love the pump but this conditioner did NOTHING for my hair. it was like a waste of time even putting it in. i have very fine asian hair and so it doesnt take much but this didnt have any conditioning properties in it whatsoever. plus it left my hair dull. probably great for babies...

Love this! The conditioner makes my dyed damaged hair really soft and detangles it rather well. It's also dirt cheap in Asia. Tried the green bottle, and the orange (Chikara = for damaged hair) - Both are awesome

Great conditioner that didn't cause buildup nor leave any film around my strands. With the Super Mild Shampoo, my hair is left feeling soft. The strands themselves are soft, not any product or anything on them. I feel like the condition of my hair has improved immensely with this. Would def. recommend!

I bought this at a local Asian market and I was pleasantly surprised how well this worked for my hair. It gives just the right amount of moisture and gives my hair some weight. It has a light, floral smell that is nice too. It is a bit pricey ($11), but a bargain considering you get a big pantene-size bottle and you don't need to use a lot. If you have thick medium to coarse hair that is slightly dry, this is good.

I agree with the previous reviewer--this product is good but not great. I bought it online for about $11, and the amount you get is HUGE so it's a very good deal. The floral scent is light and pleasant--not offensive, but nothing special--a little like Pantene. A very small amount leaves my hair with that super silky feeling that I crave, however, my hair seems heavier after using this for a couple of weeks, and I fear that the silicones are building up. This should probably be used in conjunction with a good clarifying shampoo. With all the other conditioners out there to try, I doubt I'd repurchase this one.

This conditioner is good, but nothing amazing. It gets the job done, and I would use it only because I absolutely LOVE the shampoo. But I wouldn't use individually or with a different shampoo. It feels a bit heavy the next day.

I've had this product for a while, but didn't review it because I didn't want to ruin the perfect score. My thought on this product is, if you have really dry and damaged hair, this product isn't going to rescue you and give you perfect hair. My hair was really damaged when I first bought this product, and I was expecting a miracle because of all the rave reviews, and I was very disappointed with the product. After I drastically cut most of my length of, this product began to show its true potential. So, if your hair is generally healthy, and tend to be dry if neglected, then this product is really going to be beneficial. The scent is flowery (i have the light green bottle, it also comes in a white one), which is very typical of Asian beauty products. It makes my hair feel really smooth, soft yet manageable after using it.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this conditioner. It's honestly the only conditioner that I've ever used which stands out. I like it much better than a ton of high end (and way more $$) conditioners I've tried (Biolage, Matrix, Nexxus, etc). I have Asian hair which has been dyed, no bleaching or anything, but which is still a bit dry and this completely turns my ends to silk. With some conditioners, my hair will feel silky, but look really frizzy and raggedy, but this one completely smoothes it down, I guess it's cause of all the silicones in it. But buildup has never been a problem for me, I never clarify and my hair still looks great. The consistency is thin, but it really does detangle and condition well. I'm not too fond of the scent, but it's nothing terrible and I'll definitely put up with it for the payoff. This is without a doubt, my HG conditioner.

I would be a life time buyer of this product, but I just learned that it's been discontinued. Now what am I going to do?!

I have long, thick, fine straight hair, & this conditioner didn't work for me at all. It contains silicones, so it did make my hair silky, but it also put a coating on it (I had to use my Apple Cider Fekkai shampoo to remove it). I didn't notice anything positive this conditioner did for my hair. I threw it in the garbage so I wouldn't be tempted to try it again...yuk.

This is a really nice conditioner, although the consistency is a bit runny. It leaves my hair really soft though, and has a pleasant scent (I bought the green bottle). The price was right for me (somewhere between drugstore and salon prices) and it comes in a big bottle so I didn't mind the cost for shipping both the shampoo and conditioner (see my review for the shampoo). I would definitely buy both the shampoo and conditioner again.

I bought this together with the Supermild shampoo and love them both! My hair is long and fine and these products cleanse my hair without stripping the moisture and actually give my hair decent volume without using any additional styling products. I agree with the other reviewers - this is great and I highly recommend it! It is inexpensive, so if you are curious about it I would definitely give it a try - you will not be disappointed!

I've been using this product on and off for years. It's a nice, basic conditioner that's not too heavy with a pleasant scent and a great price. It's great to stock up in the giant pump size, esp. if you find it on sale.

Due to the positive ratings on MUA I hauled ass to Mitsuwa marketplace in Edgewater NJ (though NYCers, there's a place on 32nd & 6th that sells the Super Mild Gift pack) and got the smaller size (220ml) for $4.99. Great product. I have curly hair and need good conditioners that maintain the curl and make my hair soft and this delivers. It does contain dimethecone (sp?) if that's a concern for some. The smell is not great but it doesn't last (this is the floral variety). Will definitely buy again. Good price and packaging, too. You can get the larger size with a pump and refills are in a bag--I like that environmentally-friendly aspect. Also used the deep conditioning treatment as a leave-in/styling cream and like that, too.

LOVE, LOVE,LOVE this product! This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. I just ordered the deep conditioning treatment but have not tried it yet. My only complaint is that this product is so hard to find. I found it on ebay but sometimes they dont have it. As long as I can continue to find this I won't use anything else.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this conditioner! I bought this along with the mild shampoo (see my review) and they are both fantastic! This conditioner doesn't weigh down my already thick and heavy hair. It coats my hair but rinses very well, it doesn't have that "waxy" feel to it after you rinse. I don't know if this has silicone or not (the writing on the bottle is in Japanese) but it really is one of the best kept secrets in an Asian market's beauty aisle :)

I love this shampoo and the conditioner. I have freakishly sensitive eyes and when I smelled the fragrance I thought I wouldn't be able to use it, but so far so good. It makes hair very soft and easy to style. Hair is shiny and bouncy. My sensitive scalp doesn't get itchy from it.

I found this at a local Asian supermarket. It was very cheap considering the amount of product you get. Works wonders on my hair. I have very fine wavy hair that can get a little frizzy. This has made a huge difference. HG - will continue to purchase.

Absolutely wonderful, best conditioner on the market for softening hair. (and I've practically tried them all). The only downside is that this is hard to find...
