shampoo it's all but useless). The packaging of the 3-in-1's is great in my opinion as well, so it makes for a nice gift. The only reason I've deducted a lippy is because I'm trying to filter out products with toxic ingredients as much as possible, and this contains a few I wish they'd replace.

This one definitely smells like eggnog. It's great for all year round because I love eggnog and it's not around all year so it reminds me of it. I wouldn't recommend it as a shampoo though because it really dried out my hair... and if I used conditioner after I used it as a shampoo, the smell would be gone from my hair anyway... So this is only good as a shower gel.

I will admit that this does smell on point with eggnog. You even get a slight twinge of alcohol. I guess if you love eggnog, then you will love this. For me, no thanks.

This does indeed smell like eggnog, but it's a very soft smell. I'd like this better if the scent was more intense. I have to sniff the gel straight from the bottle or straight from the washcloth (like 2 millimeters from it) in order to smell anything. I don't know if it's because the bottle I have is a year old, though. I might try this again in a fresh bottle if they brought it back this year.

This is a great Holiday scent. It really smell like eggnog which I love, but this soes not have all the calories the the real thing has!! My children love it too!!!!!

this smells like no eggnog I would want to drink. to my nose, it has a kind of gift-shoppy smell, kinda cheap and sleazy- a bit spicey of nutmeg. doesnt leave that smell on the skin afterwards though, and does an adequate job of cleaning.

This is a fun body wash. I love the smell. Only caveat, like all philosophy body washes, they don't maintain their scent once you get out of the shower.

Meh! I love eggnog and have been looking for a great eggnog scent and this is nice, but not great. As some other reviewers have noted, there is a definite plastic-y smell to this and just a light eggnog scent. It's a nice creamy cleanser, but again, just kind of so-so on the scent. I'll use it up, but won't repurchase. For a great eggnog scent in a shampoo, try Phytorhum shampoo, which to me has a much better smell than this.

This is currently my favorite shower gel (I have never tried washing my hair with it and I don't take baths)!! This just smells fantastic and is a great way to start the day. I agree with Nivia's review completely-- I've tried to like other Philosophy 3-in-1's and I thought it was just me having a weird sense of smell or something. I'd love to try the Red Velvet but am scared to part with so much money (for a shower gel) in case I have to pitch it because it smells plasticky!

This is the ONLY Philosophy 3 in 1 that I like. Yes, it does smell like eggnog, or close enough to eggnog that it doesn't smell like plastic, unlike the synthetic smells of the rest of the line (Waffle Cone was frightening). On second thought, it smells like supermarket eggnog and not the kind made from scratch. So eggnog with preservatives. It is a very thick gel that I use only as a shower gel and I am happy with its performance. It lathers great and doesn't leave a tacky residue on the skin and I will continue to purchase it. I was disappointed that I couldn't make myself like another one, but they were a real turn-off.

Oh this is sooooo good! Smells just like Eggnog with maybe a hint of booziness, but not much. If you love eggnog scents this is the one a must have and repurchase in the future!

Love this shower gel!! Smells exactly like eggnog (don't forget to add the rum, ha ha)!!! Lathers up like crazy, so use a small amount. Great for shaving legs/underarms-not drying at all. I will keep buying this, especially at x-mas time.

While I love the smell of this, I have to agree with a previous reviewer who noted that it doesn’t cleanse all that well. On the positive side, it is not stripping like some of the other 3-in-1s. This is like X-mas in a bottle and smells like eggnog down to the nutmeg. I still like cinnamon buns and pumpkin pie better though.
