I absolutely ADORE this bronzer!
If you don't like the orangey look on your cheeks and prefer more rosy colours then this product is probably not for you.
However, if you like a matte bronzer that doesn't cake up, look 'muddy' after a while, and just has a slight light brown/orange colour to it, then this is PERFECT!
I put it on my cheeks and a bit on my forehead for warmth and no joke, it lasts ALL DAY. doesn't rub off easily, doesn't cake up or have a muddy look, isn't shiny.
You can't complain- yes, the price is a bit high, but your paying for quality bronzer. PLUS it lasts heaps long!!
You won't regret the purchase!

Okay, so i bought this product about a year ago from a napoleon perdis stall at a shopping centre. I wanted a "matte bronzer with NO sparkle in it, that wasnt orange".
The lady that sold it to me showed me the product before i bought it (its a mosaic of dfferent browns/yellows/orange) and it did have a couple of sparkly squares, however she said it added a nice "glow" affect. Which it does. And im glad it has those couple of sparkly squares in it.
I would definately reccomend this bronzer to people with fair skin, as it has more of an apricot colour to it (assuming your not stacking it on your face, if you do, it will go orange). It seems as if it would cope well on all skin types, however i do find it "fades" throughout the day, and needs to be re-applied...like most products.
The price was really steep ($60 or $70 Australian, dont remember), But you get a fair bit of product for what you pay, and it has lasted me forever, which is really good, but i feel i get get something like this from BENEFIT (or something) for half the price.
This product applies well with any type of powder/bronzing/blush brush.
The packageing is nice, nice big mirror and white case which looks classy i think.
I would not re purchase this product again though, purley because of the price, I feel i get get the exact same thing for alot cheaper, but without the expensive brand name,

This is a nice bronzer. It needs to be applied with a very light hand. I like it because it is not overly sparkly. It is a little bit more orange than brown in terms of bronzers but I like it just fine. It's not HG status but I won't be throwing it out either.

I am a huge napoleon perdis fan but this is somewhat of an exception
- it is crazy pigmented which means it will last foreverrrr
- also has great lasting power on your face
- applies smoothly and consistently (maybe a reflection on the brush I, not just the product itself)
- unfortunately, no matter how light-handed I am, its just too orange. I if I wear it I apply a highlighter or pressed powder over it to tone it down (thankfully I didn't pay for it; got it as a freebie in one of their amazing 'gift with purchase' packs)

So, its a great product if the colour works for you. I'm just too fair, and the bronzer is just too warm/orange for me. I would not hesitate to rebuy if the colour was better.

Warning on most of Napoleon Perdis cosmetics - particularly the powder formulas - the color is extremely pigmented, so sample and check the results in natural light before purchasing. I thought this bronzer palette would be more forgiving, because it doesn't look daunting in the pan...there are enough variations of color that would seem to blend into one universally flattering shade. Nope. This is quite orangey/reddish. On my medium skintone, I can pull it off if I apply extremely lightly with a skunk or fan brush. Otherwise, there's too much of a terracotta tint to it that makes me look sunburnt instead of sunkissed. I'll go back to my NARS Laguna bronzer and I'm thinking of giving Too Faced Chocolate Soleil bronzer a try as well.

I don't understand why this product has been reviewed so badly. I really love it! (I don't care, what NP looks like, I care about what I look like. ;-) )

Well, this bronzer gives me a very sunkissed look with some glow. It does not turn me unnaturally orange at all. The product has some shimmer. It's not chunky glitter at all, but if you are looking for a completely matte bronzer, stay away. I loveee the shimmer and the effect it gives my rather dry skin. It also lasts the whole day on me.

The compact it comes in is quite pretty. It is white and has a mirror - nothing too special, but handy.

I really hope this will last me a looong time (which I think it will), because I can't get NP here in Germany. Which is a shame because I really like their products! Additionally to this great bronzer, they make the best yummy tasting lip plumper!

This is cute, same packaging as the blusher compact. Nice texture but won't suit all skin tones, so is not a great universal product - the blusher is better for this. NP products are so expensive, you are better off finding a bronzer you love and sticking to that. Bronzers are such an individual product i.e. individual to each person, so find one you love and stick to it. This may or may not be worth your time or money

I love the packaging for this.

It is a bronzer moasic compact with very nice looking colours. you need a very light hand to apply this is with as it is quite pigmented. I would say this suits more warmerskin tones as it can tend to look a little orange if too much is applied, but when applied well it gives a very nice warm colour that makes you look all warm and nice.

I really liked this product but I have quite tanned skin which I think it must suit better. I don't use it all over my face, just as a bronzer/highlighter but it really must be used sparingly as I have turned myself orange before. I am disappointed with the orange cast this gives and have since moved onto better bronzers.

So I know I'm fair but this stuff makes me look ridicuous. Just swatching a little on your finger shows the ghastly orangeness of this powder.

This is THE WORST bronzer ever! If you want to look like Napoleon Perdis himself (a nice orange shade of Oompa Loompa) then by all means try it but i DO NOT recommend it. The colour of this reminds me of a terracotta plant pot and I can not see how it could suit any complexion. If you do want to try it, I recommend trying it in store first and looking at in natural daylight because their return policy sucks and I doubt you'll get a refund.

I used to buy this one after the other before I was in-the-know about my make up. Now looking back its a complete regret. One day my Napoleon Mosaic Bronzer hit pan and shattered and since I had to head out that night I decided for some reason to try a MAC Bronzer instead. After purchasing the MAC I began to do more research on bronzers and after years of self educating I realized my stupidity in relying on the Mosaic Bronzer. Looking back on old pictures it made me look SO orange, in fact I looked like an orange. It's staying power wasn't that fantastic. Had no idea why I kept buying it before.

This bronzer is so intense even though I have an olive complexion. I only ever use the tiniest amount. I really enjoy the lighter colors in the mosaic but it seems that the only color that it picks up is the reddish-brown color. Its alright when used with a fan brush. I also tend to use this more for eyeshadows

This product may look appealing and versatile for all skin tones but that is all it is.. Nice compact, clear mirror, sophisticated looking mosaic. Full stop. That's it.

It caused me to break out and it is a very strong colour. Very unnatural. I cannot use it alone because of the strength of the colour against my skin tone.

Such a shame. I shouldn't have judged it by it's looks. What a waste of money.

way too dark/orangey to use as an all over face bronzer, but salvagable as a light blush

Oh my god... if you are not incredibly dark to begin with, you will only look like a clown with this bronzer. Even with tanned skin it comes off looking rather dirty and an orangish red colour. Don't be deceived by the nice looking colors of the little squares, on your face they look totally different.

Beautiful product. It needs to be applied with a light hand and a soft brush. It's highly pigmented so a little goes a long way. I don't think it's intended to be applied heavily, it's just a bronzer/highlighter so if you build this powder very, very gradually, it leaves a glowing and really gorgeous finish. Love it.

The brown color is interesting on my pale skin, and it's good to have the brown available as an eye color, but I think this is not worth the money and I wouldn't buy it again.
