I have to add my voice to the people here who can't see what this product does. It is puzzling to me that some people obviously have seen results with it, since I used it faithfully for over a week, morning and night, and could not detect the slightest bit of difference in my "deep creases." Also, as others have pointed out, the dropper really doesn't work, and one has to just wipe the product off the outside of it. But that would be a minor annoyance if it produced any results.

I love some of Avon's other products, including its peel pads and its Genics creams, but the only positive thing I can say about this one is that it didn't break me out.

Amazing product! I have been using it for a week and there is a definite improvement on the crease between my brows. I tried it around my mouth too but did come out in some spots so would suggest that it is only used for the crease between brows.
Don't understand the negative comments about the packaging - I think it's great! I love the glass bottle and the dropper makes it feel like it's a potion.
Would really recommend this - it's the only cream I have ever used with visible results!

I really wanted to like this product, as I'd seen rave reviews on it. However, after testing it on a tiny wrinkle on my eye lid, it didn't even do anything for it. This wrinkle is hereditary, and I've had it since I can remember; still, it's tiny; definitely not a "deep crease." I did use this for a few months, and just saw no improvement.
i do not like the packaging. the product, where residual amounts are on the rim after use, turns dark, so you know that air is breaking down the (active?) chemicals. it's also not sanitary if you touch the dropper to your finger then put it back into the bottle.

i'm glad this is HG for many, but i won't be buying it again. :)

I wanted to use this product for a couple of months so that I could give it a really fair review.
I use it morning and night as part of my daily routine. Massaging it into all my lines.
I have noticed an improvement in the fine lines around my face and I now have a 1 instead of 11 in the middle of my forehead.
No noticable difference in the deep lines/creases and as that is what this is suppose to be for I am very disappointed.
I will continue to use up the bottle it lasts a very long time. 8 weeks so far and I think I will get another 4 weeks out of what is left.
I won't buy again and will have to look for something to replace it as the lines will just come back. Its inevitable!!

Wish I could say this worked, but it didn't. I had high hopes, but I really could not see one bit of improvement on any of my wrinkles. Perhaps my wrinkles are engraved in stone ;-) but this was a waste of money and time to apply. I gave it the 'ole stick with it try, but nope....can't say this one was a keeper.

This product is okay, but it's certainly no miracle worker. It did seem to moisturize my laugh lines but didn't diminish them as promised. I wasn't fond of the dropper and usually just dabbed a bit of the product on my index and middle finger and applied around my eyes that way. Wouldn't really recommend this item for your beauty bag.

Avon Anew products cause me to breakout. And not shallow surface pimples, but the deep painful kind. This product is no acception. Also, the fragrance...why does it have fragrance? It makes my face greasy, and I used faithful and saw no difference. One thing is DOES do is absorb quickly.

Maybe I tried this on wrinkles that were TOO deep? I did think I saw a bit of a difference when I used it regularly. It smells funny and the dropper doesn't work (just rub the outside of the dropper on your wrinkle). I think I ultimately gave up on it and it's a rarely used beauty product box.

I didn't notice a difference in my crease. I was using it for one in particular in between my eyes from squinting and it was exactly the same after using it faithfully for a month, maybe I needed to use it for longer? But I just don't have the patience for using yucky products on my face that don't give me SOME results after a month.

This is the WORST product I have ever used

-bizarre packaging
-foul smell
-caused horrific acne of forehead above eyebrow, actually raised my eyebrow up with swelling, and did not resolve for days

avon needs a good swift boot up the arse for their inability to develop products that dont smell like a toxic dump.(with that ever present whiff of cheap perfume thrown in to sweeten the pot)This product is no exception!

I bought this to try and help with the little crepey 'smile lines' that were developing near my mouth; other creams including the super-expensive Kinerase C6 peptide serum did nothing for them. Anew Deep Crease concentrate pretty much completely erased them after 1 week of 2X a day use, I am very impressed with this product's effectiveness. My skin loves this product - it is quickly absorbed and makes my skin glow, no breakouts here. This is definitely my HG anti-wrinkle serum, and I want to try Avon's Ultimate creams next. I found it to be a great value for the price. Yes the packaging sucks, but who cares when my skin looks great!

I love this product. As long as I use it regularly it does reduce the deep lines in my forehead. If I try to skip more than a day, they come right back, so it’s not a permanent solution.

I have used this product for about a month or so now. I can tell a huge difference in my forehead and smile lines, even when I skip applications. The biggest negative is that it does break me out. Leaving me to choose between ache and wrinkles. I don't break out often and I am not usually sensitive to products. For now I am trying to find a good acne treatment so I can continue to use this product because it works!! btw, eye dropper dispenser is ridiculous as well as useless but easier to ignore than the breakouts...

Eye dropper is a bit bizarre, but since this stuff is so liquid it is probably cheaper than a pump to produce for Avon. Anyway, other than feeling like a scientist when your putting this stuff on your "lifelines", it really absorbs pretty good into skin. It should go on before anything else and than it sinks in. It does work on the forehead pretty good where most people will probably use it and minimizes those expression lines. Again, as with many products, a little goes a loooong way.

I have been using this on my neck for about three weeks now as a night-time treatment under moisturizer. I wasn't expecting much, since it's an Avon product and the deep lines on my neck are so apparent it's disgusting. But, I can see a difference in plumping, and moisture. It makes my skin sticky and it smells. I see this as a temporary treatment, and not doing much for the long-term.

Amazing... I canot believe my EYES... WOW.. a product that does what it says.. my forehead lines are about 50-65% gone.. I have never bought any avon before.. this is my first... and I was so excited about getting this.. the minute it arrived I ran in the bathroom.. and put it on.. the effects are immediate.. i couldnt believe.. I did want to wash it off.. GREAT Item..

I bought this off ebay after reading the reviews here, and it *seems* to be working--a little. It's hard to tell, of course. The lines on my forehead and between my eyes were never that bad to begin with but do seem to have lessened slightly. Nothing dramatic, though. I'll use up the bottle, although it will take forever since I only use a tiny bit at a time, and then see if I want to buy more.
