I don't really get the powdery feel from this but it does make my skin feel velvety. It's a pretty good lotion, good for normal skin or slightly dry, if you need an intense moisturizer this isn't for you. Frosted cupcakes- I like this scent alot, it smells exactly like what frosting smells like in real life, sooo yummy. It's a very sweet foodsy scent, that I would probably repurchase =D
